    @VodafoneUK this new way if credit checking your customers is shocking. Just tried to upgrade in on a cheaper contract and got rejected. I have never missed a payment, can more than afford it and I also have landline and broadband with you!

    @VodafoneUK I did look at phone and see the prices for phones I was interested in to upgrade but was all stupid prices while other networks offered way less and better stuff. Samsung S21 FE with 20GB £30 upfront £83 include insurance Google Pixel 6 £61pm with insurance 6 pro £79pm

    The upshot of my conversation with @VodafoneUK was that the problem has gone now so it isn’t an issue, and that “you have 16 devices connected and that causes lag”. The 16 devices are ALWAYS connected, have been for months and we never had this issue.
