    @VodafoneUK I take it I can cancel my tablet account at one of your shops. I've just spent another 45 minutes trying to speak to someone to no avail. It's ridiculous I can't do this online.

    @thisisjmx @VodafoneUK @signalapp Agreed! I wasn't aware of Android 'Chat' - being an iOS user it's not crossed my radar (I use iMessage with a few people, but Signal is preference). I think the biggest challenge is Android OEMs who still haven't cottoned on that people want software updates for a long time.

    @VodafoneUK absolute worst customer service ever. Been trying to return a smartwatch with 14 days and you sent me an email saying you would send an envelope over a month ago. Still no envelope and now you have started charging me. Disgraceful and shocking service

    @jsbilsbrough @VodafoneUK @signalapp Yeah that's the problem. I think Google & Samsung have now paid they will now give 3/4 years of software updates. .
