    @BBCWatchdog @VodafoneUK are woefully inadequate at dealing with roaming issues in the US, whilst charging me £6 a day for the privilege of not being able to receive or make calls, they don’t get that data roaming and SMS messaging is working. Just no calls in/out at all. @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK why is it impossible for you to port my Vodafone number to a new Vodafone SIM? For a #communications company you’re very poor at communicating. 15 days and still waiting while getting fobbed off saying it will take another 48 hours every time I call.

    @VodafoneUK Trying to change my premium rate messaging on the Vodafone app, but it's not working. When I go back into the app and account settings, it's reset itself to barring them! What's the point if the app doesn't work properly?!
