Mam said something that really pissed me off earlier on. I now have to watch Love Island on the Virgin Media Player and it’s so shit. Keeps freezing, around 10 minutes behind the live stream. Why am I being punished.

@SkyIreland Anyone else’s RTE/ Virgin media catch up not updating since 24 November on Sly Box AND Sky Go App? Had loads of people asking me! ( no point calling customer service- they want to send an engineer- but box working fine!)

@SkyIreland Anyone else’s RTÉ/Virgin media, not updating on the skybox or the Sky Go app catch up since 24 February? I tried calling customer service but they’re based in the UK and just want to send an engineer out. Box isn’t a problem. A number of people have the same problem

@virginmedia I've had plenty of calls over the last year or so. I just get told to use ethernet cables and they can't fix it. We have 6-8 devices at all times, with 1 on ethernet. The package originally stated 9-11 devices while streaming all on Wi-Fi. It's very frustrating.

@virginmedia Can someone respond to my tweet. I can never ever ever get through rang twice this afternoon and after circa half an hour of waiting on phone (through my Virgin landline) it cuts out and says “the other person has cleared”. This is now a real joke. No broadband. No TV - no CS

@virginmedia Which is the same as what I was told on the earlier calls, and the screenshots from the November webchat, and November text (response to a complaint) show. Hasn't stopped the overcharging though

@virginmedia And now the services at my current address are being disconnected. I've spent two hours being passed from pillar to post on the phone and still no resolution. Back to being told to speak to the original team. Not good enough. Terrible, terrible service.

@virginmedia Shocking to be honest, signal drops repeatedly to the point its not usable. I've used 15gb of mobile data as my phone has to switch to mobile data the WiFi is that terrible.
