    @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    @ZalaComms @VodafoneUK My broadband is crap. I’ve just learned to live with the fact that it drops out 2-3 times a day and I pay an extra premium for it as a result.

    @VodafoneUK been with you guys for 20 years for phones. Another 24 month contract ends tomorrow. Ask for a good upgrade and deal you offer is awful. Literally every other network has offered a better deal, & better customer service recieved already. another loyal customer lost 👏

    @VodafoneUK this is how **** stupid Vodafone are, got a DM from Amanda telling me to go Argos to blacklist quote 'In this case, it would be best to visit the vendor and get the receipt so we can share it with them again and get the device blacklisted' I gave YOU 2 receipts!!

    @VodafoneUK He has no social media. He has never sent a text. Your bots have persistently blocked attempts to resolve this by not understanding the situation. You have talked to me up until now, why not further? I’m attempting to fix his phone so he can use it as he has done in the past

    @VodafoneUK In my Vodafone app/ browser my contract mobile phone shows and my broadband, I’ve never been able to view my Apple Watch contract (one number) but doesn’t give details on contract end etc just as an add on to my mobile, is this going to be implemented seems weird.

    @Julia_GreenPubs @VodafoneUK @OmbudServices Customer service is non existent in the UK, corporate companies & high street brands seem to employ very few staff for the size of their customer base & 2 years on from COVID their call centres are still reading from the same script...’the phone lines are very busy at the moment’
