I am not a fan of incomplete sentences so am suggesting @VodafoneUK start using the tagline "together we can ...leave a 94 year old man with no wifi or phone for 4 weeks" or even "Together we can... not cancel your order so you're free to find a service that CAN connect you"

@VOXI_UK As one of your customers, I am very frustrated as you have no dedicated app. Everytime I log into my account on the website, it always asks for the OTP passcode. I am sure @VodafoneUK are able to create a app. In doing so this would improve the #Voxi customer experience.

@VodafoneUK at least 3 months on and the signal/ service we’re receiving is absolutely shocking-in and about our area. Paying all this money for absolutely nothing. Phone calls cutting off is just dangerous- imagine trying to call someone in an emergency. Awful

Absolutely shocking service from @Mobilescouk and @VodafoneUK. New handset and contract taken out. 3 days later still no connection and now told I need to wait a further 5 days. They certainly didn't wait whilst taking my money. Disgraceful.

@VodafoneUK having huge issues with my fibre. I’ve been told there is a fault and your tech 2 team will call me but 2 days later and no call! Working from home and struggling. I’m a new customer and this is unimpressive.

@VodafoneUK impossible to cancel my rolling contract. Shop can’t help. Online bot is useless. No one to answer calls. What do you suggest? You are a communications company with no available way of being be contacted. I’ve given up sitting on hold. Direct debit cancelled. 😡
