skarabrae (@skarabrae580129) reported@carlfhoward @TheRAC_UK Its annoying. Shout out to @VodafoneUK who didn't do this. When my intro deal was coming to an end they emailed me, not the other round, to offer the same deal again. Customer retained, cost to them probably pennies.

StraightTalker50 (@talker50) reported@GBNEWS Well @VodafoneUK , has not a single person in your organisation taken any notice of how much the support for the RNLI has gone down because of helping the illegas, don't be surprised when you get the same response.

Fefella (@FefellaLou) reported@Connkks Maybe Louise Haigh and @VodafoneUK could team up and make sure they’re stupid alarms are sent to the people that need to be told
-
Billy©️ (@TheGrandfatherX) reportedBritain is now a country where you only get the option & marketing to pay less but for a lesser service. There are literally no bargains to be had. It’s a country where the only growth is by charging you more for everything. @VodafoneUK is just one classic example of this.
-
AFCDavid (@DaveP701) reported@BasedMillwallGB @VodafoneUK I’m cancelling. This is awful.
-
Gaz1313 (@pursseyg) reported@SimonDanczuk @VodafoneUK Network Operator Payouts: Out of that total budget, £18.6 million was specifically allocated for contracts with mobile network operators (such as EE, Vodafone, Three, and O2).
-
Or Sassur (@Orsassur2) reported@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK, your customer service in London was an absolute disgrace. I went to your store simply to buy a Vodafone SIM card and was treated like an enemy of the Crown rather than a potential customer. The attitude of the staff was arrogant, hostile and completely disproportionate to such a simple request. When a customer challenges poor service, your employees should not respond with intimidation, threats or an attitude designed to make the customer feel unwelcome. Your store staff are there to serve customers—not interrogate them as if they were members of the Secret Service. I expected professionalism from a major British telecommunications company. Instead, I experienced arrogance, hostility and behaviour that left me questioning whether Vodafone actually wants customers. @VodafoneUK, is this really the standard of customer service you consider acceptable in London? Because if so, the problem isn't the customer. The problem is Vodafone.
