@VodafoneUK I’ve been with Vodafone for over 20 years but if you live in Peterborough city centre don’t go with them. The signal has been non existent for over 6 months and the customer service is appalling, even at directorate level!

@VodafoneUK Thanks but I think you've missed the point. You're promoting something as 5G ready but then restricting the speed to that of 3G! And I currently get 90+ Mbps download on my 4G device / service anyway!

.@VodafoneUK is your service down in C London? Restarted dongle, phone and laptop numerous times but still no Internet connection. Very difficult to work from home if nothing apart from Vodafone 4/5g, and that's down.

Been trying to get broadband with @VodafoneUK it’s been cancelled 4 times now and every time it’s a different reason … not the best experience for a first time customer..
