Happy bank holiday @VodafoneUK disappointed I can’t get my broadband at £19 as advertised due to @TalkTalk disconnecting my landline without informing me! Spoke to 4 different people today including Sam, Alice and Charlotte. Only Charlotte could sort the issue

@VodafoneUK I have spoken to upgrades and retentions which agreed upgrade deal, waited 10days for the phone only to find the "deal" given was a different plan. Not one mention of the plan given. Oh but as it "wasn't clear" either way: that's my issue! Recommend others to follow and cancel!
