So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

@VodafoneUK You clearly not understand my frustration. I have been with this issue for many many months. Your agents all they do is copy and paste the same messages and claim for patience, in the meantime I am paying for not having a service. I doubt you are doing all you can. Awful service!

@VodafoneUK see your charges are going up again, usual annual increase, how about taking into the fact for the past 12 months it is unlikely that many people are using their minutes and data. Tbh think my bill should be going down.

@VodafoneUK : Got email saying my house move is completed but the broadband is not working. Earlier in the day Open reach engineer said the point is faulty in the hub which was assigned to us and he has updated Vodafone. Trying chat call but no one is reachable, can you help plz
