    @VodafoneUK - no service in our village and surrounding villages since August 8th 2021. Relying on WiFi (not Vodafone!) calling but it’s affecting text messages & quality of calls. Multiple bot calls/complaints - no resolution SHAMEFUL #WinterbourneSteepleton, #WinterbourneAbbas

    @VodafoneUK how many times an I going to have to tell your stores and service operators to not bother me with sales before someone actually listens to me? Every month I receive calls I've asked to not receive. Surely a GDPR breach?

    Nightmare trying to get help from @VodafoneUK with data plan on Apple Watch after upgrade? Online guidance incomplete, calling 191 leads to series of dead ends never a human, online chat finally connected me to live agent in techdept, who then disappeared! Help please, not funny

    @VodafoneUK I have filled 3 times as your customer representative told me to do so ! Got wrong info 3 times and been 3 weeks since am waiting with right info. One of the manager being rude on the phone as they said they can’t help me
