    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    @VodafoneUK well done for leaving a vulnerable 84 year man who is shielding without a phone even though the replacement phone was ordered and confirmed but then cancelled by you without ANY NOTIFICATION- disgusting customer service let’s hope it turns up now

    @VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK In the 90s marketing books were already all about customer loyalty, supposedly we were out of mass production era and needed to create a tailor made approach for customers. None of this has happened in 30 years and customer service is still crap everywhere

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Just tell them you are leaving, not paying any further money but expect to keep the phone, have full access to the network and unlimited free minutes.
