    @VodafoneUK I've lost my internet for 1 week. call centre person tested line and saying it's at fault, called the wrong number so no engineer until last Friday, a new modem today which shows same red light and them sending another engineer tomo HELP!!!!! I have no data left

    What a stupid idea is was to swap to Vodafone Broadband. It’s awful. I’m lucky to get 10mbs of speed. @VodafoneUK sort your awful network out. Poor service, poor internet and poor customer service.

    @VodafoneUK I'm getting very slow replies from your DMs. They've actually just stopped replying. Tried calling (again) and all I got was "sorry, there isn't anyone available to speak to you right now". Appalling customer service.
