    @VodafoneUK How can multiple mobiles all using different Vodafone SIMs, all experience between 0-20% signal strength, but when putting TalkMobile SIMs (that use Vodafone network), into the same handsets at the same time and location, suddenly all get 100% signal strength?

    What utter crap @VodafoneUK broadband is: the false promise - backs up to mobile - got a fault call us “I’m sorry the team aren’t here at the moment”. Costumer satisfaction falling. Can BT or Sky do better?

    @VodafoneUK I set up a direct debit when I took out my contract. Why have I just had a text to say payment overdue & you’ve added £5 when you’ve not attempted to take money.. nor tell me there was any issue with the direct debit. I’m not having £5 added for your incompetence
