@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK They are literally provide no customer service at all, we use them for the company phones but not when our contract is up for renewal.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK They are terrible to deal with on all counts, they have a business service called "onenet" they're ******* useless with that aswell. Avoid them if you can, ive paid them for something I've not had and gave up trying to get money back, life's too short to be on hold with them 8hrs

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Vodafone are famous for their dreadful customer service, I thought “they can’t be that bad” and switched to them for broadband. I was wrong! I’d NEVER use them in future no matter how good any deal they offer is.
