    @virginmedia There is some error at virgins end I tried to pay 12 days ago and was told I could two days later. I couldn’t! Tried yesterday and told now next Wednesday!! My phone is s paperweight!! I have the right to cancel Ofcom told me so I want my number and pac code back today.

    @virginmedia No more excuses, no more passed from pillar to post with every excuse trying to stop me cancelling. I want both back today or I’ll be back on to ofcom. I mean which company refuses to be paid!!! Joke of a company it’s went right down in my estimations.

    Honestly @virginmedia has to be the biggest load of **** ever. We never have WiFi, even the TV that’s hooked up to the Ethernet cable isn’t working. At least once a day the WiFi drops. We live in Bristol, not the ******* outback

    @virginmedia we have lost tv and broadband? In London SW9. My neighbour rang yesterday and was told it would be up and running again by 10am this morning. Nothing yet? Any idea what the problem is?

    @virginmedia Please see my other tweets. Clearly, the remote attempts being made are either further causing issues on the line or are not working given the fact they have not been able to identify the issue. I’ve already raised a complaint, but that doesn’t change the position I’m in does it.

    @virginmedia Hi for the last 12 weeks now I have been phoning customer care for issues to my on demand and blocking out of signal on my TV package I have phoned at least 15 times now that is over 19 hours hanging on the phone and getting frustrated and still the issue is not rectified
