@grossmission @utsavtechie @VodafoneUK Hi, on iphone apple shows 5G logo even it switchs to 4G that's they call it Smart Data Mode. And also Low Power Mode disables 5G on your iPhone, pushing you to a 4G or LTE network until you turn off the battery-saving mode. So turn off battery saver to use 5G.

@VodafoneUK your service has been tragic over my last 2 trips leaving me completely stranded. In the US after 3 long conversations with your support my roaming kept getting disabled. Now in Macedonia again not working and can’t even reach support. Pls help

@VodafoneUK. I'm sure it's illegal to ignore customers instructions to cancel so that you can charge for a service that they don't want....or does Vodafone think they're above the law...?? @VodafoneGroup

@HawxFire69 @VodafoneUK I wouldn't bother with Vodafone....had the same issues, but they also want 2 months to switch from my current provider and they refuse to allow contact other than by phone or chat with incpomeptent morons (73 minutes on chat with Vodafone just to change an e-mail address)!

@VodafoneUK trying to signup for full fibre broadband and keep getting the “Something went wrong” message at checkout. Tried different 4 browsers, 2 different internet connections but no joy. Yours systems are timing out, fix it or I may have to go elsewhere.
