@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

Working from home due to the snow but @VodafoneUK broadband isn't working. Call helpline, automated system says problem in the area, theyre "working on it". it hung up without option to speak to anyone.Down at 9pm last night ETA fix 6pm. Refund for the 21hrs without service? 🤔

@VodafoneUK Yes phone and app fully updated, uninstalled and reinstalled, Im using an iphone 14 pro max, its not a problem my end, ive tried whilst on 4G and wifi connected, always get error messages, it clearly states your having technical difficulties yet Im the one its costing!
