    @VodafoneUK This is what i mean Chris, you are not reading what I have written. I have got in touch with them multiple times. This is really appealing service to a customer that is not receiving a service of "merchantable quality" Vodaphone are in breach of their contract with me!

    It should not take 13 mins to determine if I can return a phone ffs @VodafoneUK . It would have been 45 seconds if the poor chap's every word weren't being monitored to ensure he is being completely and utterly over the top to the point I hung up on the lad. Give me a break, fam.

    @VodafoneUK are you not supposed to advice people of a price increase in advance? It was obviously coming but in April I get an email to say from April prices are going up. I though you had to give notice, surely you knew a month ago? Now there is no time to change or cancel

    I am deeply disappointed in @VodafoneUK lack of urgency in addressing a negative credit marker for missing payments on my account even though they admit my accounts are up to date. I first raised the issue 2.5 weeks ago & they said it'd take 14 days to resolve.

    @jwickhyoung @VodafoneUK I couldn't even load tweets over the weekend at my aunt's house in Dunfermline. The internet doesn't like H+ data in 2023. Thanks @o2. Makes me wonder what I'm paying all this money for when my mobile doesn't work when I'm out and, y'know... mobile.
