@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

@Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

Just found out my dad bought a new phone for my mum yesterday from @VodafoneUK costing £140, he asked the cashier could he help set it up as he was unsure what to do , his reply I can but it will cost you a further £25 , absolutely disgusting that Vodafone 😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK can you stop charging me for Spotify when it’s included in my plan. Charged me 3 times now and each time I’ve had to go through the hassle of getting me money back. Don’t offer a service you clearly cannot provide.
