    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

    Awful from @VodafoneUK today.out of the blue letter advising they have passed a debt onto a collector that we had no idea about and is over 7 months old.And obviously no contact details on the letter.Half thinking it’s a hoax.

    Seems @VodafoneUK despite asking me to dm them have decided I'm not worth saving as customer what they don't realise they'll lose two hers and two elsewhere depite asking me to dm them acting concerned they simply aren't concerned enough and makes my decision very easy #fail

    @VodafoneUK i've been with some bad internet providers but vodafone take the biscuit. 2 months ago my internet was activated and it's never been at even a third of the speed i'm paying for. 4th time contacting today. everytime i'm told it'll be resolved in 72hrs. but it never is.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I’m in Spain and my data roaming has stopped working, I’ve also just had an email saying I will be unable to send or receive texts and calls whilst abroad. Please fix all of this as I would like all of my services reinstated. Thanks

    @VodafoneUK Idc about the handful of stops you offer 4G to on the jubilee line or about your above ground network. The whole point of having wifi on the tube is exactly that, to be connected underground! You made this change without informing your London customers and it’s disgraceful.

    @VodafoneUK hi. no mobile internet on iphone 12 pro max. tried resetting settings etc and still no luck. but if i use my sim on android. it works. please help?
