    @VodafoneUK is there any way of actually speaking to a member of your staff other driving down and knocking on your door? Pretty sick of having to say the same thing in a different voice several times to one of your machines, only to be told to hang up. Great customer service 👍

    @VodafoneUK I’m also about to be charged my first bill which given I still don’t have service is outrageous. Every single step of this installation has been a catalogue of errors. It’s hard to understand such uselessness from a reputable company

    So I made a complaint to @VodafoneUK and they asked when I wanted to be called to talk about it. Why bother asking if you are then going to totally ignore it? I said call me in the evening! Not midday...

    I am absolutely DISGUSTED by @VodafoneUK for almost a month I have been on the receiving end of a string of incompetencies and negligence and abuse from 1 manager. I can't help but think this is deliberate because I'm on a SIM only contract, therefore I'm not important enough.

    @VodafoneUK yes ppt out ever time you are a nuisance and lets face it its not just a nuisance but as you system is obviously broken for opting out you are now breaking the law around spam

    @VodafoneUK all i want to do is speak to somebody and i cant get through on the phone as you want everything done online.. why am i paying a bill when i cant even get simple customer service ?
