@VodafoneUK I have suffered discrimination by your company. My broadband should have gone live with you today. When I have previously switched my broadband has been down for ten minutes. This time it went down for 12 hours.

@VodafoneUK I am absolutely appalled by you service today. Tried to make a switch to voxi, wasn’t told about the fact I would lose phone signal. Tried to call and faced a wall garden 6 times. Spoke to complaints and I was disconnected 4 times and no one has rang me back!!!

@VodafoneUK @em_denyer This doesn't work. Stop SMS, Stop All etc lead to an immediate message back "Sorry, we didn't understand your last message, so we haven't been able to complete your request" - any ideas?

@VodafoneUK I was passed to someone else. After being on hold listening to the same tune over and over I was offered £50. I asked for the complaint to be escalated. I was put on hold again.

@VodafoneUK why is your automated phone service so bad? It doesnt even default to connecting to speak with a person, it cuts you off. Used to be great, now its appalling.

@VodafoneUK upgraded to new phone. App and website for trade-ins not working on Friday to trade in my old phone. No available to do it over the weekend. Follow steps on old phone to secure trade-in app confirms done. Text message to say I still have steps to follow 1/2
