@MsGrowbag @VodafoneUK I tried to change provider and gave vodafone a months notice and they cancelled it the very next day and i still have no broadband since 23rd.They said they couldn’t restore service without a new contract. They are a shambles of a company to deal with.

I think it’s very rude of @VodafoneUK to be ignoring my DMs surrounding my complaint I have with them defaulting me when I paid my final bill ONCE I received the bill, 4 months after I asked for it! It’s absolutely disgraceful that you, as a company, do stuff like this!

@banner_teresa @VodafoneUK Oh yeah they’ve told me I should have had corresponding letters and emails and texts which I’ve never had and they’ve defaulted me with no warning as I didn’t get my final bill until this month, 4 months after the contract finished. I’m fuming.
