    @VodafoneUK It’s working. Unfortunately no good upgrade deals. Does the NHS advantage still offer 15% reduction AS well as the 10% loyalty scheme. This would make it competitive against other providers then. (And only then). Thanks again from a loyal customer.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Robyn. There is a forum on their website which suggests a few other customers have had the same issue and that it's a porting fault. But when a technician called me today he was really offhand and said that I'd just Googled and hadn't got proper info!

    @VodafoneUK I'm not sure... as far as I can tell it's a @virginmedia issue. But you may be able to help. No one on Vodafone can call our virgin landline. It just beeps or says the number and code combination isn't recognised.

    @VodafoneUK really dissatisfied ..cancelled my Sky broadband to have your broadband after 19 years only to still be sat 3 hours later with no internet connection,no TV and a lost connection with the online chat support team ...unhappy is an understatement!!

I spent my college years trying to find a psychiatrist who could treat her, an organisation that could support her, anything.     @VodafoneUK @basher_briggs 1) A historical issue now in the grand scheme of things - a late friend of mine young army officer was told get a senior sergeant to verify he was going to Afghanistan - explains to Vodafone rank structure…. Anyway Vodafone cancel contract on him whilst abroad!

They sold my mum who lacks mental capacity a phone she can't use due to her lack of capacity and a ridiculous contract that is costing her £100 a month. No one will help me get it amended. They prey on the vulnerable unfortunately.
