@VodafoneUK As suspected I've sent a DM and they can't help me as it's with customer relations , but I've tried for 8 weeks and they haven't helped lied 3 times and sent me a faulty phone !!! ! So who can Vodafone ? Any ideas ?

@VodafoneUK Tran, this has been an on going issue since Saturday May 7th 2022 and is currently with the “back office team” by popping over DM I can’t see it speeding up the process so I won’t bother. Cheers though mate

@VodafoneUK Just tried to make a valid complaint about being forced to give 28 days notice to notify my intention not to extend my current deal which runs out on 12th June 2022, to be threatened with debt collectors and then be hung up on!
