    Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.

    @VodafoneUK openreach have just installed a cable into my garden… I’m so confused! I signed up for Vodafone broadband in November! After many issues I called to cancel in April and was told I’d get a label to return router. today a cable has been diverted into my garden! Help!

    @VodafoneUK @SW_Help genuinely curious as to how we can get wifi underground but no reception (with any network) at Waterloo, Vauxhall, Raynes Park and Wimbledon. Barely anything on the train journey. Infuriates everyone.

    ***** sake @RoyalMail why are your staff so useless I told him LEAVE THE PARCEL then my signal cut out as @VodafoneUK are bad. Then he gives it to my neighbour which I don’t want! @AmazonUK this counts as NOT DELIVERED I’m not pissing around waiting for neighbour to be home

    @VodafoneUK Red contract is ending and I received a text saying I’ll be charged for my entertainment package if I don’t cancel. If I renew my contract for another red package including entertainment do I need to cancel & resubscribe or do you roll the sub? Called 191 and no help.
