@gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

I now know what it feels like to be on #EE or #three at my address! Unfortunately my serving @Vodafoneuk cell is currently not working. One bar 4G or more likely 2bar 3G with no or little thruput. site has a power issue apparently hope its not off too long. WiFi calls only atm🙄

@VodafoneUK - please can you tell me if the HBB "Work and Play" is only available for existing HBB customers or can I request a HBB connection with yourself but have it as a different line going to my house the same as it would be for an existing customer?

Is their ever any point in phoning @VodafoneUK with a problem? No there isn’t. Another 1.5 hours trying to sort something which ended in being cut off. Hopeless. Cannot wait for contract end in September.
