@VodafoneUK @NameIsRichard Absolute rubbish DONT JOIN VODAFONE worst customer service I have ever come across only been with them one month spoke to around 30 agents no one helps rude on phone and on wrong tariffs and now they are trying to cut me off and still cannot get through to anyone.

@VodafoneUK The signal in the Lower Sydenham/Catford/Ladywell area is terrible. I've just missed a major planned event because my train was delayed and I had no signal to work out another route or get an uber. It's been like this for months. Please fix it.

@VodafoneUK Thank you. A Vodafone rep told me that the issue is with the 3rd party agent who sold me the package. The agent said it was Vodafone! If you could help, that would be useful.

Having fouled up my upgrade @VodafoneUK are now billing me incorrectly, charging me for data on an unlimited contract. Attempts to resolve this via their customer services have been fruitless. Do NOT deal with this company!
