    @VodafoneUK I would take that phone and out another companies sim in ut as Vodafone when it goes wrong is terrible! No mobile broadband since 28th Feb and tech support have been unable to resolve the issue, trying to get a letter of deadlock so can report Vodafone to ombudsman

    Absolutely ridiculous service from @VodafoneUK. Broadband installation has been cancelled TWICE with no notification, installer just doesn’t turn up on the day. Now 15 days past original install date and still no internet. Having to hotspot phone and pay for extra data to work 😡

    @scottmottram @VodafoneUK I have spent at least 9 hrs on the phone to the technical team. Initial I was told in need to wait 5 days to get it fixed. 5 days time issue yet to be resolved. I was then told wait until today. The problem is yet to be fixed. Please waiting until Friday? Let’s see what happens

    .@VodafoneUK supposed to be activating new broadband today. Sent me email/text on Good Friday telling me there was no need for engineer visit after all (prev told it was nec as need new landline number) . I cd just plug in new router and go. Problem they haven’t supplied router
