@GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

Just spent 3 hours on a live chat with @VodafoneUK before they agreed to process a refund for service they weren’t giving me then they just had to connect me to ‘the technical team’ who then couldn’t process such a large refund and had to connect me a manager. Then it cut out.

@VodafoneUK I’m getting max 90 every day, I think I can remember only getting 900mbs twice in a year of being with your service! This is poor service and can’t talk to anyone about it. May have to cancel

Rang 02 with my money all ready to get a brand new phone and switch from @VodafoneUK Heard so many good reviews of 02 After the ridiculous phone call where the member of staff seemed to have no customer service skills I don’t think I’ll bother with @TheO2 Suggestions?

@VodafoneUK please, for the love of god, help me. My broadband hasn’t activated today and Tobi is useless. I’ve tried ringing multiple times and just need to speak with a human.

@VodafoneUK Hi Guys, I am very close to giving up trying to contact you and just go with someone else. How hard should it be to contact you about signing someone else to your service? I’m beginning to feel a bit embarrassed I recommended you.

Two weeks ago, my contract ended with @VodafoneUK and I decided to try an alternative network. I thought I’d try @giffgaff SIM only because I wanted to see if their network performance (O2’s) was better than Vodafone’s. (I’d also reduce my bill from £70 to £20 a month).

@VodafoneUK a disgusting business plan offered by a disgusting abysmal disloyal outfit! Upping charges by over 15% is no way to stop me from switching to, say for instance, another provider such as Tesco. V/fone clearly don’t give a damn! ……………………………..,………..

@VodafoneUK For the past two days I am trying to pay my bill, but your app and website is having technical issues. And then I received a text that I am behind with my Device Plan payment and you will be sending a letter to DebtCollection. It's your servers fault that I can't pay up!

Why is greater regulation important to protect consumers, especially during economic downturns? A thread on the ongoing poor experience I’m suffering having moved mobile network providers (from @VodafoneUK to @giffgaff).
