    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    @VodafoneUK 38th in the queue , got through to someone after 40 mins. Then told after chatting with them for 20 mins they couldnt help and passed me to someone in wrong team who kindly has put me back in a queue and I am 48th. What an absolute joke this process is.

    @GuyWMD @VodafoneUK I’ve ironically gone to TalkMobile, which piggy backs off of Vodafone. I’ve been a @VodafoneUK customer for 8 years, but after their horrific business practice recently, I’m cancelling everything I have with them. Their customer service is atrocious too

    @VodafoneUK Ever since we switched from EE to Vodafone Fibre Broadband we have had problems with buffering on iPlayer and ITV Hub apps on the TV. It is worse in the evening and impossible to watch on these apps after 19:30 event when the TV is wire connected to the hub.
