    @gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

    So @VodafoneUK want an online form filling in with a scan of a death certificate to cancel an out of contract phone. No such problem with @BritishTelecom or others. Do they not realise we've got a lot going on at a time like this?

    @VodafoneUK By the way, I just clicked the link which takes you to the page.There were 2 options:cancel my account or more help. The cancel my account button does nothing! You will need to convince me this is not a ploy that forces people to ring you direct!

    @VodafoneUK @MicrosoftAzure I have reached desperation!! Vodafone are restricting traffic from my home broadband to Azure cloud svcs. But I cannot make anyone at Vodafone understand! Azure your great, tons of help. Vodafone I would not pee in your ear if your brain was on fire
