Day 5 without internet! Appalling fault resolution by @VodafoneUK and BT Openreach @btweareopenreach. Can't help wondering if I have been lied to. Not helped by Vodafone's Level 2 Tech Support using people for whom English is not their native language.

@Ima_Gh0stbuster @VodafoneUK I switched to them from O2 because O2 was having issues in my area, when they fixed the issue and I wanted to switch back, it took them ages for them to give me a PAC code and they kept trying to charge me despite my contract with them being over.

@VodafoneUK - any idea why I have no 4G when on a call? I have a message pop up saying 'mobile data not available during this call' I also had a message recently saying calls couldn't be made over 4G. It's rare I have an issue so wonder if you can help, please?

@VodafoneUK when and why did you ditch the provision of 4g on the London Underground? Did you reduce your prices to reflect the reduction in service?

Hello @VodafoneUK. My 80-year-okd Dad has been a customer for a quarter century. Since June, his phone has suddenly stopped working 5 times. It has been sent back for repair 4 times. This is utterly ridiculous. Are you going to replace his phone or should he cancel his contract?
