@VodafoneUK well done for leaving a vulnerable 84 year man who is shielding without a phone even though the replacement phone was ordered and confirmed but then cancelled by you without ANY NOTIFICATION- disgusting customer service let’s hope it turns up now

@VodafoneUK I just refused the iPhone 12 Pro I ordered on a call to Vodafone a few weeks before Christmas as was told by a guy on the phone as I wanted a different phone and they couldn’t cancel it and so does that mean my bill will currently stay the same as it is at the moment?

So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

@VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

@LMuky @VodafoneUK Small businesses don't have the buying power of large corps nor economy of scale, which in turn makes their products and services more expensive. Society likes cheap, convience and value for money. It's that simple. Solution? Offer something the big boys can't but ppl want.

Consistently poor service from @VodafoneUK has made a difficult term even more stressful over the last week. New contract started in Dec to make teaching online the best it can be & I’ve had nothing but problems. Awful. Would not recommend to anyone!

@VodafoneUK Well this seems to have backfired.. lol. But why not build your app to be a single point of contact for all services, Inc. Sales, TV services, etc. Etc. With the reach you hold globally you have the capability to have better products, and simplify your UX and Cust. service.

@VodafoneUK @helentsmith That is great - I am shocked at how many need help. That said the WiFi went down today & there was a scramble to use data while I struggled to run a call & fix the problem.
