    @VodafoneUK Moving to @O2 .. have a 40% discount promised in my notes that would continue- but even Vodafone customer relations will not honour it going forward. Disgusting customer service. Been with you 10 years . Looks like loyalty doesn’t mean much nowadays .

    @VodafoneUK 250,000 free connections, I hope they work better than one I'm paying for. I'm appauled by how long it's taking to fix my issue. When I'm pretty sure all I need is a new router, as my current one is 3years old. Come on Vodafone, don't push me away.
