  @VodafoneUK is it true you're being forced to upgrade customers on Fibre 2 to a higher package as @GOVUK are removing this fibre service & upgrading the cables rendering fibre 2 redundant by the end of 2027? I've just been told this by your staff at retentions.

  Yet again @VodafoneUK another 2hr call and promised a manager call back, nothing again. Now on the phone again to you. What is the problem here ? Is it employing foreigners that barely speak English 🤔 Or are you just so incompetent that nobody has a clue 🤔

  How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!
