Just about to make my eighth transfer today trying to solve an issue that I have had for 2 weeks and have already contacted about 4 times previously. Having to explain myself over and over for 2 hours is absolutely ridiculous! I couldn't explain my issue any clearer! @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup my friend is travelling to UK . He recharged 6995 pckge .. and he is unable to receive incoming calls which is a part of the package but there is noone at vodafone who is ready to help. Is this how you deceive people

@VodafoneUK It's not just myself. A lot of people have this same issue, and the only "solutions" you seem to give are basic troubleshooting and password changes, which don't work. This isn't an isolated case. It's a clever business decision, but one I don't have time for anymore.

@VodafoneUK I placed an order for a phone with you and have been spending days trying to cancel it. All your web chat reps are incompetent. I have never found it more difficult to cancel an order with anyone and I seriously can not recommend your customer service. Disappointing.
