Well done @VodafoneUK , sell you a new I phone 12 but don’t tell you it comes with a new cable and they don’t supply the charger!!!! Now stuck with a phone I can’t charge! Customer services a joke, just give a bog standard response when asked to speak to a supervisor

Very money hungry. It's not that @VodafoneUK can't fix the prob. They just don't want to. I must work for them now seeing as I the customer that is apparently paying for their service, has now stepped in to do their job 🙃

@VodafoneUK my service is down for a week. Customer support didn't fix the issue and refuses early termination. So I am basically being charged without receiving the service I signed up for! who is in charge in this company for such terrible experience?
