Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

I spent my college years trying to find a psychiatrist who could treat her, an organisation that could support her, anything. But she didn't want to see a doctor: in her mind, she was OK - the threat came from outside. /3

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Yes, that is corporate strategy. Had very similar problems with Eir and Virgin Media. If you get through to somebody they promise you everything and do absolutely nothing. They continue to take your money until and unless you order your bank to block them permanently. Disgrace!

@VodafoneUK @sullivanclean I Left Vodafone best part of 10 years ago and still get bills (with no amount on them) monthly. Gave up trying to get them to stop. It’s a really rubbish interface that will do anything rather than cancel. I can’t log on to their platform but they can send me invoices ???

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Sorry to hear that you went through this. I had a 2 year contract with them in Ireland about 10 years ago. If I hadn't told them I wanted out before the 2 years was up and kept record of that I would also have been liable for a cancellation fee. Pure greed. NEVER AGAIN.
