Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@ThreeUK Will this much publicised and vaunted merger with @VodafoneUK mean my data will actually start working properly and not take forever loading websites and playing videos? I won’t hold my breath as this problem has been going on longer than I can remember.

@VodafoneUK I just applied for my Glastonbury esim and got confirmation email etc but when I login on the app it says I don’t have permission to access my account and to contact the account owner. Please can you help 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
