    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    @PurseyLuke @Sakthi_Palani @VodafoneUK Keep trying the online chat client, lads. I got through on that. If you have a Vodafone mobile they'll give you unlimited data for a month (for hotspotting) if you ask. Not a great help if you're on another network or relying on ethernet tho. BTW their estimate is 24-48hr outage.

    @VodafoneUK would someone please answer my question about the internet outage in the SS15 area? I WFH and cannot do so without a connection. Been 6 and a half hours since I first reported this issue.

    @VodafoneUK After several days and hours online, which was all a waste of time. Then finally, after a several long call waits, I finally spoke to two humans, E was marvellous. Unlike your online texting which is a waste of time, plus your AI online service does not work.

    @VodafoneUK The broadband has been down all day here in Lowestoft. Your tech teams say it is a 'fibre break". What exactly is the issue? This outage is Nationwide.
