    @VodafoneUK I have new sim card and my phone is locked which i was never told. it's now said it will take up to 10 days to get a code! my sim card from my understanding will stop working today, so you've left me without a working phone? can you advise

    @VodafoneUK 2 of 2 I rung to cancel my purchase and porting of my number, and apparently the portal team have technical issues and can not stop my porting, I have to rung back in a few hours... I wish I had never considered leaving O2!

    @VodafoneUK @romankemp @ITV We’re not young, live extremely rural, keep an emergency phone in case we have to abandon house quickly. We keep £10 credit on it , but regularly Vodafone steals the money… leaving us with no credit !! Only find out when checking phone.. what’s going on.. ?
