Hey @VodafoneUK your customer service system sucks, the 191 thing pushing you to live chat when you already tried that and they said to call, then having a stupid tell us what you want system that isn’t able to understand, then sends you to a team that can’t help… ARGH!

@VodafoneUK Mhmm yep and you'll read the transcripts and then contact an advisor and then put us through to customer relations and then check with the technical team and then accidentally on purpose get disconnected?
