@VodafoneUK Hi Chazz, still need help. Have you an email address for someone in Customer Services Business BB. Trying to get a Customer moved over to you from BT but he has what I think you call a ‘thin’ credit file, old school and is in the fortunate position never to have needed credit.

@VodafoneUK , hi this is second months and i suffer from same problem, i renew my big value bundle and i receive confirmation message but the bundle not activity last month i spend more than 1 hour in your store to solve this problem

Has anyone successfully swapped to an eSIM with @VodafoneUK ? Have tried twice (once self-service, once with an agent on web chat) and both times the QR code hasn't come. Day three without mobile service... 😬😬😬

Upgraded phone with @VodafoneUK yesterday. Promised a quick delivery, only to get a text stating the phone is out of stock?! All sell sell sell, but very poor customer service. Not happy.
