    @VodafoneUK is there an issue with home broadband in the CH5 area. Last few days the internet keeps cutting out and flashing red on the router at various points in the day/night. Seems to be on server in Shrewsbury when usually it’s Manchester and never drops out at all.

    @VodafoneUK We need HELP and RIGHT NOW, our solicitor advises we will have to compensate EVERYONE in our chain for non completion. I didn't know that stress could make you throw up, but now I do. How can we pay everyone? We don't have an endless money pot for this? WHY WHY WHY....

    It 2021. Why no learned: - 'help' chatbots on websites are inherently crap - intrusive loud interruptions to their hold music to say how busy they are just irritate - COVID is no longer an excuse for lack of service? Yes, I am on hold to @vodafoneUK, why do you ask?

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is shocking. Do you train your call handlers to drop calls deliberately ? All I want is to access my voicemail. Your new rules means that’s now impossible from a broad and no one can help. What a joke.

    @MrBrittle1 @VodafoneUK Looks a bit early for that unfortunately. If we choose a brand new house we have been looking at then its full fibre to the door, if its the older house then the speed is crap.
