Shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK. Overcharged, on hold for nearly 30 minutes and now without Spotify. This is the third time this has happened since August

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK is a leech. You get rid of them, they don’t leave you alone. Keep taking money despite you end your contract. Luck of knowing of the staff, talks differently from each other. Rude. Dishonest. Unreliable. I spent half of my day with them yesterday. Again.

  • kevevs1908 Kevin (@kevevs1908) reported

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Try three, we agreed a new contract at the end of November and now they’ve said they won’t honour it as they had system issues that day and what me to pay more. Shocking service

  • choccieboy kirk (@choccieboy) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi - I've renewed my mobile contract with Entertainment package, but account still saying Spotify expires this week & the manage subscriptions tab won't let me do anything. Help.

  • pepsiroo Pepsiroo (@pepsiroo) reported

@KingBobIIV @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK And just because people are working from home, why is there a degradation in service? It's rife.

  • brianholt24 Brian Holt (@brianholt24) reported

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Hope you don't get any issues with an HSBC account 🥱

  • pterodactyl1984 pterodactyl (@pterodactyl1984) reported

@loadedpjk @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Exactly, you cannot catch Covid over a phone line. Maybe they got the idea from a Laurel & Hardy where Stan blew some ink down the phone into Ollie's ear.
