    @VodafoneUK no thanks i told you a year ago i was around £800 worse off a mth and would you lower my package your response pay your contract off which was about £600 and get a cheaper contract with you how did that help if i could afford to pay that then i wouldn't of be struggling

    @VodafoneUK no wifi now for 3 days. Your live chat is absolutely useless and so are your customer service advisors. EE are far superior will be switching to them. Called got straight through staff so helpful. EE gave me free data on my phone.
