@VodafoneUK I wish I had been able to bet money that I wouldn’t get the manager callback I was promised. I do lay money on you taking a direct debit before you provide any service though. Kinda wish I’d read your feedback here before signing up! 😡

@VodafoneUK say that it’s OK to wait 10 days to get a service call from their CR team. Apparently it takes that king to arrange a bag to be sent to solve a phone collection for a trade in that is 6 months old #vodajoke what a useless process. One for @BBCWatchdog

@VodafoneUK @lionsofficial Vodafone probably paying too much attention 2 rugby and lost focus on customer service. My connection was supposed to go live on 7th April and despite spending 79minutes on web chat and nearly an hour on phone it’s not resolved 😌I was promised 2 resolve it by 13th which is today
