    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    @VodafoneUK The phone is 3 months old and is an iPhone 11! I have spent hours and hours on the phone to your so called customer service departments, apparently the fault is a common one but still unwilling to replace! Clearly customer service is not on @VodafoneUK list of priority’s

    @VodafoneUK A new independent body/commission should be created where ALL networks join so that customers can report these texts & scams to one central place. Would be easier for the public since there would be just one central number rather than each network having their own process.
