  @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!

  @VodafoneUK Again at store t the request por favor client services. No solution to our claim…it just keeps dragging, no one assumes responsibility. Do yourself a favor, contract with another broadband company.

  @VodafoneUK I get daily texts off you to upgrade my phone, I get twice daily emails saying an upgrade is ready. Instead of being desperate to get more money out of me. Sort your service out in the CA7 area!

  @VodafoneUK i’m currently walking through the east midlands from ipswich to manchester and i haven’t had any roaming data or calls on my phone for 3 days now, i’ve activated my new sim after my phone was stolen a few weeks ago but i still don’t have access to maps or essential information that would make this journey way more easier, please help

  @VodafoneUK what the keck is wrong with the connection in Glasgow. Sitting at 4G all day. This far on the whole UK should be 5G all the time. Poor service
