    @RobaireBeckwith @virginmedia @virginmobile My wife and i work from home. And last few days were terrible managing with the mobile data. If i not the Other sim. We would have to either take leaves or would have to be on loss of pay. Virgin do not even understand what customer go through in their lives.

    @virginmedia You’re happy to take my money every month for a service I’m not even using but when I call to close my broadband account there is never any human service to take my call. I waited 45 minutes for someone to answer but I got nothing.

    @virginmedia We asked how to escalate the complaint on the call multiple times and were told there was no other team, we have no complaint number. When we asked again, your staff member hung up. @richardbranson

    @virginmedia So I’ve just received a letter in the post with ONE DAY’s notice saying my broadband will be down for 33 hours! 1. Will my bill be reduced because I am unable to access the service? 2. Will you be paying for loss of earnings during this time (I work from home)?

    @virginmedia I am appalled at your service. Intermittent WiFi for weeks, no support whatsoever despite multiple calls (At my expense) to your team to resolve and absolutely no customer service. To then tell me to withdraw from my contract is almost £200! Disgraceful service!!
