Hi @VodafoneUK can you confirm if there's any software issues with the My Vodafone App? I've had my account for years and it's now stating my username isn't recognised, it's somehow allowing me to create a new account but I don't want to do that if it's software related. Cheers!

@VodafoneUK I seem to have a bar on my roaming so I can't use my phone in the USA. I can't change this because everytime it keeps asking me to confirm through a text message (which I can't receive) and my app doesn't let me access it. Can you help me out?
