    @virginmedia Since you colluded with the local council to not provide ADSL here, I basically have no options. I cannot leave. You abuse your market position and abuse customers like me who have been with you more than 20 years. It’s horrible behaviour.

    so unimpressed with @virginmedia. waited 3 weeks for internet in new house (during lockdown) only to be told the external work needed to be completed was never done! STILL never heard re date- needs to be done asap. @virginmedia, HELP.

    @virginmedia Yes, and it's not coming from the game since it works when using a VPN, this is a routing issue, please just escalate this so that it can finally be fixed. Tested every angle, whenever I turn the VPN off the game will disconnect, at launch or later.

    @virginmedia I can’t remember the exact date but it was before xmas and I’ve tried through numerous channels since then. You’re the only one that responds but can’t help or arrange contact from your team

    @virginmedia So pin reset still not working, been told engineer not poss till Frid - suggestions please regarding WFH and education needs. Will you pay for mobile data - afterall this has been caused by you??

    @virginmedia I give up. Speed is between 500kbps and 3mbps but it's unstable, so I can't log in with that url you sent me.

    @VirginMediaIE This really doesn’t help Virgin Media... I am working from home.. 4th year college student, Leaving Cert student and Junior Cert student all on Zoom classes and the internet goes down! .....Seriously 😡
