    @Ofcom @VodafoneUK This issue was never resolved by Vodafone and after nearly 6 weeks of stress, business impact, wasted time etc I'm now being told to contact the manufacturer and sort it myself.

    @VodafoneUK morning, can you advise when there will be a major upgrade to the data network in the YO14 9 area please? The 4G network is virtually non existent and if I can connect to 4G I only get 1mb down

    @EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

    @VodafoneUK what the heck? If you live in a rural area it’s likely you have a poor internet service and you’ve stopped providing the service of a signal booster? So now I have rubbish mobile signal and unstable Wi-fi calling.

    @VodafoneUK Yeah I saw that didn't expect to have to them to do so and from all the feedback on twitter you can never get through. Great of the company to do this offer but I do not want to be paying 24.99 a month for something I won't use. Fingers crossed they cancel my sub
