    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @VodafoneUK I’ve done all your trouble shooting steps ..im sick of doing them your mobile broadband service is completely hit and miss and I can’t get a straight answer as to why this could be . If it was a fault at my end I would imagine it wouldn’t be as intermittent as it is

    So the **** show that is @VodafoneUK continues. They offered me an @AmazonUK voucher for joining them. 7 months later they still can’t send voucher and claim they can’t get any! Absolute disgrace! #vodafone #mobile

    @VodafoneUK just had one of your technical data team finally call us…call dropped as we have no signal (hence the complaint) and they haven’t called us back. What an awesome service 🤬 so still stuck with contracts we can’t use in our house, you are stealing our money

    @VodafoneUK I'd suggest to DO NOT continue with this #pathetic network. So many incorrect and false information shared. Unprofessional behaviour on call as well on chat. Major part is their services, I port from @virginmedia cause of #ridiculous mobile services. The @VodafoneGroup was same🤮

    @VodafoneUK So you want the impossible… im connected by wifi to a device purchased from yourselves with a SIM card provided by yourselves on contract I pay to yourselves and yet you say it’s not using your network . Would you care to clarify plz ?
