    @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    @VodafoneUK I'm an existing customer. Just means if I get a loan to buy the phone and separate sim it works out cheaper by £175 cheaper and over 24 months.

    @BibiLynch @VodafoneUK Do you know if it is Voda or your phone? If it's really urgent perhaps you could buy a (payg) sim and test it, if that's ok, add a message to your current voicemail pointing at the new no. for now. If it still a problem, you know it's your phone. Sometimes cleaning the sim?
