@VodafoneUK please end your contract with T-Mobile for US roaming, it constantly drops service and its only given me one bar of 4G once, otherwise it’s always 3G. Horrible service can’t believe I’m paying extra each month for this.

@VodafoneUK How low as your customer service sank? You now have Tele advisors who make up responses as they go along and outrightly lie to customers. Let’s not go into how much these people are costing you in FOS complaints redress

@VodafoneUK you've sent me a customer satisfaction SMS with a dead link, which neatly sums up my satisfaction with you. ZERO.

@VodafoneUK Good evening. I was in your Crewe store yesterday with an account query. They referred my issue to Vodafone saying that I would receive a message followed by a call today. Neither happened !! Very poor support indeed. ‘Power to you ?’

@VodafoneUK how do I talk to a person? I’ve spent hours trying to salvage a mistake you’ve made, signing me up for 24 month contract that I didn’t ask for. All I get are bots who are completely useless. This is the worst customer experience I can imagine.

@VodafoneUK Can I expect my issue will be answered today? It's been 3.5 hours since I first sent that DM you told me to...you may not be an instant chat service but why refer people to a service if it isn't actually being managed?
