    @VodafoneUK Service in N16 7 has been terrible generally over the years but come to a new low this week with barely any 4G network and at times no mobile data available at all! Is there currently an issue with network in the area as it isnt showing. Please sort ASAP!

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is atrocious. been trying to get through to CS for 3 days without success. You direct us to use the AI on the app. And short of ‘do you want an upgrade?’ can’t answer basic requests for help. I’m actually done !
