    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone broadband down since 3PM. Took 32 minutes for someone to connect. I was told after call forwards that BT Openzone doing work and whole area is down. Wonder why my neighbours BT BB is working fine. Can you explain @bbcmtd @SkyNews

    @VodafoneUK this a terrible company to deal with it. I was debited for service they refused to offer and refused to refund my money for over 2 months now despite the promise of refunding within 14 working days. A terrible company indeed

    @VodafoneUK Hi Simon, I have filled it out - I am applying for a mortgage soon and this could affect my chances of buying a house. I have never failed a credit check in my life. Please could someone DM me and escalate this to the Credit File Support team ASAP.

    @VodafoneUK trying to take advantage of some black Friday deals and when I try to login to my account, I’m greeted with the familiar “too many redirects” message. I can’t log on and the app won’t allow either

    @VodafoneUK Don't get this company's broadband. It's worst ever and can't contact them when you need help. I am struggling to get broadband but they didn't pick my phone and none of the means work and it's world cup time.

    @VodafoneUK has to off the most unstable WiFi connection ever. Always dropping out, not even full house coverage. Then you contact customer service, and spend 2 hours on the phone. Then the same again happens over and over again.

    Presumably @VodafoneUK doesn't support chat messaging through the Google Messages app? Messages have been trying to send in chat mode for ten minutes, so I guess we're stuck with technology from 1996 for a while longer.
