@virginmedia No I’m fine thankyou but there seem to be many who can get a better deal with haggling… why not treat everyone fairly and offer them all your best price. Your customers might want to remain rather than begrudging staying
-
Finlay (@F1NL4Y0) reported
@virginmedia any danger of actually turning up to agreed appointment time 1-6pm yesterday stayed in all day and yous don’t bother to turn up awful service and heard nothing back

@virginmedia I see you just copied and pasted that. I did call that number but then emailed your CEO. I managed to get a half-decent deal 100Mb for £18 but took me ages by email. It'ss annoying when a new customer I know got it for £16. I've been with you for about 6 yrs.

@virginmedia @greay10 Out of contract customer should be treated and be eligible to new customer deals.
-
Michael D (@BigMoaner73) reported
@virginmedia £100 installation & £30 activation fees. Considering the number of self installations I have did over my 18 years as a customer and the number that people did over lockdown this is just greed. People don’t mind charges but they need to be fair

@virginmedia It was for both had been displaying emergency calls only. It seems to be OK now. Think it might have been an area issue as worked when I went to shop.

@virginmedia I managed to book an appointment via the app via the « running a test » option but will the engineer have the wall socket then? cause I didn’t have any option to explain what the issue was while booking it. Thanks again
