  @VodafoneUK my mums terminally ill and our recently activated home phone line doesn’t work meaning loved ones and doctors, carers and support teams can’t phone her and your tech support team are saying it is going to take 3-5 days to fix - needs fixing in next hour.

  At 12:45pm today, my @VodafoneUK Internet connection stopped working. I still had an IP address with 50mbps down and 12 up, but no data could make it through. (Curiously, the VoIP phone still worked.) It was like that until around 11pm, when service was restored. A check on the Vodafone Network Status Checker said there were no problems reported. (Couldn’t do it before because of the lack of Internet connectivity.) Anyone else have problems today?

  @ThreeUK can you please explain why the signal for your network has got worse since you merged with @VodafoneUK ? It has got especially bad between Hungerford and Newbury.

  @VodafoneUK why is everything so difficult with you? Wanted to discuss my broadband as out of contract. Tobi trying to cancel my phone. Tried calling answered by someone who sounded like they were in a traffic jam. What are you doing?
