During testing, @vodafoneUK stated I was in an area that allegedly had "very good" indoor coverage. @ThreeUK said I would have low coverage indoors, yet @ThreeUK was the only provider that actually provided any service.

@VodafoneUK Erm, guys, was having issues with my mobile trying to set up voicemail and it saying "chargeable call" when I did Vodafone toolkit - my vodafone - setup or check messages. Your guys on chat telling me to phone 1571 & not 121???? Joint BT & Vodafone call centre?

@VodafoneUK Spent all day trying to get past the useless TOBi then get passed to 9 different advisors for the site to go down and now can't get through via phone or webchat🙄🙄🙄 just want a pac code so we can port the number
