Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK. Need to upgrade to a new phone. Called Vodafone to make sure you will cancel my existing sim-only arrangement and allow me to move to a new 2 year Vodafone contract with the new phone. Apparantly NO. I have to continue the old contact in addition to new one. Shocking

@VodafoneUK Terrible customer service. Vodafone thinks it is acceptable to leave a vulnerable 86 year old without landline telephone access after activation for 3 days + without any solution in sight. We will take this further.

@MrGreenHomes @virginmedia It was rock solid but last few months have had hiccups and now another prolonged patch of junk service. I'm Hengistbury Head so crap mobile signal too regardless of which carrier. Looked on @VodafoneUK but they can't transfer home number & only offer 40mbps ! Only £19 mind

@VodafoneUK My phone hasn't worked for 2 weeks! Spent an hour in Wokingham Vodafone last weekend & they couldn't fix it, finally got into Reading Vodafone yesterday who fixed it but wouldn't give me any compensation at all! Very poor when I pay over £50 a month on my contract!
