    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    Frustrated with Vodafone. Trying to set up their broadband and you need access to the app which is down for maintenance. Nog helpful @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Using Deloitte LLP, Vodafone-Three argued at Reading Crown Court on the 8th April 2026 that I did not have a Subscriber Service telephone Contract that was taken out on 03 January 2019 after a New Promotion. I had a £20.00 monthly Big Bundle and changed to monthly

    That was the weirdest afternoon ever - Sky broadband went down around 2pm and has just come back. However, we all then also lost the mobile data signal too - how is that even possible when they are not connected?! @VodafoneUK I had no way of finding out what was happening

    @VodafoneUK - wow! Not exactly so keen to help when it’s a problem you’re having to deal with. Utterly disgraceful. No respect for your customers. All about screwing money out of people and then leaving us to languish in your techspeak when there’s a problem.
