@VodafoneUK my contract finishes soon so due a upgrade but soon as I spoke to live help and didn't want to accept what was offered and said i can get better elsewhere they said I couldn't take my number only way to do it was finish contract go on payg then new provider?

@VodafoneUK ...the idea that being vodaphob customer already is not mooted in the mailshot. You are in there advertising the pro superfast 100 package for £37 per month. It is a current mailshot, it is dated May 2021. You need to honour that price for everyone.
