    @VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

    @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    @VodafoneUK I just refused the iPhone 12 Pro I ordered on a call to Vodafone a few weeks before Christmas as was told by a guy on the phone as I wanted a different phone and they couldn’t cancel it and so does that mean my bill will currently stay the same as it is at the moment?

    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    Dear @PostOffice. My mother in law is 80 and lives alone. She moved her line to @VodafoneUK. It is over a fortnight and her old number has not been transferred. @VodafoneUK have been helpful but have not received it. When I call you I am fobbed off and get nowhere. Please help!

    @VodafoneUK I recently changed plan and my plan includes Entertainment. First you charged me for Spotify Premium which you confirmed you shouldn't. Now you reverted me back to Free - and now I cannot add Spotify Premium for free even I'm entitled to it! Bad experience.

    Bad service from @VodafoneUK once again. They cancel my transfer of ownership to another person without informing me, charge me my next bill and then put the phone down on me after waiting on hold for the third time! 🙄😠

    @Matthew_Wright @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK Matthew if you get a pac code off vodafone you can give that to, three to use your old number on your new network. I did that very same thing, hope this helps x

    The funny thing about @vodafoneuk’s hold music is that it has lyrics like ‘I’m back at square one’ and ‘I get used to living with no-one’.... which, sums up there service! Always back at square one, and no one who will accept we have a problem. Comedians as well as hucksters.

    @VodafoneUK I called your Egyptian @VodafoneEgypt and they said they have global problem with their upload speed. Is this true or are they lying as usual? I can’t work today at all and this is unacceptable. Am a journalist and I have DEADLINES.

    Hi @VodafoneUK. We use a PAYG SIM in a router at our emergency food support hub. It's a nightmare. We try to top up only to be told we can't top up more than £20 until we've been with you more than 7 days. We joined in September.
