@VodafoneUK our wifi has gone down numerous times over 9 months. We have called everytime to get it fixed but it keeps happening! Have tried to leave but have been told I need to pay an early leaving fee but your service is horrific!? Many hours wasted getting nowhere.

@VodafoneUK Absolutely shocking after 1.5hrs on to CS they are saying we are not eligible for the rewards that made me refer to VF and made my father a brand new customer of VF! Telling me to phone Amazon and find out where our reward is! Is this what you call customer service?
