@Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

@VodafoneUK is there a big problem with Caller ID? Suddenly all incoming calls show as an unknown on my phone. Even when I have the contact stored. It was ok much earlier this morning but my son just called now and displayed as unknown and so have others

@jellymalin @VodafoneUK They should transfer you straight through to the team and they will do it directly over the phone with you. Maybe even the team leader/ manager of the direct billing team could take the line out of contract and pass you through retentions who will cancel the line for you

@VodafoneUK hi I am having same issue anybody who calls me who’s not on Vodafone says unknown caller if your on Vodafone and you call another vodafone number it works and shows the contact. Need this sorting asap for work please as loosing jobs and calls

@VodafoneUK Without any notice to your customer, you allow another company to take over connection. Then to reconnect it takes three phone calls each lasting 1hr and new date for connection is 2 weeks later!

@VodafoneUK 25Dec - 25Jan. phone still not working. It’s is not bloody rocket science; take ownership and follow through. Other than Chloe, who has been great, customer service has been crap. You broke it but I’m the one having to spend hours/days/weeks fixing it.
