    @VodafoneUK well done for leaving a vulnerable 84 year man who is shielding without a phone even though the replacement phone was ordered and confirmed but then cancelled by you without ANY NOTIFICATION- disgusting customer service let’s hope it turns up now

    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    @VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

    @VodafoneUK sorted how on earth do you expect customers to put up with no signal for nearly two weeks I can't use your network checker because yes you guessed it no signal unless I'm on WiFi anybody else had issues in Wakefield?? We'll go to 02 it's a better

    @VodafoneUK I can’t belive I have just gone on chat and I asked if handset price could be wavered or delivery charge and I was told no so I said I would look else where and all the lady reply was okay and ended the chat if that’s good service then it in the wrong profession

    @VodafoneUK They should be calling me to be honest. I’m the customer who has been severely let down. Real service failure. And I have to wait in a queue again in my own time. Sucks Vodafone.

    Three days and counting now I’ve spent an hour waiting for someone to resolve the issue with my lack of service, well done @VodafoneUK utterly useless as a company, now I’m back in a queue at no: 13 let’s see how long this takes.

    @VodafoneUK City Fibre came out to install yesterday. They said there was an issue and they would be back before 1pm. They never came back/called me and now i have no broadband as i cancelled my old supplier to move to Vodafone. It's been 38 hour so far without Home BB
