@VodafoneUK These things happen and, speaking for myself, I am happy, to an extent, to wait for a fix. You only acknowledged the issue half an hour ago though, despite it being widely reported in the media for hours. Huge fail, blatant disregard for your paying customers

@VodafoneUK will customers be getting a refund for down time today? Or if they’re also mobile customers, how about a discount on their mobile bill? Surely the 14% increase will cover this? #thieves
