Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK Upgraded my phone yesterday was told by your customer service department my phone would be delivered today by DPD as long as I signed my agreement by 9pm (signed at 11am) Nothing. Where is my phone?

@VodafoneUK Yh I did & din't get any wher which is y I said so shoking & disguting service. So many yrs with u & yet loylty dont matter to u. I have spent 7 to 8 hours already on phone with u regrding this, agents either drop the calls & dont bother call bac or say will get bac & dont bother

@VodafoneUK Shocked & disgusted at your service. Been with you 15+ U offered me upgrade deal £56 monthly whereas carphone warehouse offered me same deal for £45. Really disappointed, dont think I will be recommending you to any1 whereas I have bought 5 people to u last 2 years😡
