    @VodafoneUK Thanks Millie but if this is the policy for the company, then I'd rather she went elsewhere. She needed some help and she was told she had to pay for it. It never used to be like this. Said that a company would treat an elderly lady with such contempt.

    @VodafoneUK used the app to upgrade...no phone yet (said next day delivery) but return packaging sent for trade in...monthly payment changed Very tricky to find how to get help Any ideas?

    @Alanpharrison @VodafoneUK They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “syncunlocks” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

    @currys @VodafoneUK I’ve bought an iPhone 12 from yourselves (unlocked) my 4G coverage is now really poor! If I put my sim in my old iPhone 4G is back to ok
