  Customer acquisition, digital onboarding & operations must be designed as one journey. My @VodafoneUK eSIM order was completed, but activation details never arrived. After 24+ hours and repeated support promises - I cancelled. The funnel does not end at payment. It ends when the customer can use the product. #CustomerExperience #digitaltransformation #esim

  @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Take them to ombudsman, they tried it on with me and lost .That's why I wouldn't recommend them to anybody,since I moved provider ,not a single issue or bill query .
