@GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

@VodafoneUK are you still demanding existing customers provide their income and expenditure details to upgrade existing contracts? Just checking if you still want me to carry on cancelling my multiple contracts with you, as you have no customer loyalty anymore

@VodafoneUK 2 hours wasted trying to connect my new Super WiFi booster hub. It still doesn't work. There is no "Super WiFi tile" in the app to install it. I want someone to contact me asap. Your online chat is painfully slow.

@NadineDorries @VodafoneUK Yeah but make sure you cancel the contract after 6 months as it'll probably bounce up to about £30 a month that's how they make there money but people no realising until hundreds have come out the bank

@VodafoneUK Huh? I am asking about 5G network …. I get 5G but only in some places in London as I work there but usually other areas I go to are 4G. For the prices you charge we should get all 5G!

@VodafoneUK your service is incompetent to bordering negligence 6 days and you still can't activate a line on hold for hours to get cut off from numerous "advisors" I actually bought a house easier than taking your broadband out. This needs sorting today or I'm going to ofcom
