    @VodafoneUK And when I asked for there to be an investigation on the 75 pounds increase I was told promotional team had increased it based on cost upfront on a new handset I hadn’t chosen or contract and when I asked who gave them permission to do this the customer service agent stated

    @AndrewJPowell @VodafoneUK Telecom customer services really suck. Reason for bad sector experience and reputation. Nobody wants or can invest there. Reasons? Profitability failures. Hyperscalers are misusing carriers and degrading them.

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you've already sent me a replacement router. Made the connection slower, what a joke. Now you tell me it's still a problem in the home. Couldn't possibly be your shambles of a company could it? Wish I'd never signed up

    @luzivonsalis @VodafoneUK It’s also because of their massive inefficiency across process and departments. They actively set up their teams to cause the customer maximum disruption when they choose to move or leave. This results in no empowerment, huge internal costs & dissatisfied customers.

    @VodafoneUK your stores are useless Ive had a issue with my samsung phone for 3 months and every time I go to your store I get fobbed off. now i get told to go to samsung for tech support on my phone Ive only had my phone since February and no one wants to help
