    @VodafoneUK DM sent, surprise surprise zero response. Absolutely shocking customer service. I will not give up, I will not go away, I know my consumer rights <30 days full refund, >30 days replacement product.

    Customer service Saturdays… @skytv 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 @VodafoneUK 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 (as per) Two companies, 20+ years as a customer for both. One asked no questions and were great, the other wanted a death certificate to cancel a service not being used. Absolutely disgusting.
