    @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

    @VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    @VodafoneUK day 3 working from home hotspotting using my data as Vodafone broadband is down. Joined at the end of May and this is the 4th time this has happened #shambles Please take this into consideration if you’re thinking of joining. #Vodafonedown

    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    @Rhianlovesbooks @VodafoneUK I'm on on Vodafone but no problems but my mums iPhone has now decided not to recognise numbers in her phone book when someone rings her.the solution was to delete her phone book and start again.the numbers came up unknown or +44 in front of the number.try that Rhian

    @VodafoneUK well done for leaving a vulnerable 84 year man who is shielding without a phone even though the replacement phone was ordered and confirmed but then cancelled by you without ANY NOTIFICATION- disgusting customer service let’s hope it turns up now

    @VodafoneUK I just refused the iPhone 12 Pro I ordered on a call to Vodafone a few weeks before Christmas as was told by a guy on the phone as I wanted a different phone and they couldn’t cancel it and so does that mean my bill will currently stay the same as it is at the moment?

    @markaizatt @VodafoneUK You will get their standard reply…it’s working as expected or they will find a mast that is down and blame it on that! In London they are so poor, even networks that they liked to ridicule are outperforming their 5G on 4G! God knows how they won best network in London!

    @VodafoneUK has anyone ever spoken to a human being when trying customer support? I’ve been trying to contact my local store to tell them that, thanks, but I can’t collect my phone in the next 2 days because I’m in holiday. Spent 45 mins on a chat only to be cut off by them!!

    @VodafoneUK Why is it so difficult to speak to a human being? The Tobi links don't work. The app isn't loading any of my information and when i call, no matter what i say it will not let me speak to an actual person! It just sends broken links to tobi

    @O2 Ive been a loyal customer 4 yrs & Im left feeling beyond disappointed by the service received. Totally inadequate & on the brink of moving 2 @VodafoneUK. Why is an upgrade THIS hard 4 you? Not happy & wont B staying if this is not resolved by 2moro.

    @VodafoneUK Hey, Vodafone, technical question regarding your website. Which service do you use to send emails? Sendgrid? MailChimp? Something else? Your website is failing to send emails to me for some reason, and I suspect it's a problem with whoever you use.

    @VodafoneUK Been there already (plus complaints who were nice but offered nothing). Via the bot I did get to text with a person who offered £10 off next bill. Someone needs to change the wording on the report you get when you fail a vodaphone battery check as it’s not accurate.

    The next time I need to call @VodafoneUK for help I will record the experience and post it to youtube. 2 and half hours and 5 agent transfers for a house move. What a joke. I'd cancel but suspect you'd hit me with an early termination charge. Appalling. Just appalling.
