    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    @VodafoneUK @gregnotinchina Will @VodafoneUK reimburse the £2 daily cost of these underground WiFi packages? It's such a ridiculous step backwards. Have been a Vodafone customer since 2008 but if I can't read emails and respond to teams messages on the tube I'll need to go to another network.

    @simonwain @VodafoneUK I was due a call back today at 12:30 Simon and that never happened either, Customer Service has never been high on their agenda in my experience

    @VodafoneUK Thanks but no thanks. Yet another waste of space as the chat function on there doesn't work on multiple devices. Getting help from Vodafone is like getting blood from stone. Perhaps I should not pay the bill then VF might help?

    Hi @bt_uk and @VodafoneUK Great that you take fraud seriously! But both told me what *I* can do about it. I want to know what YOU are doing about number spoofing, constant number swapping and so on. After all, it's your network, right? You control access.

    Just called @VodafoneUK to have a recorded message tell me that they would not accept my call. Used them for 20 years. Not a great customer friendly company think it may be time to change provider 🤔🤬🇬🇧

    @VodafoneUK hi I've recently upgraded my contracts however I have since learnt that you no longer support wifi on the tube @MayorofLondon @TfL. This is obviously not acceptable and disgusting that customers were not informed. Please advise me on the cancellation policy. Thanks
