    @VodafoneUK are at it again… brilliant customer insight. I get a text or email if them every couple of days. Not a generic one but addressed to me. Saying you can upgrade Now to the iPhone 13 … with a link. Hit the link, log into my account, pass security, says I can’t upgrade.

    @VodafoneUK such a shame you don’t look after your existing customers but instead preference new customer. Sim only contract has come to an end but you won’t offer existing customers the same deals you are new customers …. Surely loyalty should be the other way around?!

    @VodafoneUK I spoke to someone 6 days ago on the phone about my contract and he was dealing with my complaint and I even have a reference number and a login to track my complaint which doesn't work. So basically I've just been left, can someone look in to this please
