Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK I’m on the phone to your team and they’re telling me 9-15 days wait. I knew there was a problem but after trying to get through for 24 hours I’ve had to find out myself there’s an error and now I’ve got to wait. How is this fair? Fed up of being messed around.

Having an absolute **** time with @VodafoneUK custom service. Calls and data haven’t worked properly on my phone for 18 months.. tried several time to get the phone fixed and nothing is working. They won’t let me leave the contract even though they aren’t providing a service. 👍🏻
