@GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

@VodafoneUK Clue in 1st sentence. It's not or never has been a Vodafone device which is why I ask what rights you have to lock it to your network. Only responses to this question have been lies

@VodafoneUK terrible customer service, been waiting over a week for my full router package to be delivered, have a router now but nothing else. Have literally contacted the chatonline and called about 6 times. Promised a call back yesterday. Nothing.

@VodafoneUK she has spoken numerous times with Vodafone who said she needs to speak with ee or new provider. Question why can Vodafone block a phone not purchased through them and refuse to allow it to be used on any chosen network after contract is up? 2/2

@VodafoneUK Please explain Mo how an independent mobile phone shop identified the phone locked to the Vodafone network then. I never told them who the previous provider was so unless the guy was a mind reader or time traveller he would have no way of knowing Vodafone were involved. More lies

@VodafoneUK Yes I’ve been on the phone 3 days for over an hour at a time. They sent me troubleshooting texts & none helped. It is now not notifying me if messages or WhatsApp’s. It’s very frustrating! I should be sent a new device. I’ve been a customer over 20 years.

@James_Clements @VodafoneUK Thanks James, I’m beginning think you are right. I spent two hours on hold trying to get to speak to someone before giving up. What kind of company does a hard search for a £19 a month broadband contract. It’s ridiculous. I’ll just email and tell them to cancel my order.

@VodafoneUK Why won’t you give me a correct PAC code to leave your network! OFCOM rules state within 2 hours?
