    So @VodafoneUK support say they will only discuss my account from a social media account in my name. How ridiculous is that I can make up a social media account in my name and they will talk to me . I'm only trying to get a sim activated that they've been charging me for months

    @VodafoneUK I took out superfast 3 days ago I've gone from 55mb to 4mb with this, definalty not superfast at all had nothing but trouble with disconnects wifi losses ect, been on the chat to advisers 3 days running and gor fobbed off every time not happy at all with the product or service.

    Argh @VodafoneUK keep hiking price on my iPad data contract. 45 min chatting with customer services and no closer to a new price, being able to close my account or even speak to a human being.
