Disgraceful customer service yet again from @VodafoneUK . Their repair centre loses my phone, investigation finished on Monday. No update, repeatedly get told they will ring me back - they don't. Nearly a month without my work phone - was told it would be no longer than 14 days..

Hi @VodafoneUK. I'm at a loss to understand your incompetence. I've been trying to get you to stop sending routers & boosters to an old address (I've spoken to 5 customer service operatives since Jan 10th) and all assure me the problem is fixed. Then I get a DPD message....🤯
