    @_Geezer @VodafoneUK @caolammcparland Don't trust the Vodafone checker, it very rarely shows issues. Use downdetector and istheservicedown. Both are reporting issues.

    @VodafoneUK I've never experienced customer service as poor as I've done with you today. Over 3 hours later, still no resolution to a failed broadband connection, trying to cancel a SIM and now being told I have to go in person to a store to prove my identity. Ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK As of today, Vodafone has officially returned as a provider of public Wi-Fi on the Underground. As a Vodafone customer I have been trying to connect but with no luck, I’ve checked online and there’s no information as to how to go about this. Could you kindly explain
