Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK Before anyone signs up to Vodafone, I'd advise you to read their customer service reviews on the main Review sites. When everything is working its great, but should any issues arise, e.g. faulty cell tower, their CS will tell you any bs to get you off the phone.

@janeskyn Ha! Had so many issues with Virgin. I went with @VodafoneUK .Just renewed again. They currently offer Pro with a 4G back up- so if the cable goes down, you'll have 'back up' internet from 4G. In between had BT but they were raising prices like crazy. Self-emp here as well

@VodafoneUK It is now day 5 with no network or 4G and you chooses to ignore my last reply tweet! How long is this going on for? Surely I am not paying my phone line to have it constantly out of service! DO BETTER AND QUICKER
