So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

Mobile broadband and mobile 4G not working at all @VodafoneUK Went online to Tobi and was told to call 191 and when I called 191 told me to speak to Tobi! How do I get working internet.

@Raven__Smith @VodafoneUK Same issue in Portugal, they told me it will take up to ,24h to fix on the website chat support 🙃 when I asked them why didn't they inform their customers the answer was "this wasn't planned maintenance and it's quite recent" .. wondering if they will compensate someone
