@VodafoneUK Why do you not have a message on your phone line about the issue ? I was waiting over an hour this morning before I gave up… it’s not rocket science to let us know what’s going on 🤬 The back up dongle doesn’t work so can you at least give me unlimited data so I can watch tv?

@VodafoneUK @atifkhussain On hold for 2 hours. Would help if told place in queue. Why not acknowledge service is down by answering immediately or giving an appropriate message rather than the usual. Just seen Twitter. Wish I’d looked before. Giving up on phone now.
