    @VodafoneUK @VOXImobile I want to report a major scam going on!! Or vodafone data or website might be hacked, I got a call saying that we are calling from vodafone and we have got the report that you are not getting network or having some issue with the network (area Eccles M30)

    @VodafoneUK I ported my network to Vodafone last week. The switch was supposed to happen on the 3rd. My previous network got disconnected, I am yet to receive details for my esim from vodafone. It's been 6 days now. Online chat and 2 visits to the Vodafone store has not helped.

    @VodafoneDestek Are you aware of this situation? There is a team in Türkiye that has not been able to manage its field team for 17 days and cannot provide a solution to the problem of your customer who wants to receive internet service in Kartal.@VodafoneUK @VodafoneIT

    @VodafoneUK team couldn’t even handle a package upgrade. They asked for my consent to deactivate my line to do it. After I questioned the consent they admitted it could take 1–5 days! No written 1-day fix guarantee, failed upgrade, and I missed the campaign. Bravo.

    @MartinSLewis I have I moved to @lebara from @VodafoneUK this week. Vodafone didn't offer a good deal so now I am paying £3 a month for 3 months then £7 a month thereafter Saving £7 a month. My number moved over without any issues
