  @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Had a nightmare with Lyca trying to save a few quid literally walked into my local tesco mobile shop and nearly cried whilst telling the brilliant youth my life story of hell !   @Ofcom Hi @Ofcom the reply is appreciated. Confirm this has already been done. The more worrying factor is that the scammers have used @VodafoneUK legitimate messaging to message their customer scam messages.

  @VodafoneUK Using Deloitte LLP, Vodafone-Three argued at Reading Crown Court on the 8th April 2026 that I did not have a Subscriber Service telephone Contract that was taken out on 03 January 2019 after a New Promotion. I had a £20.00 monthly Big Bundle and changed to monthly

  That was the weirdest afternoon ever - Sky broadband went down around 2pm and has just come back. However, we all then also lost the mobile data signal too - how is that even possible when they are not connected?! @VodafoneUK I had no way of finding out what was happening
