@VodafoneUK But you should of had the new kit installed before you switched off the WiFi like I said really poor service! I think I will be leaving Vodafone now after 25 years as a loyal customer I will go to a rival that provides the WiFi service as I use it a lot

@WilliamLuXiaomi Do you test your chargers for safety? Mine blew up and according to @VodafoneUK many customers have had the same issue with over heating chargers. Yet your Customer service refuse to deal with this.
