    @VodafoneUK Every single day, for hours at a time, be it South London or Surrey I have issues with signal! Every single day service indicator websites say the same. Yet every single time I speak to you I get nowhere. Lies, lies and more damned lies from you. Utterly useless.

    Having been a @VodafoneUK customer for nearly 12 years, I switched to @O2 a few weeks ago as part of a @virginmedia new customer deal. It made financial sense but I gotta say, O2’s mobile coverage is painful and frustrating by comparison. Only 17 months until I can switch back 😕

    @VodafoneUK Had upgraded contract and wanted to apply NHS discount, however they said leave to cancel the contract and start again. They realised this was a waste of both hers and theirs and they realised they could apply the contract over the phone. They were then unable to do this 1/2

    @VodafoneUK I spent several hours yesterday trying to sort my phone out after you disconnected my service. Was told 13 hours ago it was sorted. It isn't. I'm in Canada, really need to use the phone so please respond and and get me back online!

    @VodafoneUK why is it so hard to cancel my contract? On the phone I was told to go in store. In store I was told it had to be on the phone or online?! Spent an hour on the online chat only to be told I had to talk to another team. Spent 30 mins in that queue for it to cut out 😡

    @VodafoneUK The issue is when I try to start a chat, it does not start the chat. Then I close the window and start again. If I am able to start it then it is not responding. Not sure what is the purpose of this when it can’t answer any queries.

    @VOXI_UK @AirtimeRewards redeemed a £10 airtime credit reward (still new to this, I can only select Vodafone as my network provider and not Voxi) I don’t know where it’s actually gone as I have still been charged this month, do @VodafoneUK just keep it?
