@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is utterly shocking, for most companies/services, a polite call with a copy of the death certificate would suffice. Lost my mum a year ago, admin stuff is horrible but usually efficient and courteous.

But at some point unacceptable behaviour shown by @VodafoneUK and the very poor of choice regarding the collection agency is just bad for the image and unpleasing for the public eye/ reputation. Further how can something like a proxy can be ignored by a company ?!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Sadly I’m not surprised at this at all @VodafoneUK customer service is appalling. It took me months to get money back they kept taking from my account and wouldn’t cancel. When I finally extricated myself from their disgraceful service they called to ask if I would return! NEVER!

@beesinateacup @VodafoneUK I gave up trying to get it sorted. They confirmed that my email address is being used for two accounts. Yet they will not contact the other account holder to query this. What is odd is that the other account holder must never have received an email from Vodafone all these years!
