So is every company just abandoning having good customer service now? Trying to cancel my plan with @VodafoneUK is proving more difficult than getting the energy vouchers from Scottish Power.... have half a mind to just stop paying feel like I'd make some headway doing that.

@VodafoneUK That's not the problem. The problem isn't being believed. In effect, you were saying I was lying. I wasn't even bothered about the fault - these things happen. But you insulted my intelligence when your customer advisor insisted the calls were made and that there was no issue.

@VodafoneUK I moved to voda on 6.12 last year , since then poor and inconsistent BB speed and no LL phone - promised resolutions and call back from manager - but NOTHING - rubbish service
