@VodafoneUK When can I expect to have working broadband? My activation date was 27 July and I have not had a working landline since midnight on 26 July. What is being done to address the problem?

It took nearly an hour for two @VodafoneUK agents to understand and resolve a simple billing issue. During that conversation they repeatedly challenged me for details and even opened the wrong bill... and I don't even get a transcript of the conversation (the window auto-closed)
