@VodafoneUK so i told you when my contract is up im gone i was with three from 2004 when i came to you only reason i left them waa because i moved property and reception was bad but I'll find another supplier you'll get a mths notice 23rd june

Shame on you @VodafoneUK My 92 year old mother went in to your St Albans branch to ask for help with iMessages on her phone & came out with a £27 per month contract up from her existing £11 per month one!!Thankfully all sorted by a helpful call handler on the phone earlier.

@VodafoneUK no thanks i told you a year ago i was around £800 worse off a mth and would you lower my package your response pay your contract off which was about £600 and get a cheaper contract with you how did that help if i could afford to pay that then i wouldn't of be struggling

I feel like there’s a lot @VodafoneUK could learn from this experience, that could make them a better provider in the future, but I suspect, having now gone through this twice, that they are doomed to an existence of perpetual poor service during difficult times for their users

@VodafoneUK customer service just gets worse and worse. Getting thru the IVR is horrendous, the automated services don’t work and after 7 attempts when I finally reached an Agent, he transferred me to another IVR which then dumped my call. Such a terrible service. #badservice
