@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK I have just had a week of 3 hours a day with Vodaphone to solve the most simple of problems but to no avail. Passed from one to another and cut off endless times. Eventually emailed my concerns and surprise surprise no reply.

@DavidDavisMP I have spent months getting a sum total of nowhere with @VodafoneUK customer services, including loads of time on hold, supposed ‘we called you but you didn’t answer’ messages (the phone was in my hand, literally waiting for the call, it never rang...) etc

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK 3 hours for me this weekend waiting for @VodafoneUK to answer their support line and then I gave up. It would be admission of how poor their service is if they gave people an indication of queue length. “We are experiencing a high volume of calls and will be with you in 6 hours”

Hi @VodafoneUK we need to talk.. Am trying to cancel my Now TV subscription. The link you sent via text to cancel sends me on a loop. When I sign into NowTV account details it says you need to cancel with Vodafone.I log into Vodafone and nothing... Can you look into this pls?
