    @VodafoneUK your adverts are misleading as it says you can roam in more countries at no extra cost than any network, however you have to pay £6 a day in roam further destinations....

    @Paulkelly87 @VodafoneUK Vodafone have a terrible rep for bad service. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for years and never had an issue unresolved, I would highly recommend Three if you're looking for a new network 👍🏼

    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded my plan and device online on Thursday. The device was due to arrive the following day. It never did arrive, and my plan is now showing as the old plan again. Please can you help resolve this.

    Gave notice to cancel my @VodafoneUK contract, but I now want to extend it by 1 week. So far on the customer support I have spoken to mobile, then been passed to broadband, back to mobile, to billing, and now to disconnections team. wtf!!

    @VodafoneUK frustrating customer service that makes trading in a phone as part of an upgrade impossible.3 store visits, 2 hours on line &only told at last visit that a code needed that was never sent.Have wasted time & now losing out on money. Wouldn’t recommend @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is awful. I have tried repeatedly to speak to a ‘real person’ to deal with a query on my account, but keep being guided to clicking links and automated bots. My two children (under 18) have been removed from my account without my permission.

    @VodafoneUK I’m at my wits end with @VodafoneUK and I’ve only been a customer since November 28th 2022. Less than 2 months and I’m already wishing I could cancel my contract.

    @VodafoneUK can you explain why it is so difficult to use your app or website in order to top up my WiFi dongle? I paid £45 today for a data top up but nothing appears on my account. I ALWAYS has a problem paying you!
