    @VodafoneUK I wish to raise a complaint. It has been 3 months battling an ongoing issue that has been a "known issue" by Vodafone since December, with a resolution in March. It is now April and the issue remains to be resolved. Completely unacceptable, lying to customers.

    @VodafoneUK terrible experience with trade in. 191 say talk to trade in team, trade in team say talk to 191. Cant complete process and vodafone sending threatening messages about bill increases. Promised a call back 1 hr ago, nothing. Time to leave vodafone after over 10 years?

    @VodafoneUK @vodaphone Like you dont know areas of Newcastle have poor internet🤔 I got a new phone after being told 5g this 5g that etc. 2 yr contrac is up in september. . Never seen 5g

    @VodafoneUK i’ve dialled 191 and explained why i’m calling but the automated service continues to send me a link to a chat i’ve been through too many times rather than letting me speak to someone, it’s becoming frustrating at this point

    @VodafoneUK Do you even read what you’re replying to? I said I couldn’t use Signal to send it to 7726. Then you ask me to use Signal to send it to 7726. I said I couldn’t use the default SMS app to do it since it didn’t have the message. Then you ask me to use the default SMS app to do it.

    @VodafoneUK had a new phone since last year, broken down 4 times and the last time it was sent off I actually had an email stating you did absolutely no repairs and sent it back, then you say I missed the lockdown letter therefor you could not help. sorry friends of mine died of COVID
