    I’ve discovered why my posts are constantly going into my drafts box. My network is crap where I live. I’m not at home now so no problems. @VodafoneUK and no it’s not my phone cache etc. it’s a lack of network speed / capacity. Just found this in my Draft box. @X is weird

    @VodafoneUK - wow! Not exactly so keen to help when it’s a problem you’re having to deal with. Utterly disgraceful. No respect for your customers. All about screwing money out of people and then leaving us to languish in your techspeak when there’s a problem.

    @VodafoneUK @EE your signal along with every other mobile network in the UK is pathetic. You even advertise that when one doesn’t work the dual network kicks in. Well it’s shite. I can’t make calls or receive signals in so many places which is 3rd world levels of embarrassment

    What a bunch of profit chasing thugs @VodafoneUK are. I get a regular monthly bill of £17 however just being a day late for payment ( only ever one reminder) I get a £5 penalty. That’s £5 a nearly 33% fine. Catch phrase should be “got you, give me your money,stuff the service”

    @VodafoneUK You've sent me a bill despite me having left Vodafone in February,I tried phoning but your automated system doesn't cover my problem and your TOBI chat has been hanging for 20 minutes,how am I supposed to sort this out

    How does a video suddenly stop playing but others are working on @X Does anyone know the reason why a 4G phone signal keeps dropping out? Are the two related? If you do can you tell @VodafoneUK and X so they can fix it?

    I worked with Adrian’s Son for a few years while at Vodafone and he was such a positive fun guy. We all loved @VodafoneUK we were a family. Then this awful franchise scheme came in. Dropped all the teams that had worked for them for years. I still don’t know how this is legal?
