@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@VodafoneUK well done for leaving a vulnerable 84 year man who is shielding without a phone even though the replacement phone was ordered and confirmed but then cancelled by you without ANY NOTIFICATION- disgusting customer service let’s hope it turns up now

@VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

@VodafoneUK OMG they have disconnected my tenants broadband nad I pay the bill. What a total useless company they are. Ive had a year is issues and I closed one acocunt and they have closed the wrong one, AND I specificalyl said be careful not to close the wrong one!

Rang around 6/7times having no internet for a month now @VodafoneUK 5 times someone is meant to then ‘come out to me’..no one turns up! I will NEVER recommend you , about as terrible as your customer service!

@VodafoneUK Still waiting for my broadband to be connected at new property. All too efficient to switch off at old property. I'll just use up all my annual leave waiting shall I vodafone? Can't work without it. Shocking service!

@VodafoneUK Both. It's not interference or bad WiFi range etc. Every 7-10 days (maximum) your connection drops and it takes ~20 minutes to come back up.

I binned off my @VodafoneUK contract because they don't pay the correct level of UK taxes on their considerable annual profits. I would fully support anyone/everyone else doing the same. #TaxAvoidance @HMRCgovuk
