    @gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

    shout out 2 @VodafoneUK who makes pple travel 4 no reason 2 pick up a phone they can't have. All bcuz of an i.e.m.i number. it takes a technology company 48 hours 2 cancel something it took 2 mins 2 make? ur website failed but somehow it's us that has 2 suffer yet again!!

    @VodafoneUK predictably and in the fashion of the awful customer service I’ve been subjected to, neither has transpired…the only time @VodafoneUK respond to me is the flurry of apologies when I post on Twitter followed by more inaction and still leaving all my issues unresolved
