@VodafoneUK I understand that but generally it’s continually slow compared to other lately. I’ve been with you 11 years or I’m maybe more and it’s got a lot worse. For voice I cannot fault, but data serving appalling for the money I am paying. I also don’t want a robot,a human should help

Absolutely awful service from @VodafoneUK It took hours to cancel the broadband, for it not to be cancelled (and still being charged) and two hours tonight to be told I will have to call back tomorrow!

@VodafoneUK Fantastic. Thanks. Sounds really good. Will sort later. One final question please. Do you still do military discount. I think I'm on slightly higher than normal as I am a long customer and I wasn't happy when it was reduced. Could they keep the same discount on if I upgrade?

@VodafoneUK Nonim sick of vodaphone I call near on every day about a diffrent problem I want out of this contract and I would not recommend to anyone I'm duscusted all I want to do is get out the contract
