@gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

@VodafoneUK I've called the complaint line and spoke to someone and no log of me calling today. Surprise surprise guy knows he's in the wrong. Luckily I have call recorded with date and time stamp.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Call Vodafone cancellation dept to complain they are still charging for a product they confirmed taken off account two months, instead of dealing with issue they try upsell a second line…. Awesome customer service, on hold to another dept now…….

@VodafoneUK don’t ever buy their 30 day contracts. Complete con you can never get 30 days they charge you for 60 as have a 30 day cancellation. Ridiculous. Then when you do cancel if it’s half way through the month they still charge you for a full month even though it’s finished
