@VodafoneUK can’t believe the bad service we have had. Sent a new mobile back as there was a software issue, got told it was a scratch on the screen so no warranty. There was no scratch when we sent it back. Tried to call so many times and I’ve had enough. Unbelievable

@VodafoneUK our wifi dongle has not worked for 3 days. My husband has spent 2 hrs on chat with tech support with no fix. Now 1 hour on a another chat to cancel.They want us to pay for cancelling a service we r not getting. Entire wasted evening with no outcome. Aaaggghhh!

@Ianmartin_gc8 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK Vodafone are ok, I’ve been with all the networks and they’re far from perfect, but Three I have to say is incredibly bad. You’ll pay higher prices with the likes of VF and EE, but you might be happier. Check signal and maybe try payg before committing fully.

@VodafoneUK I’ve done this now Mark. Vodafone has been happy to take our payments over the last 12 years, but not willing to believe us as a long-standing customer! The call centers abroad doesn’t help, I’m incredible disappointed with Vodafone.
