with platitudes and lies from a range of lovely sounding people who have promised me all manner of assistance but have failed to deliver even a modicum of customer satisfaction. It has gotten to the stage that I cannot believe anything the @VodafoneUK representatives are telling

@VodafoneUK absolutely abysmal customer service again! Yesterday i order a new Apple Watch, and today my WiFi calling turns off and can’t be switched back on until I sync with my new watch! Which i have no idea when will arrive, so basicallyi can’t use a phone I pay £60 pm for👍🏻

me as I have become so disillusioned with the brand. They will still expect me to pay in a couple of days for a service they're not providing which in my opinion is tantamount to dishonest appropriation. Absolutely bewildered by @VodafoneUK.

VodafoneUK hi, I have never known a company with such rude members of staff And poor customer service, I have had members of staff argue with me and put put the phone down, I have been put on hold for about 20 minutes and then the phone has cut off,

@VodafoneUK I am livid. My 92 year old mum who Vodafone recognises as a vulnerable person has had an absolute nightmare over installation of Fibre. Support from Vodafone has been non-existent. I've just spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to speak to a manager with ZERO success
