@VodafoneUK 16th Feb I requested a NUC, this was closed as the IMEI I was told was wrong, but it wasn't. I started a chat (ref 765999188094163848) with support on the 22nd who submitted a new request and told me it will be fixed in 72 hours, 10 days later I am still waiting

@VodafoneUK upsetting, distressed, a whole day wasted with nothing resolved. No show from @WeAreOpenReach and hours on the phone trying to get someone to turn up who was booked but never showed up. Shame shame shame on these companies

@VodafoneUK I got disconnected after being on hold for 1 hour & 20 minutes. I’ve raised a complaint online - just waiting for that to close out before pinging a note over to CISAS @cedrsays . I’m trying to move house but it’s impossible to set up my broadband switch with Vodafone🙄

Hey @DPDUK if you have a courier due to deliver something is it possible to know an estimate on the day it will be due? @VodafoneUK are saying I will only find out 30 minutes before & there's no way around this? Not ideal for keyworkers & I've never known this to be the case.
