@GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

@VodafoneUK James. Your (Vodafone's) "offer" was BS. I spoke to live chat (see screenshots) and so far all your "technical experts" have done is FURTHER slow the connection down and SLIGHTLY lower the buzzing on the line (VERY slightly). If you mark this as "fixed", then I'm going elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK It wasn’t until I checked your website that it confirmed that your contact centre had closed at 8pm. It appears on Twitter that other customers experienced the same issue. At least inform customer who are in hold, that your contact centres have actually closed (2/3)

@VodafoneUK Countless issues over the past years, but this time, I’ve called you 5 times to activate a SIM card, still not activated, despite assurances. I assume that I will be refunded for the days lost as we are unable to use the phone?

That order was meant to be a working line takeover. I got through to @VodafoneUK complaint dept, and the case handler said they'll look into it and eventually I re-ordered as a new line but that order got cancelled too! I went to call the complaints dept again,...
