@l_herdman @SkyUK Avoid @VodafoneUK, poor signal and it took several calls and many hours spent on their online chat to fix their previous mistakes and over charging. I was seriously considering billing them for my wasted time.

@VodafoneUK Hi there, can you just fix the problem instead of suggesting it's a chaching issue when it isn't. Same issue encountered in Chrome and Opera after clearing cache and cookies. O2 are getting a new customer tomorrow.

@VodafoneUK Having got through to a manager who still just gave me a number to ring because he can't talk to them (although it's Vodafones **** up) and them not being in today why should I spend any more of my personal time on a bank holiday doing this?..customer couldn't care suits better!
