    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Terrible company. I closed a buisness accou t with them and it took 9 months of chasing to have the account classed as closed on my credit file!!

    @306notout @virginmedia @VodafoneUK Shame you've not got Connect Fibre Matt (UK call centre), just moved to them with 1Gb up and down, and going over to Sky Ultra for TV in a couple of weeks - I know its not always about money, but £50 less per month is worth it.
