@VodafoneUK I have had no signal for 4 days, your online help wants to text me then get a rep to call, I HAVE NO SIGNAL I can't receive either. No help from customer services either. 10 days left on my contract then I can dump Vodafone.

@IceIce_Maybe @VodafoneUK I never took them up on the offer of contacting their customer service. I tried this with an offer with Google ages ago and it was the most frustrating experience ever, and it took me weeks and multiple chats to get it resolved. I think most of it is outsourced.

Terrible customer service and false promises from @VodafoneUK mean I am being told I can't keep the landline number I have had for decades as it has reverted to being owned by virgin media and is now defunct. Can anyone at @virginmedia help?

The issues I’m having with @VodafoneUK in SN16 are hitting a new low today. Not only do I have no signal - on-going since November - I know can’t even get wi-if calling. Apparently I’ll be compensated for the days affected. ITS BEEN MONTHS!
