Absolutely rubbish customer service from @VodafoneUK Phone has been sent off 5 times for repair in the last 6 months with the last 2 being promised a new device and get the old one sent back. Paying a stupid amount for a phone that doesnt event work... shocking #makinglifeharder

@VodafoneUK I have placed an order for home broadband and which is due to be activated by 10th June 2021, and still I haven't received my WiFi router. I have been contacting with @VodafoneUK customer care service and there is nothing helping out! Can someone sort out this for me
