Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

I’ll keep saying it and spreading it. Don’t use @VodafoneUK broadband. Their customer service standards and support are the worst I’ve ever had the misfortune of experiencing. @Ofcom

@VodafoneUK For someone who wanted to upgrade, I’ve been treated awfully! Spent time on the phone trying to sort out but hitting brick walls!! Want to cancel upgrade but won’t until I have new phone! When is that coming?? You guaranteed my phone today and guess what? Not delivered!! 💩

Does @vodafoneuk customer services actually exist? I've never had such bad customer service and I'm pretty old. Calling every month to try to resolve same problem. 45mins today. Not sorted.

@chris_minns @VodafoneUK 33 for the phone and you can source your own sim card, depends on usage but the £8 one for me is plenty. Total 41 per month down from 65 and no 2 yr lock. Also the phone i went for was top price cos im a nerd ha

@VodafoneUK Bought a phone Dec 16th 2020, Feb 3rd still not working and after over 20 calls plus tweets and messaging nothing from Vodafone. Anyone else impressed with their non service??
