    @VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    @VodafoneUK hi, I can’t seem to activate my Spotify package, I already have a premium account and was told just to select the Spotify option while on 4G, but it’s saying I have to cancel my existing subscription

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. Could you explain why your contracts are over priced for those devices without 5G compatibility? Since you know some phones are not compatible, why price them like that and then expect your customers to pay for a service you know they cannot benefit from?

    @VodafoneUK waited one month for an iPhone ! Friday was told it’s arriving on Monday. Monday I was told Tuesday. Just called up waited 1 hour was told not in stock will be 2 weeks. No sprvsr as working from home. Why false information. Sorry I can’t help u sir! Jokers! @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK What’s happened to Vodafone?? Impossible to speak to a knowledgeable person and you may have to wait 30 minutes to speak to a person or a meaningless conversation with a bot ! Ridiculous customer services.Contract due for a renewal.
