@VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to someone in customer services at Vodafone for two weeks now. Between that useless t*** TOBI and the mildly uplifting yet annoying coldplay tracks on repeat for 30 mins at a time on hold I'm Done. U can't even speak to someone to cancel your contract!

@VodafoneUK I was expecting a bt open reach engineer to set up my broadband service between 8-1 today. I had an online person tell me I need to set it all up myself. Spoke to someone who said they are running late. 2 mins to 5? What’s happening?

@VodafoneUK We haven't got great internet bandwidth so the quality of calls is no where as good as with the suresignal. Plus the fact that wi-fi calling just dropped out completely sometimes. Definitely an inferior solution I'm afraid.

@VodafoneUK just got a message telling me I have been stung for 219 UKP extra charges. WTF? Probably due to American Airways putting me on hold for two hours, but all the Vodafone app tells me is 'we can't find this information right now' . Seriously unimpressed

@VodafoneUK Just got notice on my SureSignal shutting down. As your wifi calling is not as efficient I need to cancel all the contracts I hold with you. Is it just a call to you to cancel them?
