Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

I contact support and both @ThreeUKSupport and @VodafoneUK Support are giving me conflicting info. 3UK says Vodafone porting is not completed (my number is still with 3UK) ... Vodafone says Porting is completed and my number is with Vodafone)... Help!

Absolutely shocking service from @VodafoneUK. Been holding for 35 minutes to talk to someone about an issue with my bill that’s been unresolved for the last 11 months. After finally getting through to someone, I’ve been cut off so have to start the whole f***ing process again!!

Bit narked at @VodafoneUK ordered a new violet Galaxy S21 in their plymouth store on Black friday, violet as told that colour phone is in stock and can be delivered by tuesday. Now told its out of stock and there is no current delivery date Mis-sold product Can @VodafoneUK help?
