@EE Cancelled it. 5 days to respond, no one returned calls. Absolutely crap customer service. I went with @VodafoneUK broadband in the end.

@VodafoneUK I moved from Vodafone to EE 6 weeks ago best move I ever made great customer service great connection I even get 5g in areas I struggled to get 4g from Vodafone I'd recommend to your customers to move

@VodafoneUK Think I've tried all of them now. Weirdly when I changed my nationally from British to Scottish I made some progress. All the way to the final stages when.... I need to 'please try again' (I did) or call customer service which will be closed. Not a great way to spend my evening.

@emstoreyedits @VodafoneUK For the last 6 months I have spent hours on the phone to their customer service. To be overcharged AGAIN this month. Will be cancelling my contract when it ends in January. Worse customer service ever !! @VodafoneUK
