@virginmedia The problem with that is her house is last on the line! The cable runs across Henry Street (where it appears to have been taken down by a truck), across 2 houses on Maryborough St, then across to her. Both the aforementioned houses are with Sky. So who is there to report fault?

Apparently Virgin media is only down temporarily while they switch over to the brand new 5G network. They’ve been working hard with various governments for the last few months to get it up and running. 🤔🙄#virginmediadown #5G

@virginmedia It’s to repair a fault. I have spoken to Customer Service on WhatsApp AND your Technical Support line twice but they claim they cannot reschedule an Engineer despite us advising them she needs her phone line for her Emergency button to work and lives alone
