@Dendr0aspis @virginmedia Thanks for your response. Honestly, ever since joining @virginmedia last year, our service has been nothing but terrible compared to EE who we were with before. Often getting dropouts and more, but this takes the cake.

@virginmedia I have already done all of that, it’s not the first time we have had this issue. The recommended next step is to book an engineer, next available slot on 4th October!! Are you kidding?? I have work to do!! Fix it!!

That’s 2.5 days unpaid so far, @virginmedia. An engineer visit scheduled for MONDAY. Will he fix your infrastructure, or just give me another new hub?? My options seem to be: 1. Live on the interest of my independent wealth. /s 2. Get a new service provider.
