Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK vodafone service is not very good had faulty router so recycled. Vodafone sent another by DPD who wouldn’t hand over as wanted a return never told this by them. DPD said would return same day but didn’t

@VodafoneUK over 5 hours to get an issue resolved and still waiting. I think the hundreds we pay each month might have to go to someone more deserving. @O2 can you do better and not over charge us???

@vodafoneuk I spoke to your customer services today as I have been barred from text messages(error 28). This I understand to mean unidentified subscriber. I have been with Vodafone for a lot of years, this situation must be sorted out NOW. I hope this will not happen again.

Wow. Thanks for nothing @VodafoneUK - disconnect my broadband this morning because you've accidentally cancelled my account, and offer to "fix" the problem by signing us up for a more expensive monthly reconnecting us in two weeks. Completely useless. 😠

@VodafoneUK what an absolute load of RUBBISH. Customer service is useless, waste more time being passed back & forth and then unable to understand due to language difficulties only then to be cut off. Emails and cry’s for help ignored. Vodafone score big Zero
