    @VodafoneUK Hi, our Sure Signal has now been switched off - I’ve been able to switch my mobile to WiFi calling but my husband’s phone won’t allow him to switch it on for some reason. He now can’t make calls which isn’t ideal. What can he do? Thank you.

    @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup absolutely ridiculous service! I had requested for a repair bag from voxi three times abd still haven’t received it! And every time I contact voxi they say they will escalate and still the same issue! #Horrific #customerexperience

    @VodafoneUK The **** show with @vuecinemas and the meltdown in their booking system 10 days ago goes on. My codes were eaten up when I tried to book. I spent three days trying to sort it out to absolutely no avail. Was assured I'd get a refund. Now I'm back to square one.

    @PJohnsonBet @VodafoneUK Yup. Had similar issue but bl**dy funny how they are so keen to KEEP calling me to try and sell me a new phone. Problem is that mobile phone companies identified years ago that there are always new customers to be had, hence they don't give a sh*t about their existing ones.

    @VodafoneUK My modem keeps flashing a red light on the internet light. I’m using a wired for the ps5 and wireless for everything else. I never had this issue with BT and no one can explain what is going on.
