    @VodafoneUK I knew I’d be right. They can’t even be bothered to give you notice before you call and then pretty much close the issue if you don’t answer. I’m not calling back in to start from square one again and explain the issue to someone who hasn’t a clue. Useless.

    @VodafoneUK trying to pay the remainder of my bill. never experienced a company that makes it so hard to pay them money. owe you about £650 quid. I can't get through, I can pay online as my number has now moved to EE And your AI bot is a bell. I'll await you to send me a letter

    @VodafoneUK For the past two days I am trying to pay my bill, but your app and website is having technical issues. And then I received a text that I am behind with my Device Plan payment and you will be sending a letter to DebtCollection. It's your servers fault that I can't pay up!

    Hands down @VodafoneUK are the absolute worst broadband company ever. Meant to be connected 1st Feb and still no connection as the router that worked for one day has packed up. Phone line still not going to work until the 3rd March and now you are sending me two bills? AVOID!!!!!
