@Ofcom Hi there, can you please guide me on how I can make an official complaint about @VodafoneUK. It has been 3 days since I have lost service and they have done nothing to help except tell me every 24 hrs to wait another 24.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup, this is the first time in good while I've been this annoyed waited hour on the phone to get through to someone then wanted another hour to hear back from someone on customer websit messager to get no help at all so angry right now.

@VodafoneUK, I'm never been this angry in good while, tried phoning to speak to someone over my upgrade but wasn't successful. Waiting over hour to get customer service support but still no help!. Really uphappy about this wish I never changed network.
