@GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

@VodafoneUK Tried to sign up for your broadband earlier as an existing customer through the app, got to the last part and it kept saying there was an error and to try again later. Tried now online but the package is dearer. Can you help get the package at the original cost?

@VodafoneUK Hi Team, My provider for network is Vodafone UK. And why does Vodafone UK hasn't added Vivo phones in its volte list till now? Why discrimination?

@VodafoneUK I don't know what is going on but my network's been very slow & unstable the past month with "no internet" interruptions daily. Unfortunately my contract runs out next year. If I'm going to be trapped in a 2 year contract, I'm should be getting what I paid for.

@VodafoneUK hi please could you DM me. had my contract almost a month now and my account is STILL in prospect mode. Says I have no active plan on it. I don’t want this to mess with my credit score or something down the line.

Wtf do @VodafoneUK hope to achieve? I leave them because of constant one con calls. They still ring! Been happy with @ThreeUK for years- no cold calls from them. 👍

@VodafoneUK a quick call to upgrade my phone turned in to a 40 minute phone call with half hour spent on hold. The operator couldn’t get in contact with their manager resulting in... nothing. If you didn’t have so many staff working from home still this wouldn’t be a problem!! 😤
