@VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

@GeorgeMonbiot Your tweet about believing companies can't behave like this really resonated with me. I was an @VodafoneUK customer until recently. One day my connection suddenly dropped. After hours of calling and emails it turned out my line had been 'taken over' by another company...

@VodafoneUK my partner has ported he phone number to 02 and her phone is locked to your network. She has filled out a NUC form but hasn't had an email. When she rings, your automated system now doesn't recognise her number. How can she get a NUC code please?

@VodafoneUK No thank you. I managed to finally get it sorted BUT the fact I was told the matter was resolved when it clearly wasn’t was stressful and quite frankly appalling that Vodafone were fast enough to slap the red letter on me but far too slow to remove it.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK ..willing to help me. Vodafone took my money but as soon as I experienced difficulty they fobbed me off. It turns out Vodafone did have warning my line was due to be taken over and failed to warn me. Best bit? After hours on the phone, arguing, they offered me £50 compensation...

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Don’t get me started, BT switched my mum to BT One, no phone for 2 months, in the end she had to pay a third party consultant to explain to BT how they had to fix it. Service is far worse, don’t touch BT One.
