  @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK My wife and I left Vodafone about 10 years ago after they implemented a new billing system and took 2 matching direct debits out of our accounts. I can honestly say that they were the absolute worst customer service I have ever come across. Have not gone anywhere near them since

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK You're out of luck. Vodafone customer service is as bad as it gets. If you're lucky enough to get through to a person, it'll be an Indian who can barely understand what you're saying, & they won't complete whatever task is needed to fix your problem.

  I have been a customer with Vodafone business for 8 years. I requested my PAC code to leave because their customer service has been awful yet they continue to try and upsell me. Terrible company. @vodafone @VodafoneUK
