    @VodafoneUK I wouldn’t buy anything from Vodafone, I left them last year & my direct debit is still active for them to take the final payment. Got a call from debt collectors today regarding a Vodafone bill! No letter or even an email from Vodafone, absolutely disgusting customer service.

    And @VodafoneUK s Tobi chat on the my Vodafone app, might just be the worst thing on the planet. Asking your security details 400 times before you even see an agent who 9 times out of 10 is useless. And when they are useful. They still have no clue.

    @Matthew_Naylor1 @VodafoneUK Uninstall the APP and then reinstall the APP any gremlins in the APP would go when you uninstall the APP. If there is still a problem call Vodafone customer services and select the appropriate option for APPS or select the option where it says something like can't view my bill.
