@VodafoneUK Hi Nathan, I’ve sent a DM but I would love a complaints email or number. Incidentally, your website quotes a number for complaints which just takes you to technical support. Im starting to think Vodafone block any formal complaints

@VodafoneUK 1st I have opened a new line and ported my number from a other network when I set it up. When will the number move? 2nd I have purchased 2 lines for my wife's business online. I need to verify business ID to proceed. Apparently online orders can't be helped on phone or in shop.
