    No wonder my partner's @VodafoneUK bills are so ridiculous, she's just been on MY phone to their hopeless customer service agents for nearly 2 hours. How does anyone run a massive business like that so badly? 14 years as a customer, and they treat her like an idiot.

    @VodafoneUK Why not in the UK ??? surely people in Cairo will have a difficult accent to understand easily ? And they will not understand what we are saying sometimes, I have had this problem with call centres in India . I am a #Vodafone customer and I believe Uk jobs should be in UK .

    @VodafoneUK I keep ringing customer services, keep getting through to the right team, then the phone rings for a bit, goes dead and gets cut off. Problems your end? Been ringing all morning with a simple request and getting nowhere - always the same outcome.

    @VodafoneUK there most be an issue with the network for last month or so, we can’t make international calls, it keep saying you have reached your spending limit, even though my spending limit is off and I’m tired of calling you for last 4 weeks.

    @VodafoneUK Need some help regarding my Vodafone R219 mobile wifi. Having troubles with connecting to the wifi and need to reset the password but all the instructions online to do this are not fruitful. Even the given website address doesnt work (the vodafonemobile.wifi one)

    @VodafoneUK Done but no response in 24 hours and you’re sending out broken reward links?! How many of these have you sent out to customers? I mean we all mess up but now you’re not even taking responsibility for it. Days after selling a Fold Z that can “100% be insured” until we tried!
