    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    @VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

    @VodafoneUK Unfortunately my friend is not tech savy. From the picture can u confirm why this SIM has cost £10? Should it have the bundle pre loaded? Customer services insist it has no credit or bundle on it?

    The call centre said go into a store. The @VodafoneUK store said they can’t help because she is too frail to come with me - and they can’t cancel because they are a ‘retail store’ - meaning they will ‘persuade’ a vulnerable old person to change from PAYG to sell her a contract …

    So I have just managed to cancel my contract with @VodafoneUK - after two years out of contract and excessive over payment. Interested to see if anyone else has experienced this? Now for a new provider who isn’t going to over charge #mobilephone

    @VodafoneUK Your chat agents are the rudest people ever. I’ve been tying for 6 months to cancel my paper bills. Every month I contact and get passed around for an hour and told it’s sorted. It’s not, and you still force me to pay the £1.50 every time. HELP STOP SENDING ME PAPER.

    despite my account being in credit by one whole month, and then refused 4 times (frice?) to tell me how to lodge a formal complaint. Anyway, the upshot is if you have anyone you really, really hate, tell them @vodafoneuk are ******* amazing.
