@VodafoneUK when I called yesterday explaining I had been made redundant and really needed a working phone to make job interview calls, and that this extra stress from phone not working was making me unwell, the lady literally laughed at me down the phone! It is grotesque CS.

@VodafoneUK hi, since yesterday my messages are only sending and receiving via SMS where as before it was MMS is there an issue with it? I've tried restarting and removed and replaced SIM nothing is working.
