    @VodafoneUK broadband currently down. Your WiFi service checker, also down. Live chat customer service, unavailable. What is going on? Have been a customer for over a decade and seriously considering another provider right now. Please help!

    @VodafoneUK I am a vulnerable disabled man reliant on my broadband to connect with the world. I thought the dongle was supposed to kick in if the line goes down. We have had nothing since 5am this morning tobi doesn't work and you aren't answering the phone. This was supposed to be unbreakab
