  Customer acquisition, digital onboarding & operations must be designed as one journey. My @VodafoneUK eSIM order was completed, but activation details never arrived. After 24+ hours and repeated support promises - I cancelled. The funnel does not end at payment. It ends when the customer can use the product. #CustomerExperience #digitaltransformation #esim

  Trying to switch to Vodafone. Talking to an agent on their site. Their advice is "you should try the official site to switch". Thanks @VodafoneUK saved me from ongoing terrible support!
