    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    @VodafoneUk Terrible bandwidth in Cardiff City Centre today! On 4G, couldn’t even load a simple HTML webpage. Your network here is experiencing overload!

    @radioraees @VodafoneUK I got told at 11:50 that there was a known OpenReach issue and it’d be fixed ‘within 24 hours’ and the issue was reported by them at about 11:40. My broadband died at 11:20, over halfway there.

    @VodafoneUK hi, I have a technical problem I am helping my mother with. I can't use the chatbot because I am not a Vodafone customer and I do not wish to use the phone number because of hearing problems. Do you have a customer service email?

    @O2 we got a great deal SIM only but had to cancel as our Samsung S8 is locked when I put O2 SIM in. Your customer services couldn't help and nor can @VodafoneUK. I've done some research and apparently we need a Master Code and PUK. Voda can only give me the PUK. Can you help?
