@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are awful, they wanted £5 from my mums last bill, kept sending threatening letters. Awful company.

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK As I have said here before, Virgin Media treat customers with total contempt. The worst type of British capitalism. Branson must be so ashamed.

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Bad business practice. Walk and don't look back. I'll repost.

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are the worst when someone passes away. By far the most disappointing company I had to deal with at the worst time.

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Stick to your guns with them and don’t back down, so sorry for your loss it must be awful for you x

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Condolences to you. They were awful when we cancelled mum's too, kept insisting they couldn't cancel without her approval but she didnt have capacity. When she died we found Severn Trent were the best overall, they didn't charge for her last few weeks, or while we were selling

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK If Virgin Media are such money grabbing filth that they don’t want to believe a grieving person that contacts them and just terminate the contract they should at least backdate it based on the death certificate. Anything other than that is disgraceful.

@SamuelJJack2 @VodafoneUK i got one yesterday. i muttered, ffs, to myself, it told me to not use bad language.

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my father in law died, I phoned VMedia to ask if the account could be transferred in his wife’s name. They said we couldn’t. Said we had to cancel the contract, pay a hefty cancellation charge (something like 10 months of the contract owing) and open a new acc in her name

Given up on Vodafone after 15 years. All network providers in UK are a bit of a disaster at the moment but @VodafoneUK seems to have all bit given up. No coverage, can never speak to anyone , price increases. I honestly think in UK we'll soon end up paying £100 a month for a faceless AI "assistant" to offer corporate apologies for no service while still holding you to a contract and charging for non payment back up by a court system that allows them to enforce fast track judgments !
