So glad I signed up for another year of @VodafoneUK broadband, love having to restart my router every 20 minutes to restart the line. @VodafoneUK can you help, I’ve done everything on your help pages and still waiting to speak to someone on chat, 20 min later.

My broadband speeds are so poor right now, I can’t even get the ‘Help’ chat to load. @VodafoneUK, this has been a month of decreasing speeds, now it’s a crawl. Disconnected, reset the router, new filter, but now 3.1Mbps.

As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

So still waiting on my refund @VodafoneUK even though i was advised last week I would get it start of this week, then advised this week that I will get it by end of this week. Quick to take money out but slow at returning. Can you advise when I will receive this?

@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

The @VodafoneUK Fibre with @CityFibre in #Aberdeen has been terrible the past few weeks. Randomly stopping for periods of time yet all lights green. Speed tests are poor, connection is gone. Not as expected.

Really wish @BBCWatchdog would investigate the coverage issues with @VodafoneUK why they’ve been voted the best I never know. Still can’t provide a decent 3/4G signal in Aberdeen!! Time to switch provider I think.

Good news is the CEO’s department seems to be taking my complaint seriously; bad news is I’ve just got an email starting the contract the day before I actually made the transaction. Curious as to the legality of that; one for the discussions with @VodafoneUK tomorrow.

@VodafoneUK you are the worse. I visited the store to cancel my iPad contract to be directed to the online options. After an hour of chatting to an online advisor I have now been directed to the store. You are a joke of a company, terrible customer service
