    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    Beyond frustrated with @VodafoneUK - a non working phone number since August 10th despite all the assurances that everything will work as it should. Unfortunately I can’t even leave because the number needs to be working before it can be ported across to a new network!

    @VodafoneUK Ha ha you are joking. Still no broadband 2 1/2 weeks later due to be connected in a weeks time. Great service! To top it all I had to make a premium rate call today and Vodafone‘s mobile service has barred me from calling them. 4 hours of calls nothing . Liars and theives

    @VodafoneUK #Vodafone I'm a customer of 20yrs. Despite receiving no reminder from u of a problem uv added £5 late payment fee to my bill today claiming 'late payment'.Given the current cost of living crisis how do u justify that? Hitting ur pressed customers with additional fee?

    how she used 249 of them. How was @VodafoneUK service? Helpful? Not at all. They just wanted to sell her a contract that she'd never use. She doesn't use 24 GB of data or stream the latest movies - she's 81. She just texts her friend occasionally to make she she's still alive.

    Terrible way to treat your customers, @VodafoneUK . Enjoy the £24 you got out this sweet old lady and hope it makes you happy. I'll make sure she never spends any more with you. Will you care? Course not. What's £24 to you? Nothing. To her, its a lot of money.

    @VodafoneUK No my phones 4G been non existent for months. One of your colleagues said there was work being carried out in the areas months ago! But surely this has completed. Otherwise I would expect I will be reimbursed for the service loss!

    @VodafoneUK so during my four hours of chat and all online exchanges with Vodafone every so-called expert begins by saying I’ll be able to fix this for you. Except not a single one can. I wonder what the Vodafone dictionary definition of expert is?
