    @VodafoneUK spend a fortune trying to attract new customers- treat one of 25+ years awfully... More effort needed in customer processes - the day has now come when I leave for good. Offered less competitive deals direct than available on the web 🙄

    @VodafoneUK As I mentioned, I have been to the Vodafone website and the APP and I still don’t know because the info is contradictory & confusing. I have tried sending a DM and waiting in hope of help.

    @joeyizzy @VodafoneUK Yes, but openreach are the ones responsible for sending engineers out and activating service. If they're lazy gets you take it up with them. Just trying to help
