Hi @VodafoneUK we need to talk.. Am trying to cancel my Now TV subscription. The link you sent via text to cancel sends me on a loop. When I sign into NowTV account details it says you need to cancel with Vodafone.I log into Vodafone and nothing... Can you look into this pls?

It would be admission of how poor their service is if they gave people an indication of queue length. “We are experiencing a high volume of calls and will be with you in 6 hours”

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Six hours eh, seems a bit excessive only took me about an hour to get the number to transfer to another company, if you are polite, courteous and patient the person on the other side will do their job and help you. Vodaphone have always been good with excellent customer service.
