@virginmedia The problem with that is her house is last on the line! The cable runs across Henry Street (where it appears to have been taken down by a truck), across 2 houses on Maryborough St, then across to her. Both the aforementioned houses are with Sky. So who is there to report fault?

Apparently Virgin media is only down temporarily while they switch over to the brand new 5G network. They’ve been working hard with various governments for the last few months to get it up and running. 🤔🙄#virginmediadown #5G

Weekly @virginmedia complaint. Resigned with them as they offered a really good new package. My one condition was sport in HD. Sit on hold for 1hr 34mins today only to be told my package doesn’t include it.... now to see if I get a call back as promised....
