@VodafoneUK no follow up call about offering me the mobile broadband free of charge until the 20th or a follow up on my complaint how m left with no broadband until then despite having all the equipment and sending a engineer to do what exactly I already have the modem etc 1/2

@VodafoneUK hi, I have had no broadband since the 30th December (it should of been switched on) I was on the phone / online chat for 5 hours on the 31st, I was promised that today between 8 and 1 an that open reach would fix it. It’s not fixed and they can’t come in. Help!

@VodafoneUK is a piss take. Signed up for Internet last year right, early Dec. Then they ****** up our installation date. No problem. Just fix it. Turns out they lied and didn't even set it to be installed AT All! But sends a ******* router. Now we have to wait till the 19th.💩🤬

Third attempt in as many months to move a @VodafoneUK account to PAYG - and just clicking in at 45 minutes on the chat. @VodafoneUK your uk customer service is appalling
