    Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

    My mum has gone to Moorfields and won't be back till late this afternoon. @VodafoneUK are doing maintenance so my data has gone off. I wanted to use today to study. Yesterday, the signal only came back in the evening.

    @VodafoneUK Since receiving no help about transferring my onenumber account to a new device, I've set up a new account and attempted to cancel the existing one yet I can't do it using the my vodafone app , I can't log in because you're having issues.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve spoken to lots of “advisors” today! None of them could advise and just kept passing me on to someone else. The last one I spoke to refused to help and kept asking for a dpa code, but wouldn’t tell me what it was or where to find it. I’ve even tried calling too! 🤬😡
