    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    @VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    @VodafoneUK well done for leaving a vulnerable 84 year man who is shielding without a phone even though the replacement phone was ordered and confirmed but then cancelled by you without ANY NOTIFICATION- disgusting customer service let’s hope it turns up now

    @VodafoneUK The point is that your website prevented me from taking up an offer an hour and a half before it was due to expire. This is a Vodafone issue that you don’t event acknowledge let alone help with. I’ll refer this to the OFT unless someone sorts this.

    2/2 address I don’t live at yet! Needless to say it failed cause we don’t live there! My credit score on credit karma has gone down and then she tried to backtrack and lie to say they haven’t done one. Incompetent and liars as well @VodafoneUK

    Was gonna use @CarphoneUK 2 get new phone same phone upgrade as @VodafoneUK but cheaper much not sure want to now as just called there customer service Centre and it was appalling didn’t even end up giving full info as person didn’t understand what I was saying. Any1 had issues

    @VodafoneUK I’d be just happy to have my business nuke r back 🤬 Vodafone reset one of our numbers and have lost it! Loosing Customers now, 8 days it’s been down and I’m told it will be back online in 24 hours every time I call.
