  @VodafoneUK what is going on with your customer care? Have been with you for 25 years, pay thousands of pounds a year with 7 lines on my account. Just tried to upgrade a line for £20 a month and was refused!!!! Where is the loyalty? Will now consider taking my business elsewhere!

  Going with @VodafoneUK and @CityFibre was the biggest mistake we've made. Never reaches promises speeds, can't even give me a strong signal with the laptop right next to the router. Awful
