@VodafoneUK Telling people who have no internet to use an internet based help service is not the best idea! Just sayin'!

@CenturyAvocado @VodafoneUK Vodafone were getting really good all over the place in my experience, and then they launched unlimited. Not only did that risk making the network worse (I think it is now getting worse), they also started messing up how things like Roaming Plus were offered. Net Negative.

@VodafoneUK Let me get this straight... #Vodafone decided on a whim to shut of the Tube wifi network and didn't think to tell their customers about this beforehand? Also new customers that took out a contract just 2 months ago where not informed (me)... 🙄

@VodafoneUK ...the idea that being vodaphob customer already is not mooted in the mailshot. You are in there advertising the pro superfast 100 package for £37 per month. It is a current mailshot, it is dated May 2021. You need to honour that price for everyone.

For anyone considering @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK broadband. Don't. Genuinely the worst customer experience I've ever, ever had. There own customer service advice? To go with another service provider. I mean what the F is that? It's beyond a joke.

@VodafoneUK Thanks but I went through the Vodafone website directly and was also alerted to the offer this morning through the myvodafone app. Needless to say as an existing customer I am very disappointed

Amazes me how a company like @VodafoneUK happily lets a customer like me leave after 20 years without the slightest fuss. Seem to be really going down hill.
