@AlasdairCraik @VodafoneUK I've been messed about with an upgrade too ..... I hope this is not the way Vodafone is going. Apparently mine never went through & even though I got an order confirmation I "couldn't possibly have done as there is no order" so basically called me a liar!

@VodafoneUK your customer service agent has without my consent completed a sim swap. I want my number reverting back to my old sim? And I want the call listened to. You lot are now saying you can't do anything about this. How do I get this escalated to a manager?

@VodafoneUK New broadband customer but only getting 500 on the gigafast 900 plan. It is meant to be full speed straight away when on this plan . 20 minutes on hold to support so far. Any ideas?

@VodafoneUK I did that too…apparently they can’t locate the account and going to fill out forms etc. !!! Very poor tbh
