    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @ee are the same! They took £200 from my mothers account for an early termination fee that no one explained to her and ‘can’t give her a refund’ even though they made £21,331m last year! Their customer services are probably amongst worst I have ever encountered

    @KieranRTP @VodafoneUK Rubbish! I was with then for ten years! When I finished with them they take a month to close the. Account down and I gave 28 day letter to close it! They didn't and I ended going Inn shop they closed when I said I'd take it further! If no joy contact your Local trading standards!
