    @VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    Just spoke to Kamil from the @VodafoneUK Directors Office! I found him to be rude, argumentative and incompetent. When I asked to speak to his manager, he ended the call. I recorded the conversation! Who do I log this complaint with???

    2/2 @VodafoneUK call agent is saying we don’t use them, even though the engineer came to house to do the swap! Saying we should have contacted BT, even when we have a confirmation to say they contact our current provider on our behalf. #rude #incompetent #uselessBackOffice

    Trying to get a new PAC code. Sounds like a simple task, but not for @VodafoneUK. For them, I have to spend 45min on a chat, and be referred among 4 different teams that 'can help me to get a new PAC code'. Planned practices or just hilarious? 🤔

    After an update by @e_emobile my Network Radio stopped working. No worries though... just switched to using data on @VodafoneUK and then use the EE sim for calls. All working mighty fine now. #hamradio

    @VodafoneUK twice I've logged calls with your Broadband tech support, twice I've been promised a call back and I've given my mobile number which is clearly correct because twice I've received a text saying you tried to call when you did not. This is not good enough!

    @VodafoneUK I have made 3 phone calls tget my new broadband service up and running but I just can’t get a straight answer. Favourite line seems to be that it’s down to openreach. At the moment I am being quoted 7 weeks to get running and wont have any broadband for 4 weeks.

    Hey @VodafoneUK - How come you can get a verified tick by your company name and I cannot get verified because Vodafone is "not a supported network"? Can you fix this? Thank you
