The cable runs across Henry Street (where it appears to have been taken down by a truck), across 2 houses on Maryborough St, then across to her. Both the aforementioned houses are with Sky. So who is there to report fault?

Arrived home to Dublin called 1908, "sorry we can't help you have service now", you should have contacted when you had no service....!
