    Once again rendered apoplectic after yet more prevarication and dodging from @vodafoneuk who are still not returning money taken from me for a number I have never asked for, received a SIM card for or used. But apparently that's my fault? Other mobile providers are available

    Hello @TalkmobileUK @VodafoneUK Why are you making it impossible to request a PAC code out of office hours? Your phones aren’t answered, your automated PAC code service has an error message and the promised links don’t appear on your website or ‘my account’. Underhand??

    Aggh @VodafoneUK I'm back to rubbish WiFi hotspot. And as far as I can tell if my upload sucks then my hotspot really sucks. It jumps to 20Mbps and drops 1 Mbps per second 😫 and on connected device I'm getting a 500+ms ping 😦

    @VodafoneUK Yes they have called on that number claiming to be from Vodafone Sales. I am not even a customer of yours so I smelled a rat and told them that they clearly are not who they say they are, politely incase it really was you.
