@darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK Not quite sure WTF you’ve done here but assuming your incoming pair of cables is terminated to the back of the socket, pulling all that crap out from the upper telephone port may well restore your internet which is plugged into the lower port. Splitter not required.

@VodafoneUK have a new advert! Is it a coincidence that I see it the same day as they send me an email saying they’re increasing their prices... again... while we’re still in a pandemic. If I had the money, I’d run down to my local @VodafoneUK store & tear up my contract!
