Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK is there a list by country of which networks you support for roaming? Looking for what networks are supported across the Caribbean. Don't want to end up connecting to a network that doesn't support my unlimited max data sim.

@VodafoneUK I have taken out a new SIM only contract through Carphone Warehouse with Vodaphone but you are charging me for my old contract and sim!!! All I need you to do is to transfer my number over to the new contract but I have to fill in forms. Utter nonsense terrible customer service

So nice to be told by the CEO dept of @VodafoneUK to take my faulty watch to the #Aberdeen store to be sent for repair - for the store to say nothing is on record for the issue I've been going on about since mid-December. Fills one with customer confidence. Again.

@Rotmm @VodafoneUK In the US, but might be a router issue. Does your router have a UPNP setting and is it on? Your xboxes are probably fighting over ports and UPNP is a feature that manages that
