  @Lindstar24 @VodafoneUK are an abysmal, thieving mobile & internet provider who charge exorbitant rates for a very poor service. ANYONE who has an account with them should seek professional help immediately.

  Can @VodafoneUK have better customer service- it takes ages to speak to a human. Tobi is good for simple tasks but doesn’t redirect to a live agent easily.

  @Alexarmstrong @gala_borders I’m due to renew, shall be taking my business elsewhere. Giving SIM cards away to illegal migrants is only part of decision, @VodafoneUK, the connectivity is really poor in my rural area.

  @BenGrahamUK Well that’s me never buying any sims for me and my family from @vodafone @VodafoneUK ever again. My Vodafone broadband will be cancelled tomorrow, plenty of providers offering to pay cancellation fees.

  @djp4cm4n @VodafoneUK Left them a few years ago after god awful customer service, no decent signal anywhere , no discounts/ upgrades over my time with them. Now with @EE. Still awful signal at home on a 5G plan but elsewhere perfect

  @VodafoneUK @aashray7289 Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable
