    Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.

    At 12:45pm today, my @VodafoneUK Internet connection stopped working. I still had an IP address with 50mbps down and 12 up, but no data could make it through. (Curiously, the VoIP phone still worked.) It was like that until around 11pm, when service was restored. A check on the Vodafone Network Status Checker said there were no problems reported. (Couldn’t do it before because of the lack of Internet connectivity.) Anyone else have problems today?
