    @VodafoneUK im switching to your network tomorrow but I have my new phone and was trying to see if I can switch it today but when i go to login to the app it just says there is techincal difficulties

    @VodafoneUK They are super rural and I think their road is a really old copper wire. It’s been an issue for ever but no provider wishes to upgrade their wires or connection. Would the 4G Dongle be better?

    @Crewesmissile @VodafoneUK Literally 1.5 hours I’ve just wasted. Every single option on the automated service that actually requires you to speak to someone just sends you a link to the digital chat & disconnects your call. Where are the actual humans on the phone? It’s a phone company for Christ’s sake
