  Hey @VodafoneUK just a little customer feedback, when someone uses your online chat to upgrade their phone that is all they want, not pushed to get broadband, do you have an apple watch, do you need to upgrade your ipad. Pay extra to have them all connected! The pressure!! 🙃

  @VodafoneUK I am a customer of you as I have a Gemini subscription. This is what I’d like Vodafone to offer me. I can be talking to Gemini. I want you to contact you and she does it for me and puts me to the relevant department now that would be thinking out of the box.

  @VodafoneUK sent me nonsense broadband renewal figures 6+ times. Did renew in the end but for diff price again But credit where credit's due. The email automation may be crap but the change of plan itself was seamless. I woke up and everything just works with speed 2x faster

  @VodafoneUK now Gemini can notice your voice and ask if you’re okay it would be good if she could work the same as the Apple Watch works with your Apple phone that if I wasn’t okay, she could go and get me an Uber all other help
