    @VodafoneUK @Psychedgirl /4 store on a Saturday morning and say there whilst the store manager tried for two hours to resolve it. She had to call you from her personal mobile and when once she got through you refused to help as if purchased it via your website, not from a store. Start to finish, absurd.

    @reynlord Yeah I'm having real ******* problems with @VodafoneUK lately. My signal has been appalling and I can barely load anything. Obviously it comes right after them putting the prices of my contract up too 🙄

    @AitchTeaDrinker @VodafoneUK We've both used Tesco Mobile on a joint account for years. We haven't often needed customer care, but when we have they've been fine. You, know, an actual sentient person. Haven't needed advice on such a technical issue though.

    @VodafoneUK What a rubbish service you provide! I have been transferred back and forth from mobile broadband to home broadband to pro plus broadband team for an hour and 56 minutes. I tried calling 03333040441 (complaints) and gave up after waiting for 49 minutes.
