    @VodafoneUK is 10 days reasonable to fix a faulty phone you sold me for £1200 and your app said it’s a faulty battery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to have a faulty phone repaired or replaced within a "reasonable time"

    Would not recommend anyone move to @VodafoneUK 4g coverage in Norwich is so poor . Has been for years never changes
