    @VodafoneUK see your charges are going up again, usual annual increase, how about taking into the fact for the past 12 months it is unlikely that many people are using their minutes and data. Tbh think my bill should be going down.

    @VodafoneUK When you’ve had the same non exciting service and promises for the last 12 years (maybe more), you get used to getting nothing back no matter how many times you feedback. The only reason I’m still here is because I get ‘loyalty’ discount otherwise I would move to someone else.
