@VodafoneUK can you please sort out your customer service? 57 minutes on the phone (Still on the phone) majority of the time on hold waiting for the issue caused by Vodafone to be resolved. I did this exact role previously and this was a 5 minute transaction tops! #PoorService

@VodafoneUK I'd rather keep communications public. It's clear that the app is designed that way, so people have no choice but to call your centres, which boosts revenue. I work 60+ hours per week, so don't have the time or patience to call. It's quite simple. Fix the app, or lose a customer.

Spent the whole day trying to get hold of anyone who could help me with leaving @VodafoneUK. Simply dreadful customer service, all the routes they advise in texts or communications are dead ends or not where they say they are. Is it any wonder I am trying to leave?!!

@VodafoneUK I have just signed up for you fibre broadband. So far my experience with your company has been appalling. Your customer service teams are dire and unhelpful and 2 of your off shore team have blatantly lied to me.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup my friend is travelling to UK . He recharged 6995 pckge .. and he is unable to receive incoming calls which is a part of the package but there is noone at vodafone who is ready to help. Is this how you deceive people

@VodafoneUK @OmarsCipCip 4g completely unusable at Stansted airport today. 3g just about working. Seems to be a multi-year issue. So you are just happy to write off coverage within the airport? Pretty shocking.
