    Hey @VodafoneUK is it a deliberate choice to not answer a question and try to end support chats early for reoccurring issues that you keep pretending don't exist? Is that why your Share Feedback link doesn't work as you already know #broadband #terribleservice

    @VodafoneUK After a long call with Support triaging the problem (after I located the right number for them), they are sending a replacement Power Hub.

    So much for the stress free switching or however @VodafoneUK put it. Today's is my going live day with them. It's after 3pm...no Internet and after an hour speaking to tech help on the phone. Very poor service.

    I am so fed up with having connectivity issues with my home broadband. Every time I ring they say they have fixed it and then it goes off again. I would not recommend @VodafoneUK for broadband.

    @VodafoneUK I try to cut out unnecessary noise from my life wherever possible. But 'service messages' like this are the bane of my life. I don't want to know if you've updated your terms of service, if you're about to bill me, or that you've got a 0% balance transfer offer available...
