@VodafoneUK Thanks Robyn. There is a forum on their website which suggests a few other customers have had the same issue and that it's a porting fault. But when a technician called me today he was really offhand and said that I'd just Googled and hadn't got proper info!

@VodafoneUK really dissatisfied ..cancelled my Sky broadband to have your broadband after 19 years only to still be sat 3 hours later with no internet connection,no TV and a lost connection with the online chat support team ...unhappy is an understatement!!

@VodafoneUK I'm not sure... as far as I can tell it's a @virginmedia issue. But you may be able to help. No one on Vodafone can call our virgin landline. It just beeps or says the number and code combination isn't recognised.

@VodafoneUK It’s working. Unfortunately no good upgrade deals. Does the NHS advantage still offer 15% reduction AS well as the 10% loyalty scheme. This would make it competitive against other providers then. (And only then). Thanks again from a loyal customer.

I have called them. I have web chatted. I've called their direct line. I've requested a call back. I've tweeted them. I get NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. I can't get a PAC code off them. How the HECK am I going to get out of their awful company? @VodafoneUK
