@CiCi_Coleman @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Completely agree. Have never had such a rude customer service representative as I did on Friday. Appalling.

@vodafoneuk Guess what? They are sending ANOTHER engineer but not until Monday. So at least another 36 hours without a service. Suppose to be on a Team meeting Monday at 08.30 am. Guess that won't happen.

Power cut at home again. Can’t send help message to UKPN because content control has been imposed on my phone. @VodafoneUK CS recommend that I go to the UKPN website to seek aid. On a computer. In a power cut.

@VodafoneUK Your service is absolutely abysmal, can't deliver a phone on time, overcharge for contract agreed then keep charging me and leave me with no data connectivity. Absoutley shocking and can't get anyone to help always passing the buck.

@VodafoneUK Don't worry, figured it out - for some reason plugging my work iPhone (which *is* on Vodafone) into my desktop PC's USB socket caused Windows to recognise it as a network adaptor.

@VodafoneUK I spent over 1 hour on the phone. Was hung up on and transferred twice trying to log a complaint. The advisor I spoke to eventually said she couldn’t do anything, I made her log a complaint, she didn’t know the callback timescales, I’ve had so much wrong info, SO BAD!

Despite giving @VodafoneUK 2 months notice of a house move and being assured it would be fine on the day, Vodafone decided to cancel the order and not bother to inform me. Now having to wait 10 days for reconnection. What an abysmal service
