@StarscreamUK @VodafoneUK I always love when they display their incompetence like that. Virgin does the same with me when I complain about low speeds and they're like "Well, WiFi doesn't reach everywhere in your house.". True, if I wasn't connected via ethernet straight into the damn router.

@VodafoneUK Still disappointed @vodafoneuk. Answering a query only to ask the same questions repeatedly in the same day, then dropping it so the next poor service rep has to repeat the task is NOT service.

@VodafoneUK I have live chat but my question is why can't I call and talk to a human but I could no problem when I wasn't a customer....that seems a little odd? 4 times I called and got cut off by the automated service..not great for a customer service phone number? First impressions count.

@VodafoneUK this is absolutely rubbish network I have used, sim only contract £42 per month but so weak and to low reception it doesn't connect the network is really annoying me and is effect my work.! is really bull SH!T, I may really thinking to end my contract with #Vodafone

Dear @VodafoneUK I've just been informed there is nothing wrong with your end, its my router settings & to change my wifi settings to fix MY errors I am connected via ethernet Your advisor has told me that my wifi settings will improve my ethernet speed my wifi is turned off
