So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

Changed my broadband provider yesterday. I follow @GeorgeMonbiot. Did not give @VodafoneUK any consideration at all. Companies need to learn to treat customers better.

@VodafoneUK your online and calling service is really poor. Can’t get through to anyone and when I did online my page crashed and doesn’t allow me to keep the chat box open. 😭

@swlines @VodafoneUK The lack of VoLTE roaming would have probably meant you couldn't make or receive any calls anyway, so I hope you wouldn't have needed to do that. Three is the only UK network known to have calling in the USA after the 3G shutdown.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone - you are impossible to get hold of on 191 and I have been trying for a week. Your automated phone menu is unhelpful and is not quicker. If paying for a service, the below is unacceptable after a week - how do we speak to you to sort out a billing issue?:
