So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@VodafoneUK well done for leaving a vulnerable 84 year man who is shielding without a phone even though the replacement phone was ordered and confirmed but then cancelled by you without ANY NOTIFICATION- disgusting customer service let’s hope it turns up now

@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

@VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

@VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK VOXI Customers cannot request a Subject Access Request. The Subject Access Request requires a Vodafone login, and unable to connect with VOXI login. VOXI customers have to print out a form and pay a £10. Completely unfair on VOXI customers..

@VodafoneUK been trying to get a pac code since December still paying for something I shouldn’t be! Ring up pass security they issue the pac but can’t give it to me over the phone because of security?That I don’t understand I have no Voda phone or sim and your app is down! HELP!

@Lance63 @VodafoneUK What terrible journalism! Of course the villagers are fed up but the journalist appears to have made no effort to explain or get to the root of the problem and question those responsible. You can't hear the woman in the video properly. Why Vodafone? What about Openreach?

@VodafoneUK No thanks, scripted response that leads nowhere, as I told Vodafone ill just share my issues on social media and share how you ignore messages and then send dept collectors in to deal with things..Great business model, Ill just keep trying to share so others dont lose out
