Yep...@VodafoneUK totally lied to upgrade my plan claiming I'd avoid roaming charges to then send a bill today for £114 and then said I'd have to upgrade again but they wouldn't fix the charges they'd caused...rip off!...definitely the last year I'm with this company now! 🤬

@VodafoneUK Broadband with yourselves for years, you arranged for BT to upgrade to Fibre today, unfortunately our internet is now not working and you have advised there is nothing you can do, if we want it fixed try to find a van in the area and ask them to help, appalling.

@VodafoneUK really really poor extras for roaming passes! Travelling to Morocco for 10 days will cost me £60 yet partner who’s on Voxi (part of Vodafone) can buy a 15 day global pass for £25. Less than half the cost but 50% more days #ripoff
