    @VodafoneUK @SteveWB1701 Never being able to login to the my account area is what stopped me from switching to Vodaphone. I went to @virginmedia instead. If you can’t get the basics like logging into your account to work it doesn’t give much confidence in the rest of the service…

    @PositivelyHani @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Worst network provider for mobile phones so would hate to think what their broadband bundles are like. Didn’t have signal on my phone in my area higher than 1 bar and they said the signal is fine. Then proceeded to try increasing my monthly cost. Cancelled direct debit and left.

    @VodafoneUK …..so many customers with this new policy. I can understand, if it was reserved for non business customers, but it isn’t! It’s baffling, especially when your competitors are using it to get our business from you! The overall customer service experience has gotten so bad since….

    @VodafoneUK any problems in the DN34 area of Grimsby? Getting 3mbps download. Network checker shows completed maintenance work on surrounding masts but not my local one.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, is there a problem in the NE23 area of Northumberland. When mobile data is on, my phone is not loading any apps, or sending messages via Whatsapp or SMS, despite being in an area that has a strong 4G connection. Been like this for 2 days now. Thank you.
