@virginmedia Absolutely staggering that I’ve been left in the crap again. We got to Ireland today. 4 of us all on one contract. All worked fine for about 3 hours. Then all offline. No phone. No data. No changes to the handsets. Rebooting does nothing. Stranded again. Really poor. What now?

@virginmedia So Everything is down …. no explaining, cant get through on phone lines? technical support number online incorrect? all alarms at property and outbuildings going off continuously throughout the night (4am ) and again today? Explain please ???
