    @VodafoneUK hi folks I have recently upgraded my contract and took on the Xiaomi mi 11 l. After being with you for over 20 years I went with your stores recommendation. Now 4 months in regret that decision. I have had nothing but issues from about 1 month in with the device

    @VodafoneUK can you please tell me how to apply a vea code online as ive put it in the promotion code box and it doesn't work, and the online chat is useless as they just told me they don't deal with this anymore!!

    @VodafoneUK my number being ported out to you when I have no current contract or line with you is not on. The PAC code should have been cancelled when I terminated my contract. I've spoken to your staff on 3 different occasions to cancel my contract yet I'm still getting problems

    @VodafoneUK firstly a direct debit was set up when I explicitly informed your advisors I would like to cancel, and now I am at risk of losing a number I've been using for the past 15 years. That coupled with your very unhelpful staff is a recipe for a very bad experience.

    @VodafoneUK Again. You have missed the point. They are automatically defaulted to yes and I have to opt out. That is no longer acceptable behaviour. Where have you been? It’s really, really bad practice.
