@gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

@VodafoneUK Home broadband.. Ticket raised... But like very dark tunnel not sure what's happening or when it's getting closed. Not the kind of service i was expecting when I joined. I was lured by the 900 mbps but have to settle with 10 mbps.. Mobile dongle

@VodafoneUK You can look all you like, but do not have the ability to fix. This has been ongoing for several weeks. You’ve a load of costumers experiencing the same errors. Only thing to do is change provider.

@VodafoneUK after speaking to 5 ‘customer service’ reps & visiting a store, I can finally log into my account BUT the original problem remains. NO access to device plan info or the ability to manage controls & limits whether using the app or website. Your service sucks!!!
