    Just spent an hr of my life talking to @VodafoneUK so I can cancel my watch contract - wait, explain, do security checks, get put thru to cancellations, q of 30 people ahead of me, wait, get through, security checks (again) get told to call back 27/9 #Thanks

    @VodafoneUK I have suffered discrimination by your company.  My broadband should have gone live with you today. When I have previously switched my broadband has been down for ten minutes. This time it went down for 12 hours.

    @VodafoneUK I tried calling to report the problem but was told all they could tell me was that the issue would be resolved by midnight, forcing myself and my partner to take a days leave from work.
