@virginmedia Hey, thanks for weighing in. Our experience with VM broadband wasn't great tbh...ourselves and neighbours constantly loosing signal. Very frustrating for those WFH.

Apparently Virgin media is only down temporarily while they switch over to the brand new 5G network. They’ve been working hard with various governments for the last few months to get it up and running. 🤔🙄#virginmediadown #5G

@virginmedia The problem with that is her house is last on the line! The cable runs across Henry Street (where it appears to have been taken down by a truck), across 2 houses on Maryborough St, then across to her. Both the aforementioned houses are with Sky. So who is there to report fault?

@BibiBaskin Waste another day driving from Kildare to Dublin. Spent 3 whole days on the phone to Virgin Media. Last Thursday the storm knocked out the whole area. Mine never came back. A Ninja arriving today. Time I can never get back.

@SkyHelpIreland There selling people mini boxes that don't work now and charging 120 euro for them terrible service sky have now that sky q is the worst service they ever created everyone should avoid getting it in and stick to sky hd or join virgin media

@virginmedia my 86 Yr old mam without television since 4.30 yesterday, can not get through on phone to report fault.. On hold 30 mins at a time... Sort it please (she is a customer of yours since the year dot) @emlee61!!

@virginmedia Customer of 5years here… so apparently if I have Wi-Fi issues. VM advice is that I should turn off some of my connected devices. I have 9 devices (below UK average) most of which are not in use as they are in standby. Issue not fixed, advice is a joke!

@virginmedia And what about this shoddy service I’m getting with your call handlers? One said he was putting me through to cancellations but instead cut me off. The next one hung up on my while I was in the middle of talking. Also your price rises are far in excess of reasonable proportion.

£8.50 per month to be added for no extra benefits and it’s clear from seeing other deals out there I’m already being ripped off. And your wifi is unreliable. A cut and dried exercise in poor service all round. Good riddance to you @virginmedia

@virginmedia Hi, Wifi/TV problems started 10pm 6 Jan, you said probs would be fixed by 4pm 7 Jan, BUT it has been on/off ever since. Run service status online and you say no problems but then call 08005610061 and get automated message saying there’s issues, engineers working hard

@virginmedia I did its states intermittent signal problems which is not fixable from my router as it’s a W3 wide problem. This happens all the time and you guys need to remedy the problem so it doesn’t occur every 2 days. There’s nothing wrong with my router, it’s on your end.
