When is @virginmedia going to be called to order by authorities. How is possible they get away with customers on hold for hours, broadband service levels vastly below power and to rub salt in, @virginmedia think it is acceptable to increase their fees? Enough is enough, @CISASUK!

@virginmedia Having spent nearly three hours tonight trying to speak with someone with no luck I would like to know how customers get in touch, how they can get a solid service and when @virginmedia will cop onto what is acceptable as a business provider?? 😡

@virginmedia I haven't had tv service for about a week. I have been told its an upgrade, its an area problem, its a known error, its xxxxx. Turns out it was the box not working. Why does it take so long to get to that. And as I have no ariel I have no tv. Bit virgin offer nothing to say sorry

@virginmedia It doesn't matter how it goes, what matters is how it's gone. No customer service, ppl who don't know how to diagnose or put you through to correct areas (had to speak to multiple to get to one I asked for)and no compensation offered. We have nothing to talk about.

@virginmedia recently received a new hub 4. We were never sent any packaging to return our hub 3 and after all the years as a customer its not something we have ever had to do. Now receiving messages asking for the old hub back! I threw it away as I was unaware,will we be charged

@virginmedia Waiting on a cheque back for being overcharged for 6 months. 5 times I have called and told managers are dealing with it every time. Absolute joke and the worst customer service I have encountered. Stay clear of virgin.
