    @VodafoneUK worst network out there. Had online chats and calls with several consultants who gave mixed messages but assured nothing was owed after receiving messages demanding money, despite being set up on a direct debit which comes out each month. 1/10 service steer clear!

    @VodafoneUK tried checking out my shopping basket and it’s an error says on error to go to phone line. Sitting waiting. No callback service. Really?!? Doesn’t even say how long queue is. Do you want customers business?

    @VodafoneUK hi Vodafone, I've been a loyal customer of yours since I got my first mobile phone in 1998 and still have the same number i did then. Went to upgrade today and made to feel like new customer after over 20 years of never missing a payment. Tiny bit of respect please

    I got in touch with @VodafoneUK twice in the last two weeks because 4G/ 5G mobile home broadband doesn’t work in Central London on weekends and in evenings. All I got is “there are too many people on the network”. Extremely bad customer service.
