@VodafoneUK For some reason, my direct debit for my device plan was cancelled (not by me), it’s due tomorrow as far as I know, how do I go about sorting it because obviously that’s a big problem if you’re unable to take the payment on time.

@VodafoneUK when promised repeatedly this month sort out my installation (initially due 07/12) with a new date, only to be told of one **** up after another at each call to wait another 24 hrs. CEO complaint needed to get sorted I feel! 😧

@VodafoneUK 3/? ... the issue... Not once has any openreach engineer been back to check the connection going into the house or inside the house irrespective of the fact that it is the most obvious first place to look given that it happened while the engineer was still working on it!

@vodafoneuk Hi, please don't turn off the 3G network in England. There are places in which I can still only get 3G, the internet works on this. If the 3G network is removed, I will no longer have internet access there and will complain. Thank you.

@VodafoneUK can I get an update on the service issues being experienced in the AB54 7RW area , I have heard nothing since the text I received on Saturday and have to travel 12 miles just to get service.
