Stella's Anorak (@FairChaseStella) reportedHey @VodafoneUK, why are your networks aggressively throttling/dropping UDP packets today? Can't even maintain a basic secure connection without the network completely freezing and flatlining. Fix your routing tables or local mast congestion. Sick of paying for bricked connection
-
Ronald McBurger (@Ronald_McBurger) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK You're out of luck. Vodafone customer service is as bad as it gets. If you're lucky enough to get through to a person, it'll be an Indian who can barely understand what you're saying, & they won't complete whatever task is needed to fix your problem.

Anaya Khan (@AnayaKh79843612) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK So sorry for your loss 😢when my mum passed I had the same issue with Post Office phone line. Firstly they refused to take my call asking for a copy of death certificate and then 30 day cancellation charge.
-
kryptonavenger (@kryptonavenger) reported@AyyanMalikyf7o @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Mercury did it to me, let someone take an account in my name. I went down there and I reckon the revolving door is still spinning!! Got a letter, went to county court and kicked off till I got the CCJ taken off. Should have sued the pair of them.

Julie McMahon (@JulieMc77303454) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my father in law died, I phoned VMedia to ask if the account could be transferred in his wife’s name. They said we couldn’t. Said we had to cancel the contract, pay a hefty cancellation charge (something like 10 months of the contract owing) and open a new acc in her name
