@VodafoneUK help! I’m abroad an somehow all my spending caps have been switched on. I keep getting 504 errors when I try and log into my Vodafone to lift them (they shouldn’t be on in the first place but with covid I haven’t travelled a lot recently).

@NadineDorries @VodafoneUK Support?! They've just sent me an email saying the cost of my contract is rising by 5.4%. they shouldn't be allowed to put the price of a fixed term contract up half way through it.

@VodafoneUK We did this three weeks ago. I was set up as a name on her account and given a PIN number so i could discuss the problem with you. This worked for one day then apparently you couldn’t talk to me for security reasons.

@VodafoneUK But you need to tell customers before you increase their bill I am yet to have any offucal communication from Vodafone regarding this and the increase includes extra add on from Vodafone! Horrendous service from Vodafone, and the network operates worse even though you charge more

  • ksprtravel Kate Selley 💙 (@ksprtravel) reported

@VodafoneUK She’s 84 and doesn’t have social media. You keep promising to phone her and you never do. She’s been without her original number for nearly 2 months and is so upset and stressed by your treatment. Please get someone to phone her. She shouldnt have to phone you. @janeselley84

  • JamesBeswick13 Lost 🏳️‍🌈🇬🇧🇯🇵🇺🇦 (@JamesBeswick13) reported

@NadineDorries @VodafoneUK If budgets are under pressure would not cutting taxes for bankers help more than raising national insurance? Would a tax on the massive profits made by energy companies help more? Well no because the Tories like punching down and call it levelling up. Gove should credit Wiki

  • HammondJudith Judith Hammond (@HammondJudith) reported

@NadineDorries @VodafoneUK I’ve just had terrible experience with them. They had to cancel my first order for broadband, they raised a new order then text me a higher price and Openreach said they would have to do work so I cancelled. Customer service is awful.
