Do not buy the @VodafoneUK BUSINESS package their support line only offer help Monday to Friday - 40 people in a queue to be shown FAQ link and then cut off. Appalling from this multi million business… oh, business open outside Monday to Friday 🤠🙄🤔 🚮 #PoorCustomerService

@VodafoneUK Sorry Kieron, I’ve had enough. Il deal with it when I cancel my contract in a few weeks. It’s made even worse when the agent last month told me a LIE that I’d signed up to Amazon as my entertainment pack despite having Spotify since 2014.

@CeeH07 @VodafoneUK Only thing I can suggest is a formal complaint. Had to do that with Talk Talk who gave me £25 plus refunded all the data charges on my mobile. So far @VodafoneUK broadband has been 100% reliable

@VodafoneUK Beware - awful customer service. Started billing me a month before the proposed connection date. Numerous delays. Failed to turn up when they said they would - no message. Awful. So cancelled. They too suggested i PM them. Did that and nothing. Cancelled. Beware!
