  So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

  @VodafoneUK I just refused the iPhone 12 Pro I ordered on a call to Vodafone a few weeks before Christmas as was told by a guy on the phone as I wanted a different phone and they couldn’t cancel it and so does that mean my bill will currently stay the same as it is at the moment?

  @VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

  @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

  @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

  @VodafoneUK We have just finished an online chat and sadly we have no update other than Openreach have apparently escalated the case their end. We phoned yourselves this morning too and we were told an engineer would be here by 12:30pm. They never arrived.

  I'm not the only one facing this @VodafoneUK , check your own community forums. If you don't fix this, I'll complain officially as it looks like this is false advertisement. Your own website says £140 voucher then it doesn't go through. Please advise ASAP I've had it.
