Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MercianSaxon ③MercianSaxon (@MercianSaxon) reported

@AmBeR1994m @VodafoneUK If true that they will still advertise on @GBNEWS It will save me the trouble of cancelling. Those who were misguided by the far left organisation stopfundinghate should resume advertising too.

  • AddDoes Does It Add Up? 🇬🇧🇨🇦 (@AddDoes) reported

@WalkerMarcus @VodafoneUK @GBNEWS Hold on, that will be a random service agent from thousands, not someone from Vodafone's media office. Hardly a confirmed corporate view of the situation.

  • wansteady Andy Fawkes (@wansteady) reported

@VodafoneUK @Jackie_Bizzle It's such a bad corporate decision and poor PR. The 4G covers a tiny part of the network. I am losing something I use a lot and rely on, and signed up for. Time to move provider...

  • AndyF1069 Andrew Fisher (@AndyF1069) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi. There are network issues in my area (L4) that have persisted for several days and the app states that major repairs are needed. Are there any estimates for how long this may take and am I entitled to bill compensation? (it's okay if the answer is no)

  • FurryHaze Non entity. (@FurryHaze) reported

@VodafoneUK just been told that after you disconnected our broadband because of your own mistakes, we wont be reconnected for 2 weeks. Just unbelievably poor service. In what world is that acceptable? I wfh so broadband is critical.

  • Neilcharles1450 Neil 🇬🇧🇿🇦 (@Neilcharles1450) reported

@VodafoneUK @WalkerMarcus @GBNEWS Fortunately after that reply I won’t have to cancel my contract with you …..ooops sorry am with 3

  • wansteady Andy Fawkes (@wansteady) reported

@VodafoneUK @neilio_uk I asked about this last month @VodafoneUK, and got a couldn't care less attitude. I am moving to another provider as I rely on this service when travelling, and also terrible customer service, no explanation, no apology. I would never have signed up knowing you would do this!

  • barrymarr48 P M (@barrymarr48) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi, I'm currently a Vodafone customer and have heard that you are not going to be cancelling advertising with GB News. Is this right?

  • Bu8James James Burner (@Bu8James) reported

@VodafoneUK @WalkerMarcus @GBNEWS Good. I was about to cancel my contract with you if you had

  • wansteady Andy Fawkes (@wansteady) reported

@VodafoneUK @kilburnhils @TfL Why not? Why take this service away? 4G is tiny part of the network.
