@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

@VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

@VodafoneUK I'm on day 14 without my new phone still had no communication on when it will be delivered currently having to use a broken phone because vodafone can't give proper delivery details!!! Telling me my order has been fast tracked?? Lies as its still not here!!

I get the same, very polite and kind, round of responses every morning - but no-one can/will tell me what the matter is and what’s being done to actually fix it. Are you actually fighting @VodafoneUK about this? Or are you saying ‘sorry’ a lot and leaving me chasing my tail?
