@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Just saying it like it is, I have had broadband with Vodafone and have been 1st class to deal with by phone or online, prices great and much my preference over BT who I have had serial problems with in the past.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My mum was charged double to continue with Virgin when my step-dad died. 🥹 She ended account-similar issues.I think she had to write in the end, I know it was very stressful for her.Then when trying to start with another provider I had to help - extremely time consuming. 🤨

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Many years ago I had a similar issue with Orange, they continued to charge me for an account that I had closed. It was done over the phone and I received no confirmation of cancellation. Only became aware of it when letters from a debt collection agency arrived.

@GeorgeMonbiot Sorry you had to go through this, just awful. I had to cancel my DD to leave my contract too and they refused to help even though they owed me money. They put a black mark on my credit file. Would never use again @VodafoneUK

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I have my Internet with @VodafoneUK. It is ****. Connection outages at least twice a day. Complained endlessly and nothing ever changes, just get told "no problem their end." Will be delighted when I can move somewhere else. Would not recommend.
