@VodafoneUK Hi thanks for your reply. The issue is the fluctuation between 4G and 4G+ keeps reducing. And speed I have to say is becoming a terrible experience from Vodafone. Compared to other networks like EE and O2 they have got something right. Why is it taking Vodafone this long?

@VodafoneUK I spoke to new customer team. They did promise the original offer and its in records even the customer service team is admitting this but they cant pay the original amount.
