    @VodafoneUK Just spent 2 hours on both virtual chat + holding to speak to a person who then told me to phone back tomorrow. First experience with Vodafone left me wondering how you are still in business. Appalling.. was going to say service but no service received.

    Where's my phone @VodafoneUK? Joined your network and ordered a handset. Was promised it would be here yesterday between 8 and 6, and that I would be kept up to date by DPD by text. Both things haven't happened! Do I need to cancel my order and go elsewhere?
