    @VodafoneUK But you never tell us when it does go down and we have to chase you. Also the regularity with which it goes down speaks volumes. 12 hours is not quick. Nor is it good form to not recognise company failings.

    @VodafoneUK I couldn’t see that option. After 3hrs & 4 agents I found someone who knew what they were doing & resolved the problem by resetting voicemail from your end & getting me to restart the setup. The other 3 just kept telling me to do the same thing. Think there’s training needed.

    Once again rendered apoplectic after yet more prevarication and dodging from @vodafoneuk who are still not returning money taken from me for a number I have never asked for, received a SIM card for or used. But apparently that's my fault? Other mobile providers are available

    @VodafoneUK 30mins to pass security, your app is so badly designed that the feed back is over the send button. Cancels online chat. This seems to be my only option of contact. Will cancel my contract. Your sim was my back up when virgin failed. You let me down too! #frustrated

    Incompetence combined with standard scripted responses .... some of the @VodafoneUK support people are nice enough but I'm fairly sure that my 10 month old grandson would be more effective at solving tech support cases. #badservice
