@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@Lorrain44750532 @VodafoneUK My contract ends in 3 weeks. I contacted Vodafone to tell them I didn't wish to continue (as their recent price increase makes them double Tesco's tariff ). The guy made 0 attempt to keep me as a customer, and says I can't cancel until we reach expiry date. Yes,terrible service.

@VodafoneUK have you a problem in central Godalming surrey as past few weeks both my work and personal phones say they have 4g but the Internet will not load nor will twitter or Facebook etc!!!!

Shame on @VodafoneUK for telling eight disabled, bedridden woman, that if she wanted a new phone from you, she would just have to get dressed and go to the shops if she wanted to replace a broken phone. You can bet @EE Will be better.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for the reply. I appreciate this but I have wasted so many hours over the last few months on web chats and phone calls for various issues and feel I never get understood. I would have liked to have put everything down in one message to someone that can actually help.

@VodafoneUK How? I've been told compensation can be sought only after the issue is fixed? You've offered me unlimited data on my phones... but they are already unlimited. I don't think it is a serious issue. I think it's #bandwidth. The #WiFi drops out at the same time every evening

@VodafoneUK is the worst network ever! Always having network issues! Can’t even use it for work purposes or just for general use. .. I use a iPhone 11 Pro Max not that I’m using iPhone 6 for it to have network issues! God help me! Life without wifi is just lifeless.

@O2 Hi, looking for a global solution including at least as many countries as @VodafoneUK do in their Zone A/B/C. Unless this is offered as a minimum, no price would make me switch. Service is important. For airline crews travelling, we need more countries covered, at standard speeds
