@VodafoneUK A customer service person said 5th gen iPad Pro wouldn’t work with 5G (quite emphatically…), they had checked the tech spec; the next CS person said my 5G didn’t work because Vodafone needed to activate it… A bit confused and bored of trying to get the problem resolved.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Bought a sim only deal, store set the wrong one up. Call support and they cancel the contract instead of fixing it. Now need to do a 2nd credit check to sort out mess I didn’t create @VodafoneUK #CustomerService #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK paid my account after moving home, told nothing left to pay —> receive a letter from a credit recovery agency. Paid it. Case solved. Now got email from another one saying I still owe £ - call and they say it’s fees but they won’t action. get your house in order #wtf

@VodafoneUK are your servers down? Had another day of poor connection (bristol area) spoken to so many advisors the past few weeks. Keep telling me it will get fixed. Nothing :( I asked to leave. They said they’d fine me. Not sure what to do… ombudsman?
