    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    @VodafoneUK I just refused the iPhone 12 Pro I ordered on a call to Vodafone a few weeks before Christmas as was told by a guy on the phone as I wanted a different phone and they couldn’t cancel it and so does that mean my bill will currently stay the same as it is at the moment?

    @Rhianlovesbooks @VodafoneUK I'm on on Vodafone but no problems but my mums iPhone has now decided not to recognise numbers in her phone book when someone rings her.the solution was to delete her phone book and start again.the numbers came up unknown or +44 in front of the number.try that Rhian

    @Rhianlovesbooks @VodafoneUK Hopefully that solves the problem phones are great but the slightest thing and they are no better than 2 baked bean cans and a piece of string lol you would of thought they would show a bit more urgency with your dad being disabled.i always play the Disability card

    @sc101_101 @ToninhoPapoose @VodafoneUK How can I run the tool? Or even download it? It won’t work on a phone (which is on 4G anyway). I should point out after this message, it goes no further. Run that and that’s it. Beach to beginning of the ‘help’.

    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    @VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

    Losing the will to live. In a @VodafoneUK shop (3rd visit for same task) simply trying to cancel and old unused contract. Absolute sh*t show with the @vodaphone customer service call centre and bureaucracy - worse service possible. Still not been able to cancel the damn contract

    @VodafoneUK Hello just went live with the Vodafone Pro II Broadband but I can not get the Vodafone Broadband app to connect to the Vodafone ultra hub it just says something went wrong, but I need to connect in order to get the booster connected to the hub. Any help?

    @VodafoneUK Jesus Christ your complaints team that is supposed to resolve issues are causing more hassle. 4 times I've been promised a refund, yet here I am chasin it up again to be told "oh sorry it wasn't done" 🙄Honestly anyone thinking of joining Vodafone...don't do it!

    @VodafoneUK Ended up moving from Vodafone because of bad signal. Couldn’t get 3G let along 5G around the Southend on Sea area outside of the highstreet

    @millihill @VodafoneUK Vodafone are the worst...avoid at all cost. I moved back to @EE last week good 4G AND 5G coverage had a slight issue with first bill and they resolved it there and then on the call. I have a complaint with Vodafone that has been ongoing for 3 weeks, it's a never ending headache
