    @VodafoneUK I’m a Vodafone customer with multiple contracts. Reports say Vodafone provided 2,500 SIMs with 6 months’ free data to Care4Calais, supporting migrants/asylum seekers. Is this true? If so, I’ll move my business and all my family’s Vodafone contracts. Please answer.

    Can @VodafoneUK have better customer service- it takes ages to speak to a human. Tobi is good for simple tasks but doesn’t redirect to a live agent easily.

    @VodafoneUK Ordered Secure Net Extra over 24 hours ago. Order is visible on your system but still not active. Spent hours in chat with multiple agents only for it to be closed during transfer to care. Can someone please help get this activated? Happy to DM details.

    Trying to switch to Vodafone. Talking to an agent on their site. Their advice is "you should try the official site to switch". Thanks @VodafoneUK saved me from ongoing terrible support!
