    @VodafoneUK I was offered an upgrade deal, I advised I would think about it and call back later. When I called back no deal existed, very rude customer service, awful complaints department and still no call back from a manager.

    @VodafoneUK I am a very angry and disappointed customer. Been lied to by customer service about iPhone 12 Pro. Your systems are beyond atrocious. Will someone DM so this can be sorted today.

    It's really staggering to me that @VodafoneUK can really be *this* crap at customer service, truly outstanding effort all round guys, honestly would rather put my head through a wall than try and deal with you again.

    Now they are saying that I need to place the reorder which will put me to the back of the queue and will have to wait another 4 weeks for delivery really bad service will be looking for a new provider now @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Had a VeryMe code for the stocking today but wanted 78 minutes to gain access to the website and my code expired.. this is not an error on my part but the website. Can a new code be issue?! I hope so 🤞
