@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Happened to me with @VodafoneAU They took over from Three, ruined the service, overcharged, lied. They were taken to court then begged their customers to return. Never again.

@VodafoneUK So I had to arrange for them to call me. They never called. All I ever got was an automated call asking for payment of my balance. Several brick walls/heads later I was told management team would not be able to call me if there was an outstanding balance. Wierd no? 2/3

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I apparently owe £6 - and have done for about 15 years. When I try to call them they tell me they can’t help as I don’t have an account. And so it sits on my credit score. Plus when my father died we had very similar issues with Vodafone, and others. Absolutely appalling.

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot ****** @VodafoneUK, is that the best you can do….speak to our BOT, who will eventually put you through to an adviser??! WOW, I’m appalled at this awful customer service. I am not a Vodaphone customer and now, I will never be one either!!!
