  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had the same with Vodafone. Customer service was awful, I had them literally laughing and hanging up on me. Nearly caused us to lose a house move. I’ve sworn to never go back to them unfortunately!

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Firstly raise a complaint via the credit reference agency - Equifax, Experian et al as they’ll be able to force Vodafone to review your credit file and make right. Then a complaint to Vodafone for compensation as their dodgy reporting may well have ruined your credit file

  @dazzerrari @VodafoneUK Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Terrible company. I closed a buisness accou t with them and it took 9 months of chasing to have the account classed as closed on my credit file!!

  Trying to switch to Vodafone. Talking to an agent on their site. Their advice is "you should try the official site to switch". Thanks @VodafoneUK saved me from ongoing terrible support!

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK good luck, had same thing with them, after a long time of getting a run around from them eventually negotiated a lower payment back and removal of the credit mark.. would have paid nothing if it wasnt for them screwing my credit score. ****** me over.. will never use them again
