    @VodafoneUK Understood, still fail to see why for the same phone you want to charge £25 a month extra and for an additional year. The £60+ you quoted was also for less GB's of data and it included max tariff discount of £7ppm according to your agent.

    @VodafoneUK There is nothing wrong with the signal, you can quite clearly see that I have a full signal on my screenshot. I am complaining about the speeds, not the signal. Please read my Tweet and please don't reply with the standard Network Status Checker as it doesn't help me at all.
