Hi @VodafoneUK any chance I can speak to a UK based manager. I’ve never been able to get 5 G on my phone, it’s 5G capable and your tech teams have been hopeless in the 9 months it’s taken so far. Still no 5G

@VodafoneUK should have been installed with fibre over a month ago to my deaf mothers house, now been without broadband. Several complaints logged with no call backs and different stories each time! Disgusting service and left someone very vulnerable! Appalling service!

Oh poor lass @VodafoneUK is trying so hard to unravel the 11 month **** up, now her manager who WON'T speak directly to me wants me to pay £76 cancellation fee for a service I have never had and have been told I CAN'T HAVE IN THIS AREA, by Openreach and Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK I see, thank you for the response. Options are not easy since I also found my mother doesn't want 24 month contracts, which makes it difficult to help her at this rate. 12 month contracts for mid-top fibre deals anywhere seem non-existent or too expensive if there is one.

@VodafoneUK Hi, I have been trying to help my mum decide who to switch to & I wasn't aware that you did broadband. I noticed that the fibre 500 deal is £30 a month, which I thought was surprisingly cheap. Is this just a Black Friday special? If so, what would it normally cost for fibre 500?
