So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

@VodafoneUK So I queued for 30 minutes to get through to someone and got nowhere. This is due to you guys delivering my router to the wrong address. DPD cannot change it and only Vodafone can. Can I get a call back or a solution ASAP? Another day without Internet!!

@VodafoneUK worst company ever. Wife ordered new phone and was told in stock. 2 weeks later not arrived and now told can't cancel until it arrives but still cant tell me when as on a waiting list. Been lied to and false promises . Stay well away and go somewhere else

@VodafoneUK not useful when your on hold for my 4th call in 4 days, after 1 hour I get told the team are not there to call back another time! I couldn't cancel yesterday as you wouldn't send an engineer but make me pay for 30 days! #cancellationnotice
