So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

@VodafoneUK what a complete waste of time of a company, try to buy a data only sim as a new business customer and they cant handle it, seems they warehouse has a technical issue that means the order needs to be cancelled and a new order created by me!

@VodafoneUK pretty awful from you today. Waited in all afternoon for my new wifi plan installation (booked and confirmed over 2 weeks ago).. Nobody turned up. No compensation, just been told that in 48 hours I have to reapply for the upgrade. Poor.

@JackDeeth @elliebgomersall @VodafoneUK My broadband at home is with Virgin, and I have never had an issue. Always been with them - and if I am honest, if we have an issue they are fantastic to help resolve. Vodafone on the other hand.. if you manage to get through they are still not that great anymore

@GeorgeMonbiot I had similar experiences with @VodafoneUK. Foolishly thought 8+yrs and multiple handset contracts etc was being loyal they ended up treating my like s**t in the end. I'll NEVER use @VodafoneUK again. The only power we have as consumers. Hate that phrase too.
