    @VodafoneUK Sorry but that response is really not good enough. I paid a lot of money based on delivery time listed on your website. The order tracking is useless it's just yes or no for despatch. I would like to know an ETA so I can work out if I need to cancel.

    @VodafoneUK the temporary number 07555054308 was going to be activated on 29.11.2021, which never happened. I then visited Vodafone only to be told that another number which was 07393033360 was activated as a temporary number.

    How can it take nearly a week to get a phone delivered from @VodafoneUK absolutly disgusting customer service. Other phone companies can send phones out next day/2 days max, 6 days and still hasn't even left the warehouse yet. Not good enough #Vodafone #DPD #vodafone

    @VodafoneUK I asked you last week how to cancel my three phone contracts and broadband because I'm sick of waiting for my upgrade which never comes. You didn't answer my question. Now, I would also like to know who can process a refund for £15 per month I was overcharged in 2019

    Hey @VodafoneUK I ordered a new phone on 26/11. I received an email on 30/11 stating there was an issue with supply. I have heard nothing since. I understand there maybe logistical problems right now but why even continue to sell the phone if you can't fulfill the orders?
