Craig (@Scrumpyjackfan) reported@Benleo @Ofcomsheep @virginmedia They were charging me a fee to watch Netflix even though 1, I never watch Netflix and 2, my partner has a Netflix account but even if u use the app on virgin even for a different user you will get charged. For a different user you have to use the app on your tv not virgin😕
