I genuinely believe @VodafoneUK have some of the worst customer service out there. Social Media = ignored. Web Site = inaccurate. Technical knowledge/ capabilities = that of a 5 year old. Looks like I’ll be without a phone for a week!

Poor service @VodafoneUK the wife hasn't had a phone for 2 weeks now and has spent more than 7 hours trying to sort it but customer service is a disaster!!
