@VodafoneUK So annoyed with your customer service. You advertise these plans with a choice of social subscriptions attached but you cannot activate them - website just comes up with an error code. A week I've been fighting your CS to get this sorted and nothing. 1/2

@VodafoneUK Thanks Gemma, but this has been 19 months. We've given up jumping through hoops and will cancel as soon as we can. Then we will start litigation. We've warned VF every month for 6 months. You called our bluff by ignoring us, so we're going ahead. This will be done publicly.

@VodafoneUK how rubbish is you ‘support’?? 30 mins of going in circles with a useless BOT with limited responses. Either upgrade your software or hire HUMANS!!! There are more than 5 questions…as you can tell I am extremely frustrated!

@VodafoneUK Why do you make me phone & wait in an extended queue, listening to dreadful Christmas music just to cancel my broadband? And then pass me from dept to dept? Hoping I might give up waiting?
