  @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

  So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

  @VodafoneUK I've done all my security checks yet they still see the need to ask for my email address an hour into the call, and then ask for my postal address as I request a complaint registered. I told them to look up my address as they have my account open in front of them. So daft

  @VodafoneUK Thanks Ray, however I now need to escalate this complaint. I've spent over 3.5 hours trying to resolve this amicably. I just need someone to close the account, confirm it's closed and stop hounding me for funds not owed. Could you provide a complaints email address please?
