@Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@VodafoneUK it’s really bad how your customer service and complaints department are very reluctant to allow customers speak to managers. When there has been a sequence of mistakes - why are customers declined from speaking to leadership?
