@hanni22 @VodafoneUK I was with Vodafone for years then they put my bill up to £70 a month without informing me. Went to UW and never looked back £15 a month for unlimited data, calls and texts. I would never go back also x

@VodafoneUK Hi @vodafone in which case, looks like I’m being punished for taking the initiative and finding a better deal with Vodafone than what was offered -i.e. better than the “upgrades” offered to me as an existing customer. Poor customer service to say the least.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your quick response. I thought that it was in my husbands name but we can't login to the account as we've forgotten the login details. I think he'll have to phone up your helpline. Can you let me have their contact number please?

@SamsungMobile I upgraded to the Z flip 3 in Feb 22 and the screen protector is cracked directly in the fold which has now caused an air bubble. @VodafoneUK want me to wipe my phone to have this looked at under warranty but that seems extreme! For a screen protector. Help please

@VodafoneUK that's my exact question - I don't have an active bundle yet, it's a brand new SIM, never topped up, but with other SIMs I've had, the minute I top up you 'helpfully' convert the £5 to a BVB that I don't want. Can I stop that happening rather than having to 'undo' it?

@VodafoneUK Ordered FTTP superfast2 b/band. Due to be installed today between 8am and 1pm. No contact from the engineer, no information from Vodafone at all. I’m guessing this isn’t happening today. I am a new Vodafone customer but if this continues, I will be an ex-customer.

@VodafoneUK Your network is awful, switched over from BT and I regret it, slow internet everywhere I go, their excuse is that it’s where I live, I use wifi at home.
