    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I am a broadband customer. Your app (s) are awful - the ai bots are shameful. I just want to get Secure Net. After 50mins of searching (using chatGPT) and downloading a third Vodafone app I’m told it’s not available with NO explanation?? Please help. Human help

    On a train (as I am every week) can't have a phone call for more than 30 seconds. @VodafoneUK your signal is absolutely shocking. Why??? It's 2026. Surely your investments would see significantly better performance. Tired of this rubbish

    @EricFor1173540 @dave43law They don’t they provide them to charities who support people who have been assessed & accepted into the Asylum System (mostly families). NOT illegal immigrants. I’m sure @VodafoneUK legal team will be taking a very serious look at these accusations.
