  People blaming all sorts of things for the state of this country, but I can’t think of a better example than multi-billion dollar companies like @VodafoneUK rigging the system so execs and shareholders get millions but I can’t get enough signal in north London to stream music!

  @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

  @VodafoneUK oh dear.. not only do your chat team lie, you then offer compensation but never apply it to my bill & to top it off want to put me in a new 24 month contract because I’m moving house or charge me £60 cancellation fee, even though you owe me money. #Shenanigans #scam

  @KevinRohan3 @Adi_Dandy_1903 @VodafoneUK If you upgrade your service while tied into a contract, you get a new 14 day cooling off period and you can cancel with no termination fees - massive loophole but a good thing to remember
