@VodafoneUK getting through to anyone is an absolute joke! Live chat tell me to call as they can’t help, I call to be told it’s too busy and the call disconnects! My order is on hold, someone was supposed to have fixed it for me but it’s still on hold! UTTER CRAP!

@VodafoneUK jus called to upgrade my phone. The person I spoke to suggested I upgraded with another company as Vodafone was too expensive!!! Don’t think that is good customer service! Been with you for 22 years!

@VodafoneUK trying to upgrade my phone, failed checkouts online yesterday, several phone calls. Got through last night, completed my upgrade but never got my contract to sign. Got through to customer service several times this morning only for agents to hang up on me. Any help?

@VodafoneUK customer for over 25 years and trying to upgrade my phone. Have to declare that I’m working so that I can afford the payments but also have to be at home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because they refuse to deliver to my work address. @EE or @O2 fancy a new customer?

@Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK I tried to leave Virgin Media yesterday. Hour and a half later. I'm not convinced they have cancelled my account. The bloke kept ignoring me. Unethical and extraordinarily bad business practice.
