Hi @VodafoneUK, I have an old handset that I bought from you on contract which I'd like to give to my mum. However it's locked to Vodafone and the Network Unlock Code request form on your website doesn't work (HTTP error) - can you advise? I don't have an acct with you any more.

Jan 28: @VodafoneUK text to say my home broadband price won't change after my minimum contract term ends Mar 26: Vodafone send a letter, we're actually putting it up by £4.03/mo in May... Apr 5: I change provider. With so much choice, why do ISPs treat consumers so poorly?!?
