@GillianDouglas2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Whilst I understand there’s inflation to keep up with, surely the customer and the circumstances have to come into consideration. We’ve all been told to stay home. I have no income for now.

@VodafoneUK @rontrenpreneur They are useless and don't seem to communicate with their customers. Thinking of terminating my contract with them due to poor service. This the second time mine has gone down and was 3 days previously. Do it via DM and you get a bot that cannot answer direct messages. #shoddy

@VodafoneUK - take you through a 10 min call only to refer you to online help where you have been waiting nearly 2 hours for a response. Have you been taking tips from @Barclaycard ?

@VodafoneUK Thanks Amy. I've managed to sort the problem...kind of. The error occurred each time I tried to keep our existing number. When I tried selecting a new line, it worked fine. Not ideal but it got around the problem 👍

@VodafoneUK [2] I did - 18th August, which you chose to ignore. You then emailed me to say you will disconnect my service and keep me updated. As usual, another lie. You disconnected me yesterday, my number has not been ported and you are yet to make contact me. When I try to contact you ...

@VodafoneUK Tried that. End up with the same options as on your website. Be nice to speak to an actual human being about the issue.
