But at some point unacceptable behaviour shown by @VodafoneUK and the very poor of choice regarding the collection agency is just bad for the image and unpleasing for the public eye/ reputation. Further how can something like a proxy can be ignored by a company ?!

(They finally rectified their position after escalation and had to provide the death certificate).. shocking

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK she was terminal. He brought in a copy of a recent brain scan that detailed a tumour. I was told my customer services to photocopy it and send it. I was absolutely disgusted. Refuses to do it and had it cancelled after complaining.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK TOP TIP, visit any Vodaphone store and explain loudly on a busy time youre not happy with their service have some printed letters to hand out to fellow customers and passers by. So sorry for your loss George, this shouldnt be happening to people suffering greif.

@GeorgeMonbiot There is law regarding harrassment of debtors, in this case a person who was not in debt and was deceased but by proxy your father. I am a @VodafoneUK customer, but this has made me consider whether that continues. It is not ok for a corporate like #Vodafone to act this way.

Customer services told a senior gentleman he needed to prove his wife had died to cancel the contract. He was waiting for a death certificate so was told to bring in any documents to prove

@GeorgeMonbiot I had my phone stolen and with a Vodafone insurance, and the police report was not goog enough for them to give ms a replacement. They made me pay for the rest of the contract and I never had a replacement, worst company ever. @VodafoneUK
