The @VodafoneUK Fibre with @CityFibre in #Aberdeen has been terrible the past few weeks. Randomly stopping for periods of time yet all lights green. Speed tests are poor, connection is gone. Not as expected.

@VodafoneUK I’m totally disgusting but the price increase that you are away to implement to your UK customer, all you are doing is profiteering from the pandemic and that is disgusting when you are a billion pound company unethical

@JenBarber101 @EE @VodafoneUK That's terrible customer service. I would get a better deal if I registered as a new customer, which doesn't reward loyalty at all, and I'm not wanting to change my number.

@VodafoneUK I would weep with joy or scream so loud that nurses from the local hospital would come running to help, or a vicar. Or maybe I’d think it a thank you for my buying an @Apple watch and recommend Vodafone to all my friends and family…

My broadband speeds are so poor right now, I can’t even get the ‘Help’ chat to load. @VodafoneUK, this has been a month of decreasing speeds, now it’s a crawl. Disconnected, reset the router, new filter, but now 3.1Mbps.

As @VodafoneUK and @SamsungHelpUK didn't believe the "overheat" photos, I had to pay £256 for a watch that I can't use. Now they threaten the debt agency each day. I phone and they tell me its an error. Such lovely customer service guys....when will they bang on my door??

@VodafoneUK @urbanpixelsw1 You pride? Really? The only way I got my issue sorted was to take it to CEO level. Only those few more days left til the 20th when I can give my 30 days notice to take my custom elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK Thx...but the experience was awful. Your CEO department sorted the issue in the end with a fight from me but your guys certainly know how to annoy the customer. I'd be cutting my nose if I left a good deal behind, but my view of Voda is not a good one....it really isn't

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Unfortunately they are all the same. It depends on who you get on the phone. I assume will be about targets? So.. they will all have DISCRETION to help and 'make the exception' but when it goes down as an attempt to close down an account, and they won't do it - £££££ bonus time.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Exactly the same thing happened, when my dad died in 2009. Took 9 months before their "bereavement department" contacted my mother, with profuse apologies, and allowed the account to be closed with no charge. How awful to hear it seems they haven't learnt anything, since.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This doesn’t surprise me at all. My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Customer services is non-existent in the UK. Companies don’t spend any money on it, it’s mostly on script and all revolves around making the most money possible, instead of serving customers. Was having this exact conversation with my wife yesterday. It’s disgusting.

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Vodaphone have history in poor cust. care. Brdband same poor service. tests via app say I have a problem, but never tell you exactly what it is, and you end up in a protracted "tech" message convo that never sorts the problem out. my contract period has ended, time for a change

@carolinep0 @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I very briefly had an account with Vodafone...,the staff were incompetent and unhelpful, when not precisly rude....they kept claiming my account was in credit, then I'd find I had 40 cents left and couldn't make calls....../1
