@MelissaAmes73 @VodafoneUK Thank you. That’s lovely for you to message. The trouble is I am stuck with a 24 months contract with network that fails 3-4 a day. Unable to use Zoom or video. I couldn’t speak to family and they tone in DM is very rude and they say you must pay us regardless 😨
