    @VodafoneUK - a client with a brain tumour reliant on a broadband line for their emergency calls. Their line has been disconnected (I suspect due to non-payment) and I have been trying to settle their account. But 191 or Tobi aren’t working. Please contact me - risk to life.

    Hi @VodafoneUK thank you for just working. Signal everywhere I go, 4g calling that works, wifi calling that just works and customer service that works. Esim email delivery that works.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks, I have the pixel 7pro and this does support much like many other android phones, it's just Vodafone don't offer visual voicemail on anything other than iPhone?

    @VodafoneUK Hi not sure if you can help but I've been charged for calling a premium rate number from my contact phone but I have call barring to premium numbers set so this couldn't happen. I'm just wondering how this has happened?

    @raining_bows @VodafoneUK I've ordered 3 (for different contracts) in the last few months. 2 no issues and 1 was a pain. Next day went to the store to collect a physical as I was in a rush, next day the original ordered esim arrived via email. Guess it goes wrong occasionally.
