@virginmedia Shame you keep putting me on hold while I’m trying to cancel my contract then nobody answers. On my sixth attempt now and on hold for 40mins. Can say with confidence the worst company I’ve dealt with.

@thesilvervoice @irishexaminer In fairness RTE is far better than any of the Virgin Media channels which I find are mostly filled with the worst of worst UK tabloid tv shows.

@virginmedia There now saying I need to give 30 days notice for disconnection even though I’m within my 14 days. On your website it says; You can cancel immediately during this time without having to pay an early disconnection fee.

@virginmedia (2/2) I have lost hours and hours of my life to this problem, shuttled back and forth from department to department. Hopefully we will now reach a swift resolution to this, before I am required to seek compensation through the courts.

@virginmedia It was intermittent yesterday, and now on going slowness today. Why are there always issues with your ability to provide stable broadband? I've never had to complain about a broadband provider so frequently and wasted so much of my life to do so

@virginmedia Sorry I am not rest assured as the information provided so far has been misleading or incorrect. I also know Virgin will not be working outside my property and I know the point down our road where the engineers tend to work as this is not an isolated incident

@virginmedia Virgin Media Outage Update - ID: F010083684 took one month to be fixed giving me@no broadband over Christmas and now this is a new one with no timeframe. Don’t worry though I’m cancelling virgin I’m tired of this terrible service
