@VodafoneUK Hi there, I’m a brand new customer and I’m disappointed with how my experience has gone so far. I committed to my contract on the basis I would be sent a temp router to cover my period in between contracts. The customer service team are now confused as to what I mean.

@VodafoneUK I need to take these issues to Ofcom. I have tried to sort the problem with Vodafone but I just get the same old thing in reply.
