Enjoying the single worst customer service experience from @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup. Without a phone for week waiting for a sim (twice told it has been sent) only to be told Vodafone cannot send nor can I go to a shop to get a replacement?! Costing me £100s in business...

@harryjms Had the same issue with @VodafoneUK last year when we moved house and they misunderstood “transfer to new address” as “cancel contract”. They are all awful.
