  @michtymike @VodafoneUK Just had the option of fibre here since October last year. The fibre is working fine, but Vodafone's service isn't. Need more competition for Starlink so their prices come down

  @lochvue @VodafoneUK Virgin/BT used to do this to us. Unfortunately, where we are (no fibre broadband available) it wouldn't have been possible to get the new service no matter how much we'd have liked to.

  So after 20 plus years it's time to say goodbye to @VodafoneUK couldn't match the prices of other providers. I wish major companies would reward loyalty, however they never will.

  @VodafoneUK can't get into my account at all. Had this problem before. Need this fixed please have several phones and contract is nearly up. Can't reset username as no pin or memorable word. Username not recognised

  @VodafoneUK I am still without internet, so yes I require further help. I was told by one of your colleagues on the phone that an Open Reach engineer sorted the line, but did not actually attend my address, begging the question "Why was I told by Vodafone that I needed to be in the house?"

  @VodafoneUK No broadband in Maidstone, Kent. I've just switched to Vodafone after years of trouble - fee service with another provider. I hope I haven't made a mistake
