    @VodafoneUK to my Flip Z 5G tucked Samsung watch but before I had iPhone with watch, iphone is no more but apple watch is, I asked to just cancel my eSim and told yes it is possible, contaced CS and after 56 min waiting I been told not possible, also returning samsung watch.

    @VodafoneUK worst broadband provider I've had including @TalkTalk constant router reboots, slow line speed, and you cut me off at 1am today after I requested a switch, great timing vodafone, never again

    @VodafoneUK that's fine, i've followed all the instructions but the issue is it asks for the imei but i can't get that - can't get the phone open as it needs to be unlocked to get the new sim in the first place. so frustrating!

    You have failed me as a long term customer @VodafoneUK. Your customer service is appalling. I have no phone coverage at home and yet I have to pay either a large exit fee or stay with my contract. Large corporation that shits on the customer. I will be going to the ombudsman.
