@VodafoneUK Let’s face it Vodafone don’t like the public complaint as they know how bad they look! Here are the points. 1) sell contract and then charge for devices 2) admit mistake and promise to revise bill 3)after 1 month heard nothing so call and it’s not even been passed on!
