    @VodafoneUK are you still having issues with App & chat service. I’ve been trying to speak to someone about my bill for days now. App isn’t loading properly & chat constantly saying no advisors available…phone lines still sending link for chat & ending call!

    @AdamofAlbion @VodafoneUK They had “an issue” on the 20/21 apparently. They shouldn’t have continued to accept orders then bullshit with the “next day delivery” even now they say delivery in 3-5 days

    @VodafoneUK strike again! Absolute garbage! Order upgrade on 2/12/21 and no mention of any issues, not once. Then contact again and still no mention other than to say it would be on the way today. Now they say delay has been since 24th Nov! Shambles and no closer to sorting!

    Absolutely losing my 💩 with @VodafoneUK it is totally impossible to either speak or chat with someone! Twitter not much better they haven’t responded to DM that they told me to send. @Ofcom can you help I’ve raised enough complaints with #vodafone over the last few weeks 😤

    @VodafoneUK can you tell me why a phone that i ordered 9 days ago with 1-3 day delivery is still not even dispatched with no contact from you. Ive rang twice to be told leave it another day. Just getting palmed off 🤔 customer of over 10 years 😡
