The incompetence of @VodafoneUK never fails to amaze me. I simply do not understand how they remain one of the largest phone providers. Ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK , when exactly will the team be available to talk about the fact that I have no ******* internet?!? Your “online help” the automated message keeps pushing me to is garbage and there seems to be no answer as to when I’ll actually be able to talk to someone?!?

@VodafoneUK None on the Vodafone network we can hardly get 3G and you have the cheek to put the prices up by 4.5% to reflect your investment in upgrading the network. There is certainly no investment around here!!

@DaveChopping @VodafoneUK Right... the RPI/CPI went down but Vodafone decided to add 3.9% just to boost profits... Nice to feel like such a valued customer... i didn't get a 3.9% payrise this year... oh and i still cant access VeryMe!! Maybe the extra is to pay for that?

@VodafoneUK I need to raise a complaint about the handling of an existing complaint. How do I do this? Or do I need to refer directly to the regulator?
