    @VodafoneUK hello I've just completed a trade in of my old phone, new phone has arrived, but the return envelope has not. I've just called customer service who tell me that they cannot authorize sending out an envelope and I have to use the app again. This seems ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK Can someone explain this to me: 1. Home broadband, full fiber, I might add, unreliable as hell. 2. Endless contact with robotic call agents yield nothing, but being antagonised and made to feel like an idiot, when I was one of the main architects of this damn product

    @VodafoneUK been a customer for over 20 years, and I keep getting calls to upgrade or buy broadband from rude pushy sales people from you. I am going to leave if this does not stop.

    Being a @VodafoneUK customer is a joke. Every other week someone tries to scam you out. They have no clue on how to keep the customer data secured. This time the scammer even spelled my email id letter by letter to establish himself as a legitimate customer service guy

    Hey @VodafoneUK my phone & fibre are incredibly unreliable. Phone calls drop out after connecting, out or a home, with no warning. Internet (either on home WiFi or 4G/5G) just doesn’t load but will when I refresh it. I’ve checked the connections, turned on:off Bluetooth… help?

    @VodafoneUK 3 hours + most spent on hold and someone puts the one down. Your customer “care” is absolutely shocking. No wonder I’m trying to leave.
