@VodafoneUK We have DM’d and called several times and still no broadband! We were supposed to have internet installed 14/11 and still nothing. We were supposed to have a phone call before 8 this evening…. Still no phone call! A really bad service @VodafoneUK !

@VodafoneUK I've chatted with an 'advisor'. Please tell me why vodafone have started charging for a service that is not activated & could be up to 72 hours until the service is activated? Notice, i had to contact vodafone to get this information. Got to say really crap customer service.

@VodafoneUK I've logged it with 2nd Line Support. Very surprised how the 'Expert Mode' doesn't have the option to change channel. You can't forget about the Technical People who know how to configure a router.

Been struggling with @VodafoneUK to drop my contract down to a 30 day rolling contract after my plan expiring and have been told I can only do that online via upgrade, go through that only to find i have been lied to and only 12/24 month contracts are offered. Time for a PAC code

@VodafoneUK It doesn’t need to be private. Your systems are poor, one cannot logout of account so another account can be logged into. All one can do is wait a day or so for cookies to expire

@VodafoneUK Thank you Richie, but if they can’t correct things after 3 exhausting calls, then I doubt you’ll be able to help. We’ve asked them to cancel the whole order. Let’s see if they screw that up too. You work for a bad company Richie.
