    Not happy with @VodafoneUK advised them back in December I was moving to a new property and was told to ring back when I moved in and they would see if they could provide. Rang today, told I have to pay for a month as need to cancel 30 days before! #badcustomerservice #nothappy

    @VodafoneUK Can you help? I upgraded to a iPhone 12 today, I have 5G on my data plan with you but 5G isn’t working on my phone. Sounds like I need my sim stopped & restarted as read on other forums as a fix. Can you help with this? CS in Egypt keep leaving me round the houses

    @VodafoneUK HELP PLEASE ! had iPhone 12 Pro Max a few months,now keeps saying No Sim Car Installed,I’ve restarted the phone and took SIM card out and cleaned it,still no joy,are your stores open so I can get another sim ?,I do have a unused sim at home PAYG I think,will this work
