@susie30d @VodafoneUK Eventually got another DM from em (@VodafoneUK) saying they'd text me a 4-digit code! After I'd carefully explained (& their agent Mark said he'd understood) that the problem is they'd removed me from network so I can no longer receive/make texts/calls!! You couldn't make it up!

Imagine paying for a phone you can't use. Every time I try to get a replacement sim and sim card tray for my phone, they send a security code to my number (WHICH I DON'T HAVE ANYMORE) like what else can I do. Its like every other day I have a issue with this service @VodafoneUK

It's that time again when @VodafoneUK drop the speed of my broadband. Last time weeks of fruitless messaging before it miraculously returned when I started moaning in public. So cutting to that already. DM to support Thurs, only 1 reply Friday asking for postcode etc. Hopeless.
