@VodafoneUK is arguably the worst service provider in the UK. I have been talking to their online help for nearly an hour, just to get a login for my account (as they have upped my payments). Cancelling the contract now. #badservice #customerexperience #CustomerService

Morning @VodafoneUK. If my broadband isn't up and running by 9am tomorrow, I'm cancelling my standing order. It'll then be reinstated when you address the outage, which, despite your refusal to acknowledge the issue, is clearly affecting many people in Leighton Buzzard.

@HattiFarr @HelgatheFurious @VodafoneUK Unfortunately the same here. Still out. Nobody from Vodafone has contacted us back since I reported Wed night. Not even an acknowledgement that its an area problem. Given that ours went the same time as you & others this must be a wider issue.
