@VodafoneUK no follow up call about offering me the mobile broadband free of charge until the 20th or a follow up on my complaint how m left with no broadband until then despite having all the equipment and sending a engineer to do what exactly I already have the modem etc 1/2

@VodafoneUK Absolute rubbish DONT JOIN VODAFONE worst customer service I have ever come across only been with them one month spoke to around 30 agents no one helps rude on phone and on wrong tariffs and now they are trying to cut me off and still cannot get through to anyone.

@CityFibre @VodafoneUK any reason why FTH connection would on have 20mb upload and not 500. Newish install and not expecting 500 yet, but 20 seems like a setup error. Down is around 500

Looking forward to leaving @EE - what became one of the best networks, has become the worst in all departments. And I certainly won’t be stonkin up £10 extra a month for 5G. Why can’t you be like @o2 @VodafoneUK keeping prices affordable & the same @EE 😡

@VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 20 years but if you live in Peterborough city centre don’t go with them. The signal has been non existent for over 6 months and the customer service is appalling, even at directorate level!

@virginmedia @virginmedia I still have no service and unable to make and receive calls I made another call to 151 still no luck service has got worse normally by 4pm I have service non yet ill be moving to @VodafoneUK as theres no issues with them in my area there customer service is amazing

@VodafoneUK been waiting since 6 for a call back from a manager was advised would be between 20mins and 2hrs, guess will need to call back and speak to the fifth person to see if they can help, worst mistake ever staying with Vodafone
