@VodafoneUK Apparently I owe less than £20, you say, following the termination of your service when I moved. Having experienced your poor administration when I upgraded, I can’t trust you and asked for proof, which you failed to provide. You then reported that I had defaulted. Bullying!

@VodafoneUK So whilst supporting the Ukraine by donating funds to The Red Cross and again to Comic Relief in the same month via my Vodafone contract, you cut my phone service off on Saturday demanding that I pay £30 to reinstate it despite never having missed a DDM in 14months. Hello O2!!

@VodafoneUK I've just changed plan. No idea what I've agreed to. The operative was reading from (rushing through) a script, full of acronyms. I wanted to speak to someone as I do not understand jargon. I will look at contract but will probably cancel 😞.
