    @windsurfingfish @VodafoneUK From my understanding, the 4G sim connects when the router shows an issue with the main connection. My router and extender are both solid white, so the router isn't showing a fault for it to fail over to the sim.

    @windsurfingfish @VodafoneUK Try unplugging your telephone line from the router. It likely hasn't switched as the router is successfully connected to the Vodafone broadband network.
