    @VodafoneUK I’m on the phone to your team and they’re telling me 9-15 days wait. I knew there was a problem but after trying to get through for 24 hours I’ve had to find out myself there’s an error and now I’ve got to wait. How is this fair? Fed up of being messed around.

    @VodafoneUK Honestly can't wait until December so I can cancel my contract. Other networks now giving alot better deals and after over 20 yrs loyalty think it's time for a change

    Having an absolute **** time with @VodafoneUK custom service. Calls and data haven’t worked properly on my phone for 18 months.. tried several time to get the phone fixed and nothing is working. They won’t let me leave the contract even though they aren’t providing a service. 👍🏻
