@VodafoneUK According Sony that's not true. The phone I purchased a Sony Xperia 1 II, according to Sony's you get 10 chances, they even clarified that when I called their customer support over the phone. But that's besides the point, I was told the phone would come unlocked period.

@VodafoneUK I've tried to complain about the terrible service I've received, but apparently I can't do that until my issue is resolved. Since you can't or won't resolve it, I can never complain.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I bought a phone from Vodafone and they promised it'll be unlocked, it wasn't. They gave me a NUC to unlock the network, it doesn't work and my phone wont let me enter anymore codes, It's hardlocked! The customer service haven't been any help
