    @VodafoneUK I have had problems with router and requested a replacement yesterday. Was promised a call from a manager within 24 hours. This time has well exceeded and no call. Decided to upgrade and was told I would get router once manager called.. Still no call. V. poor service

    Calls just dropped out four times in a massively important phone call, and you the cheek to try and charge me £200 to end my contract. Way to treat a customer of 10+ years bye bye @VodafoneUK
