    @VodafoneUK Since the day I had my Home Broadband with you, I have been having severe issues wherein I am thrown out of MS Teams meetings because the network drops to zero. This has been going on for months now and numerous calls to your call centre have been a futile exercise.

    @VodafoneUK interested to see how someone wanting the Social Tariff with an excellent credit history can fail a Credit Check. This is how you treat vulnerable customers. Yes I've put an appeal in. 10 working days to find out why is not acceptable.

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK Day4 of no internet 😤🤬 Vodafone blaming CityFibre , CityFibre doing nothing to resolve the issue there engineers still haven’t filled out a report on the fault according to Vodafone. And both companies not giving me any further resolution to my issue !

    @VodafoneUK A couple of weeks I spoke to an advisor who promised that in case I have further issues, I can leave penalty-free from the contract and look for another provider.

    @SinghXrp @VodafoneUK I wouldn't touch Vodafone with a stick. Stupid moo in Bristol Call Centre left me on hold for 20 mins cause she couldn't understand me speaking slowly & clearly. Rung 3-Mobile in Mumbai an hour earlier. No probs !
