    @VodafoneUK UPDATE: for Vodafone customers whose prices went up for no reason I’d recommend moving to any other network.... tricky part is actually getting hold of someone at Vodafone to sort this out. Less than 3 months into my contract and Vodafone is hiking prices. Very poor behaviour

    Hi @VodafoneUK. Just tried to call you. Spent 35 minutes on hold before getting an automatic message saying ‘the team you need to speak to is not available’ and then the call was ended. If I’m honest it wasn’t the best customer experience I’ve had.

    @VodafoneUK hey logged into my account to upgrade a sim only yet there are miles better offers on your website for new customers such as £15 a month 30gb unlimited calls and txts 12 months why can’t I have that as an upgrading customer
