    @VodafoneUK been without broadband for several days, no communication from you regarding work in the local area. Unlimited data given to my mobile not fit for purpose. Dreadful service that I have the misfortune of paying for.

    @VodafoneUK we need to talk. My mother (Vodafone customer) has been without use of a phone for a month. Over 10 calls to customer care- failed promises, failed to send it for repair and lied, just about everything but fix the issue whilst still taking money. Let's talk about this

    @ObiWan_Cooper @VodafoneUK Do not join them. They scammed me for 2 years and to this day, 2 years and 5 days still cannot use their **** phone and their customer service is just non existant

    @VodafoneUK Yeah I've tried & it won't let me because it's not a legal name change. I get that for Eldritch reasons beyond my understanding you're required to have a legal name on the account. What I'm taking issue with is the fact I'm unable to opt out of having it used when you contact me.

    @VodafoneUK Extremely upset with the shocking customer service, currently been receiving from Vodafone. 2 cancels of the giga fast broadband install. This has come without notice from Vodafone. I have been in contact with directors office no joy . What happened to service ?
