@VodafoneUK terrible service with vodafone these past 10 days. In Suffolk almost no reception on mobile at all. Back home in SE5, still slow, some postings on Facebook not coming through at all. Vodafone is a disaster zone!

Why has @VodafoneUK changed the way they charge for mobile phone contracts. I've been a customer for approx 10 years and have 3 contracts for family. Now upgrading they want me to pay separately for the phone and the bill. 2 different bills. Time to say goodbye me thinks

Dear @VodafoneUK my Broadband service has been out of service since 7th of June due to an outage and your Customer service team informed me it will be fixed by 28th of June. And if I cancel my contract so I get new provider, Vodafone said they will charge me cancellation Fee.
