@VodafoneUK I was using friend's wi-fi on Friday so could not stay online indefinitely -so went home where I have absolutely NO services at all.Thanks a bunch @VodafoneUK still no answers from Customer Service. This is a nightmare experience -being cut off in a pandemic after heart surgery.

@VodafoneUK thanks for the non existent help. Having spent a further 2 hours (10 hours in total in the vortex) on the phone with your offshore team again to find out at a third attempt you still haven't sorted broadband...disgusting and ridiculous #dreadfulservice #sanityloss

Seems like when they collected the one @VodafoneUK sent to the wrong address, they returned it to the depot instead of forwarding it on to me. In addition they never bothered to out it down for being resent last week.
