@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

@VodafoneUK Got the SIM week ago with a phone. Still no activation. PM to customer services 5 times in a week. Still nothing. So I am going to cancel the direct debit and keep the phone. Let's see if that works.

@VodafoneUK signed up for internet 6 Mo.ago to be told that we needed councils permission to dig up the road and install the internet . All work done but then get given two dates for you to attend the property and none comes so contact your customer support and order cancelled

@VodafoneUK I visited instead. The staff were lovely but unable to offer a courtesy phone to a long standing customer whose phone had broken under warranty. Apparently that isn't a service offered anymore.

@VodafoneUK I've got a broadband flashing red light on my router for about half an hour although running the diagnostic check it says there are no problems? BH10 postcode. Have the backup dongle doing its thing, just pretty slowly...
