@VodafoneUK I've now wasted 3hrs of my time. Spoken to 2 advisors who both said they would call back. Didn't. Used live chat, they promised the earth too and ended the chat! Still no data services. I will be making a #complaint #disgracefullservice

@EdLyons15 @VodafoneUK Same - unbelievable! As a Londoner this service is non-negotiable so Vodafone will have to go. And @VodafoneUK saying ‘we still have part of the jubilee line’ - FYI that’s less than 10% of stations that are underground.

@VodafoneUK 3hrs later and my enquiry was just dumped. Your cancellation page on your website is under construction. I can't call anyone, phone lines are now out of hours. I'm out of contract anyway, it's just rolling - please stop taking money from me and just cancel my contract.
