    @VodafoneUK how can you cut me off after 4 years without notice... 4 calls to your customer service. Told to wait 24 hours 4 times now.. Still not connected leaving my child vulnerable. Thank you vodafone. Think twice before using vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK 4/4 he then transferred me to a technical adviser and they once again said I needed to pay £2 a day. I argued this and he came back to me and said I didn’t need to pay as my plan started before august 2021. THEN said I needed to increase my spend cap?! Help please

    @VodafoneUK having an account for 4 years and get cut off with no explanation last Friday... onto support 4 calls 5 hours later and 3 promises of it will be on in 24 hours and still no connection.. think twice before coming to Vodafone!!!!!!!

    @VodafoneUK In all honesty I can count on one hand in 15+ years good customer experiences with Vodafone... not including Tobi of course- they are great! They have more compassion that the people on the telephone. No investigation needed because I am moving on. A real shame.

    @VodafoneUK what a shower. Put in a complaint on 29/03, still not dealt with. Still waiting on a refund AND been charged extra. ******* rubbish.
