@Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

Update: @VodafoneUK tried to get @CityFibre to send an engineer, but they didn't provide evidence of the issue. Evidence I had provided in the morning. And I only know of this because I called again #feeltheconnection

I explained to @VodafoneUK that while the regime of Iran is cracking down on protests and they have cut off the Internet, I am homesick for Iran and my family.And they generously activated an unlimited direct call to Iran for me! Thanks for standing with us. #IranRevolution2022

The funny thing is that @CityFibre engineers only work Mon-Fri and their SLA appears to be 72h. So, because @VodafoneUK botched their handling of the issue since Tuesday, this won't be looked at until next Mon-Wed. #feeltheconnection

@yorkspride @VodafoneUK No, you've misunderstood.. Their customers would not be able to read twitter because, err, the network is down so its futile vodaphone sending out a message to say the networks down, people haven't got a network that's working to view it..

At best the @VodafoneUK signal is intermittent, signal keeps dropping off. Throughout the day. Just now Instagram can't refresh. Facebook can't show notification without a laborious wait. Twitter pictures also has difficulty in displaying pictures.
