@blake967 @VodafoneUK They offered £30 then £40 and I just want the problem resolved but as yet nothing!!!! The social media team said they can’t really help because it’s not there job ultimately and they can’t get anyone to speak to either!

Whilst I like the @VodafoneUK service...I really wish it was easier to speak to a human I'm customer services. 15 minutes selecting options and all roads lead to 'Toby' the automated terminator web robot. 2 weeks along and still not had an issue resolved.

@VodafoneUK I’m still waiting for my pack to arrive in the post to send my old phone back to trade in?! 40 mins on the phone still no answer & never no one available on live chat? Any help please? As I do not want to be stung because I’ve not sent my phone back in time. Thank you
