@GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK On a pot I’ve note @tescomobile were incredible when I had to sort my late aunts estate. Everything was cancelled then and there and nothing was too much trouble. I have since moved to their network because of the service I received in store by actual humans…

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK In the end, I had no recourse but to cancel my DD, and they sent the heavies after me. 5 years later, I was still suffering from credit repercussions. End result? I make it my business to deter everyone I can from signing up with them or staying with them. +£60, -£1000s

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK It took me 3 months of persistent phone calls to leave @VodafoneUK and I only had a Wi-Fi dongle. I vowed that I would never return. I remember the operator agreeing that if they made it easier for us to leave we'd be more likely to return.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK They are a revolting company. Wouldn't ever use them again. By far the worst of a pretty poor show.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So very to read all this How distressing & unnecessary! No one should be put in this position after a bereavement! When my dear Mum passed away she had a little phone with @tescomobile & I can't praise their customer service enough sorted within 15 mins & a lovely email received.

@VodafoneUK as a current customer, I have been made aware of how badly your company has been treating the relatives of deceased customers (even those who have PofA). I would like to see a notification that you intended to amend this practice. Or I will terminate at next renewal.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Three are the same. I took a contract out with them but the phone would’ve taken too long to arrive so I cancelled the contract and never received the phone. They kept harassing me for money owed each time I explained and then they sent debt collectors which cost me a mortgage!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had terrible experience with Vodaphone. Only way I sorted it -after months of hassling-was to spend an entire day on the phone - ringing them repeatedly when they didn’t get back to me and sitting for HOURS holding. In the end persistence won. Their policy is to wear you down.
