@VodafoneUK Good evening, seems I was wrong. The situation isn't quite sorted yet. The guy came to collect my broken handset, and leave me a replacement. I was expecting a full box replacement, so I gave him the box, charger, phone, earphones...The whole lot.....He just left me with a phone.

.@VodafoneUK Your broadband service is beyond appalling. Tomorrow you will be getting the sixth call from me in the last month reporting faulty router. Cancellation and Ofcom complaint coming your way unless you send new router tomorrow. And I’m not paying a cancel fee.

Oh @bt_uk I’m sorry I left you for broadband elsewhere. The sheer farse that has been @VodafoneUK ‘s customer support. Three days of being told to restart the router and plug into the test socket directly. Literally gutting and looking forward to cancelling and jumping back soon!

@virginmedia No budging on this absurd cost, will definitely be going to @VodafoneUK who seem to have a much more reasonable approach and don't charge exit fees when the service can't be provided.
