@Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

  • _MVTTP20 Matt 🔜 EDC LV (@_MVTTP20) reported from Cononley, England

@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

  • Logical1966 Aaron (@Logical1966) reported from Keighley, England

@VodafoneUK well done for leaving a vulnerable 84 year man who is shielding without a phone even though the replacement phone was ordered and confirmed but then cancelled by you without ANY NOTIFICATION- disgusting customer service let’s hope it turns up now

@Rhianlovesbooks @VodafoneUK I'm on on Vodafone but no problems but my mums iPhone has now decided not to recognise numbers in her phone book when someone rings her.the solution was to delete her phone book and start again.the numbers came up unknown or +44 in front of the number.try that Rhian

@VodafoneUK I just refused the iPhone 12 Pro I ordered on a call to Vodafone a few weeks before Christmas as was told by a guy on the phone as I wanted a different phone and they couldn’t cancel it and so does that mean my bill will currently stay the same as it is at the moment?

  • DrMattStroh Matthew Stroh (@DrMattStroh) reported from Long Preston, England

So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

  • thegeordiebear Steven (@thegeordiebear) reported from Burley in Wharfedale, England

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK "Customer service" is one of the most inappropriate terms around ....

  • RuleBrexitannia Rule Brexitannia #ALLlivesmatter (@RuleBrexitannia) reported

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Takes an hour each time to speak to a human. Few times passed from retentions to cancellations. Even had debt collectors on. I owe them nothing. They are a complete NIGHTMARE! Never ever ever ever again @virginmedia

  • Balanch1ne Phil Youle (@Balanch1ne) reported

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Try EE Julia, I was with Virgin whose customer service was truly abysmal, phoned EE and a human answered on rhe very first ring! Most impressed!

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Don't they'll put you down as another Covid death.

  • tim_bicknell Tim Bicknell (@tim_bicknell) reported

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Does the message you get, by any chance, mention "because of a high volume of calls" instead of saying " your waiting because we furloughed a load of staff and we dont give a **** about service, we can make more money that way and it's too much of a faff to change your supplier"

  • TerryHi42273154 Terry Hill (@TerryHi42273154) reported

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK A lot of organisations nowadays use COVID as an excuse for piss poor service

  • HectorMacgrego3 Hector Macgregor (@HectorMacgrego3) reported

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Yeah, apparently, Covid means we all have to spend another each call service chat. Why, oh why, does C-19 feel like an excuse for employing less staff.

  • wobler100 Steve Machino 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@wobler100) reported

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Snap...I just had the same 2 hour nightmare call to SKY....useless non-service. Uuugggh
