    @VodafoneUK after 45 minutes on hold to the Wi-Fi xperts team, I have given up. Please put some form of reporting in place on social media so your customers can see where they stand. It’s a bank holiday and it is being reported that thousands are without a service they pay for.

    @VodafoneUK any updates as to when the broadband will be back up, we have been down in North wales since 830am this morning. Have done the self diagnostic tools but still nothing.

    Just spent half an hour trying to figure out why my broadband isn't working on @VodafoneUK's website, before finding out via random people on Twitter that the whole network is down. Why wouldn't they update their website with this info? 🙄
