    Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

    @VodafoneUK So so disappointed with our newly installed wireless. Switched from Sky due to price hikes but would gladly switch back to ‘lower speed’ for more reliable service. Called for help, was due to have a callback and they just never called. Can you help arrange a new one?

    @VodafoneUK Your service has been utterly abysmal. Internet drops out for hours at a time. Can never get a response from anyone. Sort it out.

    @VodafoneUK Hi - do your sim-only contracts include hotspot data? Can't seem to find much info on the plan. Just a backup in case the VM wifi goes down (again...). Thanks.

    @VodafoneUK - Currently on hold again, still trying to get Vodafone to sort out their errors. Have just been assured by someone that my order has not been delayed... after telling her it's already been delayed, several times and for numerous reasons. GETTING SCREWED OVER AGAIN.

    @VodafoneUK our wifi has gone down numerous times over 9 months. We have called everytime to get it fixed but it keeps happening! Have tried to leave but have been told I need to pay an early leaving fee but your service is horrific!? Many hours wasted getting nowhere.

    @VodafoneUK I have internet at first, but my internet is very bad as there is a problem with the phone line I use. As my second question, why was the raise made even though I was told that there would be no price difference or that there would be no raise?
