Very poor service from @VodafoneUK called your customer service 6 times this week to report a mistake you made in my house move, was hung up on 2 times, told the address was right the other 4 yet still no broadband and emails to say it has been switch on at my old address

@VodafoneUK could someone contact me, I have phoned 14 times to resolve an issue with the app I’ve called twice in the last 3 weeks. I have been promised a telephone appointment twice, the second was for the 29/10/22 neither calls went ahead. Terrible customer service.

@VodafoneUK @CityFibre I'm within my 14 days so if this doesn't get fixed tomorrow or Tuesday I'm leaving. If you're ever considering Vodafone broadband, I urge you don't. From the start it's been a disgraceful experience. @CISASUK help?
