How come @VodafoneUK has stopped people ringing re upgrades. Now it's done via chat or online which keeps crashing... not great customer service been a customer years. Chat saying they can't get people to ring you

@VodafoneUK your customer service is absolutely shocking ! Been a loyal customer for some years now and upgraded with the annual upgrade promise. Waited weeks for the package to send my old phone heard nothing even after contacting you now been charged 400 quid nearly ! 🤬

So whilst @EE @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK have all brought back roaming charges (I'll be leaving EE anyway because they're utter dogsh1t). Are there any decent mobile phone/network providers anymore? Any that don't want 3 year contracts or rip you off at extreme levels?
