    Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

    @VodafoneUK shocking service. I move my broadband to you, then you cancel my order. I phone to ask why and you don’t know. Agree to place another order on the proviso you cancel the credit search so it doesn’t affect my record and you search twice then don’t place the order.

    Vodafone - @VodafoneUK are an absolute scam of a company! Our broadband has not been working since July2022. We have cancelled it, yet still keep getting charged. Promised compensation which never materialised. DON’T EVER GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY #Unbeliavable

    @VodafoneUK are terrible - i cannot access myvodafone to pay bill or set direct debit because you keep sending the one time security code to an old phone number i dont have access to. You won't help me. ANd I've only been a customer for less than a week!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

    It seems that Vodafone has FINALLY restored its WiFi service on the Tube! @VodafoneUK - is this correct?! Utterly appalling decision to withdraw the service in the first place (outside of 4G coverage on a short section of the Jubilee Line), but grateful if finally returned.

    Biggest mistake was moving from @VodafoneUK to @o2 O2 is the worst ever network, I have to make 3 or 4 calls for 1 conversation due to poor signal and data is another issue in itself, thank god for free WiFi. And that's anywhere I travel in the UK Can't wait for contract to end!

    @VodafoneUK have just failed to turn up to install my broadband for the second time. I’ve now been without broadband for 2&1/2 weeks. I was assured it wouldn’t happen again. Appalling service. Under no circumstances take out a contract with them. And awful customer service too.
