Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

So because @vodafoneuk (who can't meet my needs) chip in a bit of cash to fibre my area I can't use the agnostic @CityFibre connection on my drive with another provider for 12 months, and the shortest Voda contract is 24 months? How ******** is that even legal, @ofcom? Piss poor.

@VodafoneUK He isn’t on social media. He tried ringing 191 again but didn’t get any help, his watch is still saying no service or not eligible … just a nightmare. Just wish you could get help face to face

@VodafoneUK will 100% never call you back in 24 hours if they say they are going to. This is our 3rd time and if they call back tomorrow or a manager gets in touch as promised it'll literally be the first time they've ever done so.
