    @VodafoneUK I can’t view my data usage on the Vodafone App or anywhere online. This has been an issue for months (Error 4300 in the app) and the chatbot is unfortunately, absolutely no help.

    @neilbrown007 @VodafoneUK @vodaphoneuk I honestly wish I hadn’t stayed with them! Got offered a contract renewal providing the same service I’d had for yrs at a good price so decided to renew! If only I knew what I knew now. Hindsight is a wonderful thing ;-) who are u with now?

    @VodafoneUK sent me a text a 16:22 yesterday saying they would call me between 4-6pm. I then received another text at 16:23 telling me sorry they’d missed me. My phone never rang. They said they’d call today between 10-12 the never did! More lies! #vodafoneavoidthem

    @VodafoneUK For a communications company focussed around contracts, to fail to communicate this badly based around contracts is particularly incompetent. If vodafone wasn't 37 years old, I'd be more forgiving, but you are, so I'm not.

    @VodafoneUK I have now been on the phone for heading to 1.5 hours trying to get my what you describe as 'Automatic Compensation' for a 21 day outage in April. There was no communication during the outage and even less now! Great work from one of the worlds communication giants.

    @VodafoneUK your support team are worse than useless. I have jo internet at all and I find out youve closed the ticket on the issue coz its "ressolved". It's worse than ever!!!

    @OpenreachHelp Hi Gareth- could someone please contact us? We were expecting an engineer to come over on 31st May and today June 7th 8am-1pm. Both time no shows and no contact to say they weren’t coming. Have been in touch with @VodafoneUK and they say it’s not their problem. Ref:OGEA56676297
