    @VodafoneUK Highest point of contact for a complaint and all they have said is after listening to recorded calls that they're sorry I have been misinformed on multiple occasions but as a goodwill we can offer £60. 10% of what I was promised!!!! Shocking service yet again.

    @VodafoneUK I just want an Openreach engineer because all that has changed since we had fast, reliable broadband is the connection in the BT cabinet to your equipment. Fairly logical that that is where the problem lies, no?

    @VodafoneUK Do you have a broadband outage? My router appears to say it’s connected, but I have no internet service. And your broadband checker service says “High Volume. Please try back in 30 minutes”, which seems to imply I’m not alone..?

    @TheBearBoo @VodafoneUK Typical Vodafone. They do the same crap here in Aus. They are useless. Happy to take money but refuse to provide a service is their motto.

    @TheBearBoo @VodafoneUK Vodafone is nothing but trouble. The amount of times I've had trouble is just a joke and after these contracts I will be going else where. Sorry you are having to deal with them.

    @AhmedShelbaya @VodafoneUK I switched to Vodafone, from previous supplier, for my home broadband supply, plus landline phone, in November 2022. The broadband works ok, but Vodafone has failed to connect our landline properly. Phoned numerous times and told ‘it’s a porting issue’.

    @TheBearBoo @VodafoneUK I'm sorry Burr! I'm not gonna lie: yours is added to the long list of Vodafone complaints I've heard over the years. I'm sorry it's having such a horrible impact though! Hope you're able to resolve the issue soon 😥 Probably a dumb question, but do you not use Authy for 2FA?
