    @VodafoneUK Wifi calling appears to be down. It was working earlier but suddenly it is dead. I have a rubbish signal at home and rely on wifi calling for my phone.

    @VodafoneUK I am not receiving calls at the moment. People trying to call me say it goes straight to voice mail but I have a full signal and receive a text right away saying I missed a call. Are you able to assist please?

    @VodafoneUK also removed their underground WiFi service in london when every other network maintained theirs. Going backwards on technology in 2022, are we??!

    @VodafoneUK why is there no sync between online chats & and account updates? Long wait times with customer service phone or chat gives an indication that there are many issues with @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I feel like I am talking to a brick wall ๐Ÿงฑ everytime I phone. This phone hasn't worked properly since I received it, & for 2 months, you haven't listened. Very disappointed with you treating a loyal customer like this. I'll stop my bills if this phone isn't suitable.
