    @virginmedia for the past week I have had constant issues with buffering and blurry videos with the virgin internet. Even on my firestsick and ps4 it's the exact same. Its usually flawless so something has obviously changed 👎🏻

    @virginmedia Joke engener came the box indoors the parts inside needed replacing all of them . Then checked the outside box and all that needed replacing . Yet not even a phone call apology or credit given more than 2 months of trouble

    @virginmedia Had to have a really tough call this evening to query a bill sent to my deceased father’s address. I want to highlight the exceptional customer service I received from Franco (no idea how else to identify him), but he was truly amazing and did everything he could 👏🏼

    @virginmedia hi team, the internet has gone drastically poor since past 3weeks now, at first we thought it’s temporary but it’s now gone worst as most of the time there is no net connection. We are forced to use our mobile data however unable to cast on TV.

    @virginmedia The first operator offered a 50% refund but the person i got transferred to said they couldn’t actually offer anything because their hands are tied. There has been quite a lot of issues with service so i think I will try leave. So disappointing

    @RossMacDonaldW6 @virginmedia I have an official reply from @virginmedia to my complaint, stating that they have “checked” and no problems found in the area! I may “have” 500Mbps with Virgin, but tomorrow I will break the contract [them, stealing my money] and go with EE. Enough is enough.
