    So after being on the phone for another 2 hours @VodafoneUK still has not helped. The customer service from these people are absolutely ridiculous.

    @Foxtrot__Oscar @VodafoneUK Vodafone introduced a new "extra" which is compulsory to enable outbound roaming in Europe. My retired friend in France was told this *after* she'd gone to France for the summer and put £50 on her account - her service suddenly cut-off - shocking and dangerous.

    @VodafoneUK has the worst customer service. I’ve been on the phone with them everyday since last week, waiting to speak to someone for over an hour. I have a disabled child who requires a lot of attention and these phone calls are distracting me from him.
