.@EE just been hung up upon by Dean! How professional is that? Anyone wanting to deal with EE should beware! Customer care is non existent and compensation after 4 months of not having full broadband is insulting as I’ve spent more @VodafoneUK going over my data allowance! AVOID!

@VodafoneUK I was advised by on of your Agents to cancel my existing broadband contract and signed a new contract as YOU guys were having issues on your end finding my new address!!! I was assured at the time I would not incur any additional fees when I leave the country in a years time.

I had no idea about @vodafoneuk cancelling their underground coverage, I would never have taken a deal with you had I known this was the case 🤨 I hope there's a cooling off period on a new contract because I may have to go elsewhere 😕
