    @virginmedia you offer the faster internet, but Jesus Christ I want change service, not available online. I have to spend 1hr+ ringing you, speaking to multiple advisors who tell tell me they need to transfer me elsewhere whilst forcing me to listen jittery hold music. #FFS

    @virginmedia Would be great if we got somewhere near the broadband speed i pay for!!!! Got a son home from uni struggles with zoom calls and has no chance gaming. Numerous calls to virgin waste of time.... rubbish service😡😡

    @She_Persisted4 I live in Galway (so may be different more rurally)& have virgin media broadband, its been perfect.Both myself & partner on comp WiFi all day, meetings back to back, both using phones etc and perfect signal. In past year only 1 service interruption & resolved in less than 2 hours

    @virginmedia Can you advise how existing customers are meant to contact you? I have never known a company with such poor customer service! No email address, no online chat and days on the phone for sometimes up to an hour with no response! There is no other company like it!

    @virginmedia hi can you advise how I can get help for my elderly neighbour. She badly needs a new TiVo as hers isn’t recording properly. She’s tried many times to get through to 150 and hasn’t been successful. I know you can’t discuss with me but I’d like to help her get sorted

    @virginmedia So if your phone service is not working properly what am I supposed to do. Keep wasting an hour for you to just hang up without answering. If you can enable a contract online you can cancel it.

    @virginmedia Outstanding complaint about poor broadband. Also a new issue of one days notice before our bill nearly being doubled. Cut off after waiting for an hour or so.

    @natalieowen2924 @Camclarky @virginmedia Agree. Shocking customer service. They said it’s cos of the pandemic when I rang last week to argue about the doubling of my bill. I said it’s not a new thing that it’s impossible to get through on the phone.
