@VodafoneUK That is not the problem. The problem is that if you are trying to sell me products that don't match my usage pattern or device then you are trying to sell them to other people too, who might not be as clear on what you are doing. You need to stop doing this altogether.

So got an all inclusive, 60 odd pound a month contract with @VodafoneUK, in roaming the data traffic is so slow need to use a hot-spot on the other phone on a less than £7 a month contract from @lebara! Guess who's going to be my choice going forward!?

Bob Pitts (@Riojabob) reported
Very annoyed with @VodafoneUK I added a £15 top up to my PAYG mobile. They took £30 from my CC and refuse to refund me. Insist on giving me credit on my phone. Not sure this is legal. Looks like they are going to lose a customer soon.

@VodafoneUK Already done all that before for months with no solution... The tweet was just to let others know. You popped up and offered to help. You didn't. That's it.

@VodafoneUK Never ideal!!! It's bloody awful. Probably the worst customer interaction I've ever had in 50y. Months of trying to get you to fulfil your contract unsuccessfully and giving up and now no option or info to upgrade. Just a joke Jay... not ideal?

@VodafoneUK You continue to send me sales texts for products that are clearly unsuitable for the device you are contacting. You must know this from the device being on your network. Please stop doing it. Please don't suggest that I opt out of the texts. Just stop sending them.
