@VodafoneUK Apparently a new router is coming after yet another painful chat session. Suggest someone from Vodafone tries a chat session to understand the customer's experience. You have a customer feedback survey pop up that blocks the chat and makes it impossible to get help.

@VodafoneUK I tried after 6 pm , 1hr 36 waiting then cut off. I just tried at 21.40 the offices are shut. How can I speak to someone!!! i have been a Vodafone customer for years this is terrible!

@VodafoneUK Beware i took out broadband with Vodafone most of the time it don't work and trying to find a good English speaking person at costumer service is a joke. I am leaving Vodafone for good

@cgledhill @VodafoneUK The big tariffs have been relying on customer apathy more and more nowadays. They've got a big customer base, and a lot of folks understandably don't want the hassle of switching.
