    @VodafoneUK Vodafone continued to take money from me for six months after my contract ended. Point blank refused to refund me. Never ever use them again.

    @VodafoneUK hahahah yea sure ill take that. i know you just customer service, but to further more openly the discussion, if a company is aware to not be able to meet demand then shall do something about it , its consistent , ive seen posts from yeaaaaars ago. same story

    Hi @VodafoneUK please could you investigate your mobile network for both voice and data in the NG24 1TN and surrounding area, the experience has been nothing short of horrendous, slow data and inaudible calls. It’s been like it for months now both indoors and outside.

    OK. I've given @VodafoneUK more than the required time to issue a refund (for a transaction THEY cancelled in October) and they STILL HAVE MY MONEY, and I have little hope of ever getting it back. Scandalous. Have complained to @Ofcom. Ridiculous. #Vodafone #Whatascam
