    Wifi calling is all well and good, but doesn't help with texts because @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz don't carry texts via standard wifi calling. And if there is a better option then I can't log in to access it. See also banking texts etc etc etc. that I can't receive. Genius 😒

    Booked GigaFast with @VodafoneUK, 28 days later, less than 24hours before installation they cancel the order, blaming @CityFibre for being unable to install it. Why have you been selling the service in my area for months and posting letters if you can't install it?

    @VodafoneUK Its the Broadband connection, i use a hardwire to my computer, the router is being sent a reset from somewhere or something like that. my up and down were at 40d and 10u for a while here, then all this resetting has started, its been like it for the last 7 days

    @VodafoneUK Hi Shah, It doesn’t seem to make much difference, talking to your online teams. As you can see from the notes on my account, it’s one issue after another; how many times do you expect me to try? I can try again, but expect the same unhelpful result
