    So I've just read that @VodafoneGroup is looking to introduce persistent user tracking. Something which is a blatant disregard for user privacy. If that does happen then I will be replacing @VodafoneUK as my network provider and I would hope many more would as well.

    @VodafoneUK The most annoying thing in all this is the lack of communication from @VodafoneUK. If i had been told that you had cancelled my order I could have rectified the issue and stopped my current service from being disconnected. Really disappointed.

    @VodafoneUK vodafone customer service is a disgrace. I waited for 3 hours on Thursday night and another 2 hours on Friday morning to be connected to an adviser. At one stage I was no.48 in the queue. What a joke! All I wanted was to speak to someone about changing to a Sim only.
