@FermanaghJulian Given the poor mobile phone coverage in rural areas we'll watch this one closely - having met with and spoken to @VodafoneUK reps on several occasions (dating back to early last year), we're still awaiting detail on coverage across @fermanaghomagh and plans on improving this.👀

@VodafoneUK you might want to re-train some of your staff from the sales department. I had a call yesterday by a passive aggressive girl trying to sell additional crap that I quite clearly said I don't want or need. Some people have anxiety and don't need that extra stress.

@VodafoneUK hi i gave Vodafone my pac code from ee to keep my ee number with a pay as you go 1 Vodafone sim but the transfer was supposed to happen last night and it hasn’t yet. I have topped up and sent texts as it says on the website but still not working

@WeAreOpenreach @VodafoneUK Both of you have guarentted you'll be out to fix my Internet. An open reach engineer was supposed to come out today and didn't turn up. This has now happened four times. Ridiculous customer service.

@VodafoneUK @phoebe_d1 Exactly the same thing has happened to my 87 year old mum who lives alone with Alzheimer's. Cut off for making more calls than usual, bill paid but still no service!

@VodafoneUK I traded in my 2 iPhones with 12 pro and pro Max. You were meant to send bags in order to post them back to you and the bag was never received. Since then I deleted and factory reset both phones. You are over charging me £15 each month for each phone?!

@VodafoneUK @boba_luke Eventually told needed to use a brand new sim. Did that. Still won't unlock. Tried to escalate my complaint. Given the number 03333040441. Simply went back to customer service. Still not resolved!
