    @VodafoneUK poor performance, just spoke to someone who told me I failed DPA. I answered every question but couldn’t remember the ‘date’ I started my contract. What sort of question is that. Diverted to a webpage asking me for ID. Moved in with mum 4 months ago.

    @VodafoneUK 2 weeks, 12+ hours of calls with Vodafone and still 50% packet loss with no progress, no coherent story from Vodafone and no end in sight. Can I cancel my Vodafone Broadband? Or is there someone who can help?

    @VodafoneUK Please can someone check my private message. Over thirty days no broadband and worried I've been abandoned - that my issue is being treated as a new issue with testing etc starting from scratch.

    @VodafoneUK The thing about the Vodafone App is that this survey was not on a smart device. There does tend to be an assumption at Vodafone that all devices are smart but you must know what device it is as it is sitting on your network 24/7.

    @VodafoneUK mean while I have been charge for something i dont want and no one can help. You have been abusing my personal time trying as I have been spending hours on the phone trying to sort this out. Still no solution!
