@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@VodafoneUK wifi has been dropping nearly every day, several times a day for months. Everytime I use the online chat I'm given the excuse of they're updating the router blah blah blah. Then I'm told it should solve the issue! Clearly it doesn't does it!

@VodafoneUK spent ages in online chat & explained to them my data wasn’t working after Upgrade and changed bundle.they put it down to me needing a new sim despite me telling them it’s my data that’s the issue. I’ve just used a data booster and now it’s working!so why not before?!
