Been with @VodafoneUK for over 15 years, but I think I'll be leaving when my contract is up. Paid for a smart watch with them, and they kept charging me for it. Spoken to them twice and I'm still paying for it!!! They've had at least an extra 3 payments! Awful service 😡

@VodafoneUK my phone keeps cutting me off. WiFi calls when it works are fine normal signal calls drop. IF I had an emergency I would be screwed

@VodafoneUK Hi. Since late Nov, I’ve been getting regular texts and emails saying that you are (still) working hard to fix a problem with the MN in my area, GU52. No issues noticed and not seen any work being done. Also Network Checker says all is good. What’s going on?

@AllisonPearson @VodafoneUK You can apply for a PAC code, which by law Vodafone must provide. Then you use that when transferring to your new provider, who will cancel your Vodafone usage on your behalf. Usually takes a couple of days.
