Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK Thanks Millie but if this is the policy for the company, then I'd rather she went elsewhere. She needed some help and she was told she had to pay for it. It never used to be like this. Said that a company would treat an elderly lady with such contempt.

@currys @VodafoneUK I’ve bought an iPhone 12 from yourselves (unlocked) my 4G coverage is now really poor! If I put my sim in my old iPhone 4G is back to ok
