@gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

@VodafoneUK Hi James it still isn't working, they can call out from the Vodafone line it shows their old ported number but incoming calls still go to the active Virgin line. We were guaranteed this wouldn't be an issue when switching.

Spent 61 minutes and counting waiting for the @VodafoneUK broadband support team. Endless rotation of 2x on hold tracks. Is Saturday a work day or is the service so bad that they don’t have enough support staff to deal with issues!?!
