Vodafone support just tell me to reset the router -_-. My phone in the same place with Vodafone gets a much faster speed £50 a month for this is ridiculous

I have to reboot it every time I get home to get wifi calling to work and even then I dont get SMS messages. I heard SureSignals are being withdrawn next month, how do we cope if no mobile signal?
