    @VodafoneUK That's great but if I'm not on the jubilee line? I'm a woman who travels alone a lot and you've removed connection to help, and a feeling of security. No notice, no reduction in bills? (in fact prices went up) it feels a bit underhand when you hold so much usage data.

    @VodafoneUK your after sales services is absolutely dreadful. Having been mis sold a contract and cancelling it in 4 hours. 6 months later I get a debt letter through post. Rang up customer service and she was useless. So I’ve ended up settling up a debt I shouldn’t have 😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK We’ve phoned up both masts have maintenance for 3 months so we’ve had to cancel our dongle as download speed is a staggering 0.2 mbps and I’m not paying £33 pm for that. My mobile on the other hand I’m stuck paying for data I can’t use at home

    @VodafoneUK you are a disgrace, you can’t even get contract dates correct, lead names on accounts, on hold to customer services for an hour and a half. Get a grip, customer orientated NOT... 0/10 for assistance.
