@VodafoneUK @primevideouk @VodafoneUK Nokia 8110 wasn't spring loaded to slide down Protective cover like in The Matrix. The 7110 was spring loaded, although a slightly different design. So is the 7110 (spring loaded) or 8110 (design) THE Matrix phone??

@VodafoneUK I've already had conversations with your support team who are confident a new sim will fix the issue, despite a signal meter showing the signal being received is -115dbm, and having now tried another handset the signal is still away with the fairies.

@VodafoneUK I have been going in circles with your ridiculous customer service process, all I want to do is give you more money by upgrading. I ring 191 and it tells me to talk to Web chat. I talk to Web chat and it tells me to ring 191. What an absolute farce. Even My Vodafone doesn't work

Hi @ThreeUK I use home mobile broadband. Your website states you can provide a static IP. Your online chat said if I called it could be set up. I have spent all morning going round your phone support being told it’s impossible. Which is true please? @VodafoneUK tell me they can.
