    Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

    @VodafoneUK You can't even get this bit right on here can you. I DMd like you said , told my problem, half hour later still no reply. I'm seriously considering paying the 10 months of my contract just to leave , I've had too many problems

    @VodafoneUK can someone please contact my self as I’m sick to death with drop calls or can’t connect the internet. I’ve spoken to customer service so many times as still the same issue . Can you please get a department to call so I can leave .

    Having quite a few issues with @VodafoneUK this morning. WiFi radio buffers a bit as using my phone as a WiFi hotspot. I’ll be glad when I can join @EE and stop this unreliable nonsense

    @VodafoneUK I've sent a private DM and heard nothing. I'm on the phone to an advisor who says I can't pickup a Pixel 6 Pro at any store instead today, and also I can't cancel. What an absolute joke.
