    @VodafoneUK Your network coverage in Alcester is shocking, and has been for months. My alarm went off 5 or 10 minutes late due to zero signal in the town centre 'til then. We were all frazzled by the Farage Death Ray. All our bunting destroyed and everything.

    @VodafoneUK 38th in the queue , got through to someone after 40 mins. Then told after chatting with them for 20 mins they couldnt help and passed me to someone in wrong team who kindly has put me back in a queue and I am 48th. What an absolute joke this process is.

    @VodafoneUK I’m sorry, that’s not helpful at all! Every other router/ISP out there let’s you change these settings. Your tool won’t help with my zigbee devices. The Wi-Fi doctor as you put it just selects channel 13 which I don’t want.

    @VodafoneUK I’m being charged 2 broadband for the same address. One of the broadband is not working. Billings put the phone down on me. Charming!

    @OpenreachHelp @OpenreachHelp The most amusing part is that engineers keep showing up and leaving without resolving the issue, telling me the same diagnostics and plans for action with no change for the last three months and @VodafoneUK keeps sending!

    @VodafoneUK I told him. Be he insisted he had to keep asking more and more questions, while I repeated I just want this.. And this is bc ur website checkout, and TOBi were not working properly... I couldn't make it any clearer to the guy how painful ur process was, but it continued

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I have done, however the person doing it keeps reopening the request. There's nothing plusnet can do except keep cancelling it at my request but I really don't want to have to keep ringing them every week and getting them to cancel. Plusnet said to speak to you directly.

    @VodafoneUK When I signed up to BB i had the offer of a Ring Camera/Doorbell and got a email telling me 21-28 days I'd get a code. I've never received this and 28 days has now passed?

    @VodafoneUK Once again absolute abysmal communications from this company. I am no longer a customer, yet still getting texts to tell me my monthly plan will be increasing. #Vodafone is obviously run by machines and not sensible humans. WILL NEVER USE VODAFONE AGAIN 😡🤬
