  @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile I've been a victim of identity theft and someone is opening lyca mobile accounts in my name, using my credit file. Lyca mobile have been crap dealing with it. No sense of urgency. Call centre staff won't deal with me.

  Morning @VodafoneUK you’ve charged me for using my data in Turkey. I’ve never been to, or ever intend to visit that **** hole. Is there a way I can claim that money back please? I’m in Greece on holiday not Turkey. Many thanks 🍹
