@VodafoneUK I've sent a private DM and heard nothing. I'm on the phone to an advisor who says I can't pickup a Pixel 6 Pro at any store instead today, and also I can't cancel. What an absolute joke.

@JaySeeDeCaux @VodafoneUK @vodafone Did the same to me, now with tesco mobile sim only unlimited everything and Europe for £17:50 a month and no increase for 24mths, not bad after 15 years with voda.

@VodafoneUK So i’m expected to carry paying for 5 accounts that are essentially useless until the special part turns up? What if it doesn’t? This is exceptionally poor. I’m already subscribed to ‘updates’ they’re pretty substandard on info so far given they just confirm it isn’t working
