@VodafoneUK I am trying to cancel my father's account. He has Alzheimer's and is no longer capable of using his phone. I spent an hour on chat to your customer services who just don't know what to do. Tried to report critical illness, number doesn't work. Shocking!

I've been on the phone to @VodafoneUK for 24:38 now, to cancel a mobile broadband SIM I tried to cancel in September, then February. I've spoken to two people: they both said, "I can't deal with this, I need to transfer you." The conversations were both about 2 minutes each.

@mrpaulholmes @VodafoneUK My partner is speaking to Vodafone on webchat, they havevsaid there is a known outage in our area since 8.18 this morning engineers are working to fix it it can take between 24 and 48 hours

@katiesedd @VodafoneUK They didn't call but we spoke to them on webchat, we were told there has been an outage since this mornings engineers are trying to fix it but it can be between 24 and 48 working hours, luckily my son has a vodafone contract so they have given him unlimited data for 30 days
