    @VodafoneUK terrible customer service.....still waiting for my refund 2 months later...happy to take the money incorrectly but very slow giving it back...I will email every day until you give me my moeny back with compensation for lost funds...I wonder if you will reply!!!!!

    @VodafoneUK I’m seriously not impressed! My internet was meant to go live with you on the 25th. Anytime up to midnight. I’ve had no TV all day. And now it will no doubt go into the weekend. Absolutely wonderful! I went with you cos your were cheaper than my other provider. #Help

    @VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, Please can you get someone to escalate to City fibre who are responsible for the equipment on the service polls on the streets. Kelly communications engineers have been out yesterday to install new broadband FTTP to my house.

    @SamsungMobile #zfold3 has got to be the worst phone I ever owned. Weeks into owning this phone, charging port stopped working, have changed chargers twice, nada, now wifi button won't stay on since the last updates, only got this phone from @VodafoneUK in January.

    No wonder companies get bad reviews 2 days @VodafoneUK to get contract sorted Email to CEO office @CEOemail didn't really care. Then get told by sales can't port my mobile number to @VOXI_UK for better deal, even though its the same company 🙄 Check Google, yes Training needed
