Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK @Stegwah There is a very much bigger problem in Sheffield/Chesterfield that that mans router. Complete Blackout. DSL lines up, no IP addresses. Please escalate internally as P1 outage.

@VodafoneUK my broadband is down. I can’t get anyone on the phone. The bot that replies to messages on this account isn’t even working properly. Any advice? This is fairly disappointing as I’m paying for your fastest fibre.
