Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, have you ever tried calling your own customer service line, your automated call system is incredibly discriminative of anyone with learning. When it doesnt understand and just hangs up its awful.

@VodafoneUK Feeling let down and frustrated by poor customer service! I raised my move a month ago, there was a problem with booking broadband installation and I would be called back. A month later no call back, no update, no help & when I call up I'm disconnected while on hold!
