I’ve spent hours on the call and I’ve been made numerous promises but none of them kept. Still today agent telling me I should wait 2-3 weeks to fix this. This is beyond the pale!!!

Rob Marshall (@robmarshall83) reported@virginmedia On demand hasn't worked properly for weeks. I pay every month and don't have the time to call each time it goes down. Basically told its not a big deal as its not a full service outage. I can get @skytv for £40 a month less.

I’m on my 30 day cooling off period and I’m looking at going with communityfibre. I’ll probably look at getting my dad to cancel his move to Virgin Media too.
