@VodafoneUK I reported my wifi was down this morning at 8:30am. I was then sent a text message with a 6 digit ref # to confirm my fault. I’ve called and your system does not recognise the ref # I cannot get through to an actual person. I run a business and need this sorted asap

Moving home is stressful enough without the added pressure of trying to sort out the Internet in our new house. Last @VodafoneUK call was atrocious. Customer service person was sat in a pub it sounded like.

@VodafoneUK could you have the decency to send a proper bill before sending collection letters. Already spent hours trying to solve it with your customer service. They cannot find the account. No bill, no payment. You have the address so simply send bill if you want 💷

@VodafoneUK absolutely no signal at my home address for the last few weeks. I pay a ridiculous amount for my contract phone and shouldn't have to rely on WiFi calling!

Been waiting for two weeks for a response to my complaint with the @VodafoneUK complaints team. I had to call about another issue today as they are charging me for sending texts (not pictures) when they are included. While on the call I asked for an early termination fee 1/2

@VodafoneUK Hi, we have one of the 200k free sims for our guests. They aren't able to call ukraine??? Why is this? I've called support and they tall me free calls to ukraine is not something they are aware of...
