    @VodafoneUK I Messaged an Aviser at 4.02 so far my only response was to ask for security information which I sent at 4.22. It's now 5.02 and I have had no meaningful response! The problem is in the network and needs escalating to Openreach

    Avoid @VodafoneUK Take out a 30day rolling contract and they make it impossible to cancel, lie to you on the phone, no supervisors available to speak to!

    @VodafoneUK home broadband and phone line down no fix for approx 72 hours, which most likely excludes weekends so earliest potential fix is Tuesday next week, not great when I work from home

    @VodafoneUK really poor service in OL12. Broadband down, expected to be fixed 18/10 so they’ve offered unlimited mobile data which is great until you realise it’s giving 0.9Mbps with constant dropouts 👎
