So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

@VodafoneUK any chance someone can help my son ? He has been disconnected through a misunderstanding with the operator who disconnected the WRONG account. 3 days later no further forward with several calls. Preferably someone who has a good grasp of English language .

Hello @VodafoneUK What sort of non-sense is going in India by @ViCustomerCare ? You buy a new sim online, the sim never gets activated, no outgoing or incoming! The amount you paid online doesn't gets refunded back! @AdityaBirlaGrp atleast u take some responsibility?
