    @VodafoneUK are the worst network on the UK. Still can't receive incoming calls and texts despite using a brand new SIM card. Honestly fed up of this now.

    @virginmedia You're charging over 40 pounds for 2 days where @VodafoneUK will supply broadband.That's more than a month's charge! At worst this should be pro ratered for 2 days use. Not least because you are putting up the charges by 7.7% and so I can leave without penalty anyway....

    Hi @BBCWatchdog @TalkmobileUK / @VodafoneUK are refusing to help with a complaint about zero network coverage at my home address despite my 84 year old Dad currently being in hospital please help as the situation is incredibly stressful 😕

    @VodafoneUK My calls are going to a stranger. This is NOT call forwarding. It’s a Vodafone routing error. I need this escalated to Network Operations to rebuild my inbound routing and refresh my HLR. Frontline support refused to escalate. Please help.

    Cant wait till my contract is up with @EE ill be moving all contracts to @VodafoneUK and broadband so thats 3 sims and 2 phones. Signal in rhyl south is awful no signal in my house and broadband 1gb fibre keeps dropping out. Im done with this once great company
