    @O2 Do you think it will be today, tomorrow, Monday? A rough indication would help. Please would you also advise if I can cancel the contract and phone altogether with no penalty? Right now, it would be much easier for me to just stay with @VodafoneUK than to move to @O2.

    Lodged a complaint with #OFCOM. Apparently they have the power to make @VodafoneUK who have wrongly disconnected customers, rectify their errors! Still looking at options for recovering all of my costs which are substantial! #vodafoneavoidthem
