@gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.

@VodafoneUK Unable to place order on website due to error. Provides a number to call, only to be told it's an online offer only and cannot be actioned. Then hung up on by advisor when passing through to "customer care". Any help with this? Not a good look for a new customer.

@VodafoneUK I have sent you a screenshot of what happened. British Gas say it is not legitimate. I am not impressed by Vodafone’s approach to this - although I appreciate that you personally have tried to help.

@VodafoneUK My experience is social media engagement from corporations like Vodafone is just window dressing designed to make it look like the co. is doing something. In reality CS is utterly shambolic and glacially slow. Going with local co. I can talk to someone and get something fixed

Il be terminating my phone contract with @VodafoneUK After hanging on the phone for 2 hours with no answer, 2 weeks of issues and much better deals elsewhere I’m going. 20 years of loyalty means nothing
