    @virginmedia my 86 Yr old mam without television since 4.30 yesterday, can not get through on phone to report fault.. On hold 30 mins at a time... Sort it please (she is a customer of yours since the year dot) @emlee61!!

    @virginmedia Hey, thanks for weighing in. Our experience with VM broadband wasn't great tbh...ourselves and neighbours constantly loosing signal. Very frustrating for those WFH.

    @virginmedia The problem with that is her house is last on the line! The cable runs across Henry Street (where it appears to have been taken down by a truck), across 2 houses on Maryborough St, then across to her. Both the aforementioned houses are with Sky. So who is there to report fault?

    @virginmedia misleading about the price rise. Didnt agree to it and said i wont be affected. Spoke the CS they said cant do anything about it. Tried to cancel services they said there will be a termination fee even though i didnt agree to the price rise!
