Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK really surprised by your Ilford branch staff. The customer service manners are appalling! First point, you need to honor any deals that are advertised regardless of online or in store, second point give them some training on customer service skills especially Ankur!!!
