@ayupitswill @VodafoneUK Vodafone are a bag of ****. My mum asked for a cap to be put on my lil brother's contract and they agreed to it on the phone but never put it on. So when he racked up a £1k phone bill they expected that she payed it. They record their phonecalls so don't back down and pay it.

@VodafoneUK well vodafone 3 months to get reception back to hu4 6nf and I get a email saying you still have problems! My mother has the problem, you took her money and everyone I spoke to fobbed me off. it still is not working what a joke this company is.

@VodafoneUK hi, we are having issues with our internet (since yest eve) & it is on one minute with really high speeds, the next it’s red. Flashing red. We haven’t changed anything - do you know why this may be? It’s difficult to WFH as calls were disconnecting today
