@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@VodafoneUK Hi Team, I have received confirmation from lebara that volte active in my phone. But it runs on voda network and since voda havnt added my device, I am unable to use volte. Pls add my 5g phone Vivo X60 Pro+ ASAP. Its showing volte on all other operators

@VodafoneUK No problem with that. And sorry for that. But my problem is: I’m with a simcard for more then 2months without work and trying to solve that for more then 48h and until now i don’t have my line work.

@virginmedia One of my friends is on 02 and he's got the same problems. Also now tethering to other friend with @VodafoneUK . Come on guys, this is really unprofessional and people are slagging off VM on the local residents community boards
