    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    @SkyHelpTeam switched to @VodafoneUK broadband and now sky Q box downloads at much slower speeds and buffers when streaming despite 60mbps+ connection. Is there a known issue with vodafone and sky?

    @VodafoneUK really poor service upgraded contract with the promise that the new phone was in stock and it would be 2-3 days. That was 6 days ago and phone still not showing as despatched. Really really disappointed

    It is so so difficult to stay polite to @VodafoneUK when the service is so bad. Same conversation with 5 people for the last 4 or 5 days. Let's hope the new router solves at least one of the issues

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK After numerous endless pointless calls to vodafone 191 not one single person can help me with my broadband billing query. Would really appreciate some help with this matter as im still within the 14day cooling off period and im getting cooler by the minute.
