@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK So if an Vodafone customer (account holder) buys a phone contract on behalf of their son or daughter or sister and they sadly pass away during the contract term. Can they Vodafone account holder close down without fees? By speaking to the bereavement team.

@VodafoneUK if I buy a phone contract with you guys and for someone else to use could I cancel the contract without termination fees if the phone users sadly passes away during the contract?
