Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK So 24 hours has passed since @VodafoneUK asked for my details via a DM and still I have not heard anything. Am I really surprised? No. Quick to be seen on Twitter to respond to bad publicity but no substance when discussing things privately. Left disappointed again.

@VodafoneUK Hi, I've tried this twice. First time I was told store has to cancel. 2nd time I was told order had processed too far despite there being a 3-4 week wait for delivery. Would just like to cancel the order and get a refund but I seem to be going around in circles.

@VodafoneUK you never shipped my orders I don’t see it DPD fault. I’ve given the order numbers to my lawyer and he is following up there fraud case that has been logged.
