@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK I've spent over an hour with your team running 'extra checks'. I gave them 8 postcodes from all over the country and they were all down. It's hopeless. Days without being able to use this phone. My wife the same. Very, very poor customer service.

@VodafoneUK constant drops in service daily/hourly. I’m often rebooting my router which is unacceptable. It took 3 calls to resolve my telephone line! Never ever had such bad service! I switched from BT and wish I hadn’t! I have 3 months left looking to leave
