    @VodafoneUK no follow up call about offering me the mobile broadband free of charge until the 20th or a follow up on my complaint how m left with no broadband until then despite having all the equipment and sending a engineer to do what exactly I already have the modem etc 1/2

    Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

    Yet again, problems with @VodafoneUK home broadband in Yaxley, Peterborough. When you have vulnerable people who use online services to stay in touch with the outside world it’s infuriating!

    @VodafoneUK @NameIsRichard Absolute rubbish DONT JOIN VODAFONE worst customer service I have ever come across only been with them one month spoke to around 30 agents no one helps rude on phone and on wrong tariffs and now they are trying to cut me off and still cannot get through to anyone.

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK any reason why FTH connection would on have 20mb upload and not 500. Newish install and not expecting 500 yet, but 20 seems like a setup error. Down is around 500

    @VodafoneUK Because it is always a different story and no one has notes and I have to repeat myself all the time. As you can see on screenshots I have provided - I get asked multiple times - SO how can we help you today - in reality, no one really can as they do not know what they need to do

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK - This has been my experience with you, Horrible, poor, unhelpful & simply not worth being a Vodafone customer - If I was to design a customer service centre, I surely now know how NOT to treat my customers because your service levels have left a bitter taste. END.

    @VodafoneUK It’s ok… I spent an hour on hold to speak to someone. Without a doubt the worst service I’ve ever received from any Uk company is from @VodafoneUK. Won’t be renewing my account.
