@VodafoneUK It is disappointing, isn't it? I'm aware that you can't deal with technical issues via SM. If your Tech1, Tech2 & broadband *expert* team can't fix it, I very much doubt the social media team can. That won't stop me posting daily to highlight @VodafoneUK and their incompetence.

@VodafoneUK Why can't I cancel One Number? Online you are told to ring 191. Then after ringing and asking to cancel the automated response tells me to manage it online. The levels of frustration are through the roof.

@VodafoneUK There are decent numbers of people now saying they have sent off for a trade in and you reject it saying emei doesn't match. When we've used your trade in tool. Customer of 21 years, and you treat us like we are trying to swindle you into buying our phones back, it's ur 9ffer.

@VodafoneUK Reject this CPI plus 3.9% crap. Just corporate greed. Buy the phone outright and get sim free from an operator who doesn't increase costs each year. They say it's for investment but still the same network and very poor CS.
