    Hi @VodafoneUK - spent 30 mins on phone Saturday upgrading my broadband, now getting calls and voicemails about a problem with it going through. You say all calls recorded so you have my authorization to proceed on tape, happy to not upgrade if it's such a hassle. 👍 #help

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Not just Vodafone. I am so sorry for your experience, and that of your father. Companies are by default predatory, and much effort required to cancel or exit is common. My bad experience was with Virgin.
