  • Elaine3600
Lainey (@Elaine3600) reported from Kildare, Leinster

@virginmedia The problem with that is her house is last on the line! The cable runs across Henry Street (where it appears to have been taken down by a truck), across 2 houses on Maryborough St, then across to her. Both the aforementioned houses are with Sky. So who is there to report fault?

Anyways bloody internet down I was up at 6.30 to log into work. Are Virgin Media as crap over there as they are here?

  • vivifymedia
Steve McDonagh (@vivifymedia) reported from Kildare, Leinster

Apparently Virgin media is only down temporarily while they switch over to the brand new 5G network. They’ve been working hard with various governments for the last few months to get it up and running. 🤔🙄#virginmediadown #5G

Apparently things have gotten so ridiculous that I’ve actually had to explain to PM’s that my last tweet was a joke and not serious about #virginmedia being down because of #5G rollout. Jesus wept, I give up. 🙄

@virginmedia I need some help. I have had an O2 SIM card tagged onto my WiFi account. I never wanted this but I was told that I could just throw this away and not use it. I am now being charged £7.50 per month for absolutely nothing. Can you please advise on how I deal with this?

  • HaveringHammer
    Stewart Neilson ⚒ 🇬🇧 (@HaveringHammer) reported

I’ve just been given Netflix ( I know I’m late to getting it ) by VirginMedia. The first show I’ve started watching is Breaking Bad ( I know I’m late to watching that too ) My question is should I stick with it as I’m 3 shows in and not sure what all the fuss was about yet?

  • vp_matic
    V (@vp_matic) reported

@virginmedia Broadband down since 7am this morning. With a secluded repair date of 2days from now! ‘Register of loss of service In Order to receive compensation’ impossible to locate on your app or any of your web pages? Yet a Price increase this month! Absolutely Shameful!!

  • iadnan9
    Addy (@iadnan9) reported

@virginmedia @AlloquiStrix Reported an issue 2 months ago and only just received a response. The advice given was unhelpful, careless, and frankly unprofessional. The issue is still ongoing with Now being told it could take another 28 days for a follow-up. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time.

  • jbond

Classic Virgin Media. I have TNT sports. TNT bought by HBO Max. VM email about streaming deal. Follow instructions, click "activate TNT Sports-HBO Max". Get this :- > Sorry, something’s gone wrong! We’re having some technical issues. Please try again later. Sigh.

  • Jd95975184
    Ian (@Jd95975184) reported

@misselledee @virginmedia If virgin cant provide you service from 30 days of you reporting the fault you can leave for nothing, they are very incompetent when dealing with customers, deal with one agent who promises to sort it, never does, you phone back then its a different agent and you start all over

  • BurnheadMax
GlenEagle. Better society now for disabled. (@BurnheadMax) reported

@virginmedia The fact you've taken money when you shouldn't have and then wonder why your bill wasn't paid is called 'basic business'. If you compound your error by not allowing people to sign in, chances of resolution diminish. It's not rocket science.

  • PrincessSuzy1
    Sue W (@PrincessSuzy1) reported

@virginmedia hi, can you tell me who to contact to resolve an issue logging into VirginTvGo app please? Despite following the correct “forget password” process keep getting an error message saying can’t sign in with a sub account but we’re using the main account!?
