@graceblakeley @VodafoneUK I ususally do feel bad for the workers but I had several phonecalls with the same operator and had to restate my case each time. They couldn't comprehend that I wouldn't pay for a contract I had ended. They were being payed for those 4 hours I was not.

@graceblakeley @VodafoneUK My partner was offered a sim from them with no strings attached, cancelled is she never used it. Now she's locked in for a 2 year contract and they refuse to end the contact, she's never used the card!

@graceblakeley @VodafoneUK I had three months during which my phones IMEI number was blocked so I basically couldn't use it for anything but Wifi, you would expect 3 months worth of refund for 3 months of zero service but no you get a pretty paltry amount back instead

@graceblakeley @VodafoneUK They’re the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Took four months of calls for them to confirm my account was closed and fully paid off, only to be then chased by shady, third-party debt collectors for a sum of £45 that I had written evidence of TWICE paying (no refund of course)

@VodafoneUK You don’t though. A wasted hour talking to your staff proved that. No help whatsoever - just ‘noted’ the problem on my account. Are you not looking at the tweets confirming it’s not an isolated case. So many people without data.

So @VodafoneUK Broadband down again. 3 days last week 24 hours and counting now. Randomly asking questions until the service comes back on at some point doesn't qualify as customer service.

@VodafoneUK is your broadband network down again? Ironic that I just received a test claiming that your network is the most stable!

Can confirm that @VodafoneUK are even worse network providers than they are employers.

@sesserella @VodafoneUK Same here. Shambles of a company. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Not so much as an apology let alone compensation. Shall be switching providers asap.
