    I'm having a frustrating experience with @VodafoneUK, having switched my home broadband to their "Gigafast" fibre-to-the-home service (which is run by @CityFibre). The internet service is great - it's fast, and has low latency.

    @VodafoneUK as much as I love using Vodafone network it’s quite annoying when we have 4G and 5G and when I make phone calls it drops to 3G network with loss of internet functionality. Just weird.

    @VodafoneUK Well after 7 years with Vodafone looks like I'm moving on when my contract is up as Vodafone are to expensive, I have the same phone and the same tariff with another well known company for half the price ! Loyal customer seems to get no benefits.

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is a disgrace. I have spent 3 hrs on hold over the last 2 days and still can’t speak to anyone, with the latest attempt of 90 mins being cut off. Please can you arrange for someone to contact me before I take my custom elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Unfortunately not seen much of an improvement. Also seeing issues with delays to sending and receiving SMS messages. Everything is fine when I'm out and about.
