    @VodafoneUK I have to juggle around 15 mins to find someone to explain my issues. You should remove that "stupid" call answering so-called system and consider getting a better one. I wasted 10 mins and hung up on me...

    @VodafoneUK Raised formal complaint, Vodafone failed for 9 days to actually call me and when I call in nobody can speak to me. Asking for Manager to speak to but they refuse as I’ve not spoken to Case Handler. This is the whole point - How do I break the cycle?

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK how rude can you get! Look at my notes of who I was just on the phone to because she hung up on me because it was her log out time. 2.5 hours on the phone and still no resolve! Terrible terrible service! I am glad to hear your phone calls are recorded.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely appalled with the service we have received since moving to yourselves for our broadband and phone service. Called on Friday as Internet went down was told an engineer was needed as problem between exchange and property. Yet today Openreach ceased service??
