@ThreeUKSupport This is no use. I want to speak with a manager and they just tell me they can’t as managers don’t speak to people on the phone. Never had issues with @VodafoneUK like this. I’ll be heading right back to them as soon as I can. I’ll never be using three again.

@VodafoneUK as a customer of 20 years I am appalled that none of my 8 calls to your customer services have resolved my problem with receiving calls and texts in South Africa. This is a known issue that no one in your call centres knows how to fix. Disgusting!

@skytv @VodafoneUK moved from Vodafone broadband to sky broadband. I have had more internet issues with sky in one month compared to 5 years with Vodafone. If you are about to choose sky my advice is don’t go to sky - even pay for boost - no idea why

@VodafoneUK WORST SERVICE EVEROur biggest mistake was joining Vodafone. We have experienced terrible broadband service since we joined and they are now refusing to allow us to cancel due to their incompetence. This has been the worst experience, we are taking this up with @Ofcom
