@Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@VodafoneUK I need some help. I gave notice to Vodafone after approx 10 yrs to join VOXI (essentially Vodafone) and received a PAC code. Since then you have emailed me to cancel my cancellation, charged me another month, the PAC doesn’t work on VOXI and I am missing work calls.

@VodafoneUK Tried to do it online and I keep getting an error message. I'm told that even though it's on my account I'm not entitled to it as I don't have an existing mobile line with you. Very frustrating. I do have broadband and landline with you. Can you help??
