Edward Salmon (@enbsalmon40) reported from Peterborough, England@VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 20 years but if you live in Peterborough city centre don’t go with them. The signal has been non existent for over 6 months and the customer service is appalling, even at directorate level!

David (@ApatheticMalice) reported from Peterborough, England@VodafoneUK Thanks for getting touch was just unexpected that the secure safe would be assertive over an established gaming community site also my first occurrence of this happening and hadn’t realise I had been opted into this service. I understand the need for the service, just not for me
-
Scott Garner (@D0C_RAY) reported from Peterborough, England@CityFibre @VodafoneUK any reason why FTH connection would on have 20mb upload and not 500. Newish install and not expecting 500 yet, but 20 seems like a setup error. Down is around 500

Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing me my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

Jonny Wilson (@jonnypwilson) reportedBeen with @VodafoneUK for 10+ years. Just called up to see if they can offer me a better deal before I switch to a cheaper provider. Chap on the phone essentially shrugged his shoulders and told me "cheerio". Very strange approach to customer retention.
-
Richard Kennedy (@RichardKennedy) reported@VodafoneUK @antonycotton “Hi there! We’d love to continue this in DMs, mainly because public evidence of our incompetence is terrible for brand awareness.”
-
Delwar Ullah (@Sheffield128) reported@VodafoneUK I am a customer of you as I have a Gemini subscription. This is what I’d like Vodafone to offer me. I can be talking to Gemini. I want you to contact you and she does it for me and puts me to the relevant department now that would be thinking out of the box.

stewart johnstone (@sdjohnstone) reported@VodafoneUK so these are the stats on rail connectivity , no surprise EE was the only network that met Ofcom’s benchmark of 42 per cent of measured rail segments. Three recorded 21 per cent, O2 reached 20 per cent, while Vodafone achieved 17 per cent.
