@GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

@VodafoneUK seriously ! How do you get to talk to someone who is real and knows what they are doing . Regarding my tweet this morning , I have done your DM thing and spoke with a BOT who has no idea how to help . Seriously frustrated with your customer service 😡

@VodafoneUK been with Vodafone for ages, since 2019 I've been on a Sim only rolling contract. You're now removing the discount I've had and wanting me to commit to a long term contract to get the same or slightly worse service. Customer support were awful.

@VodafoneUK Try getting your 'Complaints Team' to actually pick up the phone and speak to me, might help ...

@HJMovingFarAway @CostaCoffee @VodafoneUK I have never had an issue with them. Even on calls always had UK based. Although, as we know these days there is little given to brand loyalty. I was expecting them to tell me to do one as I told them what I wanted rather than accepting what they wanted. Yep surprised.

@EveryCountry @VodafoneUK @bt_uk This is what the famous service economy, where the customer is king or queen, has turned into. It’s not an isolated case: In all sorts of ways we are reminded by late capitalists’ virtual monopolies that we are at their beck and call.
