@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@VodafoneUK Nope, no agent. No chance to get through a real agent. You bot send me a link and hung up the call. Twice. No option to speak to agent provided. If you don’t have resources, shut down your business. Don’t be unhelpful.

If you are looking for WiFi here is a tip..: NEVER go with @VodafoneUK … service is diabolical. (1) Poor performance WiFi unresolved (2) Price increase 3 months into contract (3) Choosing not to resolve either issue and now only leaving me with an option to contact @CISASUK

@VodafoneUK right I'm getting fed up of calling I was meant to get an 10 pound credit added to my bill as a gratitude because of my issues but this hasn't been applied. Can you guys sort it out over 8 + hrs of calls to deal with issues and I'm still dealing with stuff 🙄
