    @VodafoneUK your 3/4G network coverage around North Somerset is totally unacceptable. How do you get people to subscribe? Totally unusable and outrageous. From a unsatisfied customer.

    Sick to my teeth of @VodafoneUK phoned @skytv last week with a technical issue and get charged £34 for the call. Apparently it's a premium number, never had an issue before. Between Vodafone and sky I think I will cancel my contracts and go else where. #ripoff

    @VodafoneUK OLIVER: Vodafone just lost a customer of 15 yrs. You sent me to a bot that repeatedly says inanities even though I typed very specifically what my issue is, with SKU, mobile, and SIM numbers. I can't call Vodafone: my Nokia's dead and the iPhone in question won't make phone calls
