Hi @VodafoneUK have tried a number of times to contact you following an ‘overdue payment’ email having left your network. Every time, by every single means, I am just told my number isn’t recognised. Can you let me pay you pls?

@VodafoneUK Hello, it’s broadband pro I believe, FTTP at 900mb per second. It was fixed temporarily yesterday. But has gone down to 93mv again today. Not happy with the service at all TBH

@VodafoneUK I have honestly never in my life found it harder to actually speak to someone at a service provider. Over an hour going round the houses with the moronic Tobi assistant, calling customer services and getting no response. I just want to take out a contract 😬
