@VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 20 years but if you live in Peterborough city centre don’t go with them. The signal has been non existent for over 6 months and the customer service is appalling, even at directorate level!

@VodafoneUK no follow up call about offering me the mobile broadband free of charge until the 20th or a follow up on my complaint how m left with no broadband until then despite having all the equipment and sending a engineer to do what exactly I already have the modem etc 1/2

@CityFibre @VodafoneUK any reason why FTH connection would on have 20mb upload and not 500. Newish install and not expecting 500 yet, but 20 seems like a setup error. Down is around 500

@VodafoneUK They are super rural and I think their road is a really old copper wire. It’s been an issue for ever but no provider wishes to upgrade their wires or connection. Would the 4G Dongle be better?

Every single option on the automated service that actually requires you to speak to someone just sends you a link to the digital chat & disconnects your call. Where are the actual humans on the phone? It’s a phone company for Christ’s sake
