@VodafoneUK I’m losing the plot. 4 months after you sent the wrong phone, I’m still unable to have it returned! 4 months 30+ hrs on phone 3 x I will take this to resolution 4U ghosts 0 x you contacting me 160 days my daughter without phone 0 x help 15 + yrs as a cust! WTaF 🤯🤬

@VodafoneUK @Paul41218695 Hope you can contact them again, it is shocking that a grandad who is alone and vulnerable has been left with no phone as Vodafone has removed your sim from the network. I just hope you don't have another fall as your unable to call for help if you do.

@VodafoneUK They have been calling and have not received a solution to this, ive been on twitter today as one of my friends phone now won't dial out or send texts. It's a shame as was thinking about joining the network, but to be charged for a phone and contract you don't have is shamefull

@VodafoneUK Thank you Vodafone for fraudulently getting me to sign up to a missold contract. I have evidence of this fraud so will see you in court. Called 7 times to resolve so will be going straight down the legal route.
