@gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

Had no choice but to go back to @VodafoneUK. I've not even got my new phone up and running and already hit massive issues! Absolutely no surprise whatsoever! I now have no working mobile on a network and I have 2 handsets in front of me! Just as diabolical as I expected.

the person who did the transactions set up both devices as 'in contract' with an end date of (sit down for this) 3251. That's the year 3251. And @VodafoneUK can't give me PACs for my devices until @VodafoneUK have sorted out their own cockup. I have to call back Monday. Yep.

@VodafoneUK you need to sort your **** out. Have been overcharging me for the last 14 months. Once they admit and they have and said they would resolve it your Cusotmer service team ended the call after over an hour back and forth. #scammers #vodafoneboykot #vodafoneuk

Can't say I'm impressed by @VodafoneUK coverage. Data keeps dropping (unlike my roaming @Telstra service). Also has trouble reconnecting data service once back in range.
