@virginmedia I got rid of virginmedia after they failed to help secure phone & internet wires outside my door time & time again. They knew what the stalker was doing to them & they did not resolve it. The day I got out of hospital my stalker was at my door again & i was extremely vulnerable

@kevellis07 @virginmedia @EnglandRugby Must depend on the installer as when they installed mine 23 years ago was all done properly. That was by another company that Virgin bought. Left Virgin today due to degradation of service provided and customer service past year. I can pay less money elsewhere and get bad service
