So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

@VodafoneUK Please can u tell me why my signal is constantly poor in the L9 postcode. I either have none or one bar signal strength. My parents and friends can't hear me due to poor reception. The new sim you sent didn't help either. It's not just me who has this problem locally.

Not one has tried or even suggested to call me. @VodafoneUK doesn't believe in the power of comms as much as they say they do. Covid has made them even less customer focussed. Pretend to care

@VodafoneUK Called about two months ago. A lady said she would unlock my iPhone 7 and I would receive a code in 5 working days. Still nothing and now can’t get through on phone and no response to any message. Website misleading and says all iPhones unlocked but 7 isn’t! Pls help.

12 days and counting @VodafoneUK. You've had 12 days to get me reconnected and still nothing. Fail to provide a service so I guess I can just cancel my contract and go somewhere that can? Your request to send you DM has resulted in nothing and now I'm being ignored!

@VodafoneUK so having trouble accessing account, no problems as you send a code to my phone, except the code is letters and numbers and your website only accepts numbers not any letters! How does that work! After 3 attempts I've given up and decided to change provider!

@NickNairn @VodafoneUK I'm now out of my contract with Vodafone and now have a new provider. Vodafone's broadband is the WORST EVER. I complained every time and basically they only ever said it's working normally. Vodafone should be BANNED from being a provider.
