Mick Rhodes (@MickRhodes63) reportedHaving been with @VodafoneUK for quite a number of years, I've been turned down for a new handset with no explanation. My credit score is rated excellent with 1186 out of 1250. Vodafone just lost a long standing customer.

🍀 Tara 🐢 (@tara1966) reportedHi, @VodafoneUK on 3 occasions I have requested chat transcript and not got the conversation only the bot chat transcript sent to me - not good enough. Please tell me I am not going to get same service as I did with TalkTalk as it only got connected today.
-
Harvey (@danharvs) reported@9to5mac @iryantldr Yet @VodafoneUK still don’t support this 👍🏻
-
FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reported@ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK Why is the coverage online so poor in Birmingham B43...sort it out.
-
𝐙𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 (@zu_h_air) reported@VodafoneUK your support has been quite disappointing. I ported from Three this Monday and it was successful however I cannot access the app at all, only the website works. Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.
-
Me (@nickyboy1886) reportedSo ****** off with the service from @ThreeUK (supposedly I can piggy back off @VodafoneUK masts?!) is there a problem calling landline numbers today? Mobile … fine, landlines ~ nothing … just silence?
-
Mike 'The Caretaker' (@MikeSparkes2) reported@VodafoneUK please help me. I should have had my new broadband working yesterday but nothing and still nothing. I have tried the online but it keeps cutting out. If its easier, please cancel my agreement and I will try elsewhere. I do need WiFi
-
BritainAnon (@BritainAnon) reported@ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!
-
D Shaw (@drmottershaw) reported@KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Sadly Vodafone are a waste of time but when you ring them there is never a problem with their signal
-
Daniel Pybus (@danielpybus) reported@VodafoneUK is 10 days reasonable to fix a faulty phone you sold me for £1200 and your app said it’s a faulty battery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to have a faulty phone repaired or replaced within a "reasonable time"
