    @VodafoneUK I have had 2 chat calls last night lasting 3 hours with 4 different people who assure me problem is sorted. Have been told this 3 times before so will wait and see over next few days. i will contact you if not. thanks.

    @morris_maxine @VodafoneUK Any danger of a reply Vodafone? Wonder what trading standards would have to say about a company not providing the service someone is paying for. @RobbieRinder can you help? 2 weeks of no service and no solution in sight. What are the customer’s options?

    PSA: Don't use @VodafoneUK's gigacube for home WiFi... has 5g & 4g signal... wont get above 4mb download and 0.2 upload. Vodafone support just tell me to reset the router -_-. My phone in the same place with Vodafone gets a much faster speed £50 a month for this is ridiculous

    @VodafoneUK here we are a month after my first tweet complaining about the same issue, for 6th time. This complaints is due to the unprovided service ‘’due to maintenance”, how can maintenance take months? Why are you not being transparent with your clients and not charge them?

    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK why is wifi calling so rubbish on my 3 month old phone? I have to reboot it every time I get home to get wifi calling to work and even then I dont get SMS messages. I heard SureSignals are being withdrawn next month, how do we cope if no mobile signal?

    Seriously disappointed with the service I received from @VodafoneUK , called to cancel a contract a month ago, was processed incorrectly and now I have to give the notice again and pay the bills out of my own pocket.
