@VodafoneUK your TOBi chatbot is not working - it just keeps saying “Something went in error on server [5xx]” - and the only way to get contact details for help and support is to go through the chatbot. Which isn’t working.

@VodafoneUK Our broadband was down yesterday too in EX4. Having to hotspot from my phone so my kids can use devices isn't ideal! Gonna run through my personal data if this goes on much longer.

@VodafoneUK Sk13 out all morning not the best service on a normal day and only found out about it after seeing it in BBC news the least you could have done is let everyone know so I didn’t have to keep unplugging the server and extenders
