    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    I’m sooo frustrated. No signal till end of next week. No other mast to connect to so I need to be out from very early every day. This is a joke @VodafoneUK. Is someone planning to put me in a hotel till then because the nonsense compensation offered is nothing for this trouble

    @TreePettsCasts @VodafoneUK Yes it happened to me too, I moved from EE to Vodafone based on a conversation I had with their customer service over the phone, falsely gave me the airtime price only as a whole to pay for an iPhone 13, I fell into this lie and I am trapped. Vodafone scam big time.

    @VodafoneUK Can someone please call me new customer and recived nothing but bad customer service . I’ve been in store twice and no one can help I’ve been on phine numerous times with empty promises. And now I’m Sent bills for a service I cancelled @VodafoneUK @MartinSLewis

    @VodafoneUK In reality, nothing. Various tests over again. I've had drops and a bad phone line for weeks and weeks and for days I've had no phone or internet. This needs an actual engineer.

    @VodafoneUK hey! When's the resolution expected for the YouTube Premium issue? Online chat couldn't give anything other than "we are aware of an issue but your pack is absolutely fine". It's not. I'm paying for a service I can't use currently? Please provide some more detail?!?
