@VodafoneUK really unimpressed. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and am asking to reduce my bundle as it includes perks that no longer exist eg. Data free roaming in Europe. They won’t lower my bill unless I pay over £1000 ETF! Corporate Sharks! 🦈😡😭

@VodafoneUK COMPLAINT: Signal 7 miles from Newbury (near Vodafone HQ!) absolutely terrible, can’t make or receive calls for over 12 months. Totally unacceptable for a paying and loyal Vodafone customer (20 years!) Please update me urgently on your plans to fix.

@VodafoneUK broadband has been shockingly bad for a few weeks now... can’t do the diagnostic on the app as I can’t see the sync speed displayed anywhere... help please... it’s worse than the standard BT we had prior😭
