So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

@VodafoneUK It's not working, basically I was told yesterday that there was no work in the area, then an hour after troubleshooting was toild there actually was work in the area. Then midnight the speed returned to 50 down 35 up. Now same time next day got 1.5 down 0.01 up

@VodafoneUK @suleali I can backup this issue, in the same postcode and barely get a 4g signal if I’m lucky and calls always seem to cutout.

@VodafoneUK I ordered a phone on 13th November and it’s still not arrived . I keep getting told different things by customer service . Can someone please look into this for me as that’s 4 weeks now . And only one update on the 16th November .
