@VodafoneUK The broadband has been down for hours, do you not have redundancy? Mobile backup is worse than useless with speeds less than 10 Kbs I'm currently tethered of my O2 4G, much better service.

@VodafoneUK There’s no reliable easy way to report issues with your broadband service. I think is essential to have an easy to reach way/number to report issues, rather than navigate maze of your website with no success

@Clouds861 @VodafoneUK If it's 14 days or less into it, you're still in your cooling off period and SHOULD be able to cancel for free. I'd advise you to do so too, they're the worst provider I've ever been with. I thought TalkTalk were bad, but wow they've got nothing on this lot.
