@virginmedia Shame you keep putting me on hold while I’m trying to cancel my contract then nobody answers. On my sixth attempt now and on hold for 40mins. Can say with confidence the worst company I’ve dealt with.

@thesilvervoice @irishexaminer In fairness RTE is far better than any of the Virgin Media channels which I find are mostly filled with the worst of worst UK tabloid tv shows.

@virginmedia I have had a Hub 3.0 for the last 4 years and have just upgraded my package but I was wondering if there was any way to get one of your newer hubs with improved WiFi as I am having problems getting a decent speed over WiFi whereas my wired devices are fine! Thanks

@_shannonC @virginmedia Honestly couldn’t relate anymore, it’s a ******* nightmare. I’ve been getting it all day myself. Feels as if they resort to ‘call here’ or ‘post here’ every time. Seems as if we never get straightforward answers with them.

@virginmedia Followed this advice. Signed up for text alerts 2 days ago haven’t got a peep. Internet is still broken 7 days rolling into 8. Website makes it impossible to have a text chat with anyone. Pointless calling your number because I cant understand them, they cant understand me.
