    @gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

    @VodafoneUK & now they picked up the phone & hung up on me! Calls are obviously taking longer than target so they just answer & hang up to make it look like they're reaching target! Shocking service compared to the great customer service we've had from you before such a shame 😔

    @VodafoneUK Disappointed with the service today. Tried to upgrade, you could not match the deal, I asked if this was the best offer - Yes, was the reply. I then get a call from your Rotherham office and the operative could not have been less aware of the issue - Very poor.

    Quelle Surprise! Its not worked. The sim card, which worked until @VodafoneUK disconnected my service for 24 hours (15 days ago) is now not working. Theyre sebding me a new sim which will take only 1 - 2 days to arrive. Thats working days so should [sic] be working by Tuesday!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Andy. I’ll DM you my details but I eventually spoke to a manager who assured me the texts are now disabled. I’ve been told they’ve been stopped at least 3 times before so I shall see next month. The monthly charge suggestion was awful. Imagine if I’d not known to say no.
