    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    @VodafoneUK I had a very bad experience with your service. I booked a Broadband connection in 2nd April and you were able to provide me a router after so many chase ups. Now finally you told me you can provide it. Compensate me for this harassment. #VodafoneUKPoorCustomerValues

    @VodafoneUK seems impossible to return an order. Went to store and they said they cannot return for web orders and asked me to call. Stayed on phone for an hour and they told me they cannot help as it’s not a pay monthly order and need me to call pay as you go ?!?!

    @VodafoneUK I did that too…apparently they can’t locate the account and going to fill out forms etc. !!! Very poor tbh

    @VodafoneUK what is going on with the broadband today 🤬 Not been working for the past 2 hours now, it’s ridiculous!!! Is there work being done in my area or is it just down? 🙄
