Joey ap Joey (@FarmerJoeShow) reported@VodafoneUK Omg Vodafone π¬π§ youβre so awful at providing a service. Definitely avoid these jokers if youβre in the UK π¬π§ for your broadband. Bad bad bad πππ

Marie Jarvie πͺπΊ #MDANT (@mariejarvie) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK The worst company I had to contact when my husband died was Microsoft. He had some software set up to auto renew. Impossible to cancel unless I had access to his emails.
-
Alan Moore πͺπΊ π¬π§ (@alanmoore4816) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I finally left virgin as trying to contact was literally like going around in circles (constantly), it was extremely poor and exceptionally bad service.
-

YORNIKAH (@yornikah) reportedAgreed My 90 yr old could understand a word the "engineer" swid when booking to install her broadband as a new customer ! Shockingly bad service @VodafoneUK
-
Ian (@ianjeffray) reportedI'd like to know whose fault it is, either @VodafoneUK or @Apple but there's (still!) no 5G coverage along the whole east end of the A71/Livingston, and I have to MANUALLY change the phone to use 4G. Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.
-
Dave B (@David_B1986) reportedI forgot @VodafoneUK youβre also part of the rubbish network too now arenβt you?
-
Paul Ryan (@pjryan51) reportedGiven up on Vodafone after 15 years. All network providers in UK are a bit of a disaster at the moment but @VodafoneUK seems to have all bit given up. No coverage, can never speak to anyone , price increases. I honestly think in UK we'll soon end up paying Β£100 a month for a faceless AI "assistant" to offer corporate apologies for no service while still holding you to a contract and charging for non payment back up by a court system that allows them to enforce fast track judgments !

Jane Skudder (@janeskuds) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK A shame to see they haven't upped their game. When our dad died, nearly 20 years ago, my sister ended up explaining to a number of call handlers that the account owner would not be able to cancel his own account unless they had a seance...
