    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I have never encountered such horrendous customer care In my life... 3 hour phone call again today being pushed to department after department explaining the same problem to 9 different people 3 of them the complaints department.1 year of issues

    @VodafoneUK Don’t go with Vodafone. I’ve been with them for many, many years. Even took broadband out with them. Doesn’t matter they will not even try keep you as a customer. Didn’t offer more than 1 deal to renew. Beyond disappointed considering I told them I wanted to stay

    I thought my previous isp was bad. At least they would speak to @WeAreOpenreach about the issue (although they did nothing to resolve it), but @VodafoneUK don't even do that. Def ditching them as soon as I can.

    @Logitech Why is my Circle View not recording video anymore? It’s saying its offline but I can see the live view until it says camera not responding? It seems to work with recording when connected to @VodafoneUK booster but then disconnects from it then doesn’t record!!! #help

    @VodafoneUK calling to try and improve my plan or possibly cancel if nothing suitable currently on hold for 49 minutes and counting!! Probably not the best way to retain my business when I’m already contemplating leaving

    @VodafoneUK Hi, 1. A firmware update on the router caused 2.4Ghz WiFi to stop working if the SSID was hidden. I reported the issue and to date this has still not been rectified.

    Ordered a free SIM card from @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK to see if the signal is better, according to signal checkers, should be full strength not fluctuating between 1-2 bars @giffgaff, I am less than 100m from a mast……

    @VodafoneUK absolutely rubbish customer service given to my mum. 3 hours and 6 different people to sort an issue. Totally rude, hung up on her, didn’t get that she could get codes of her phone because it’s broken. Please sort this out.

    @VodafoneUK Can I please have a response from your 'customer service' team? I have been a new customer for less than two weeks, had an issue immediately and no-one has made any effort to resolve it. Dreadful experience so far.
