@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK - you tell a customer that they have 14 days to cancel a contract: when I call to cancel, I get bounced around for two hours, till I give up. This might be your strategy, but you are going to lose a long standing customer. @Ofcom please investigate this practice.

@VodafoneUK It has now been 60 days with no service or signal on my contract. I want someone to call me tomorrow morning or evening (I am out in the afternoon & don’t receive service obviously without WiFi!) I have given birth to a newborn in this time & I NEED my phone to work!

@VodafoneUK Hi. My home broadband has been down since 1.15pm today. I'm a key workers and have to have an internet connection to enable me to work at home. Vodaphine say it's A BT Outreach problem, but it's been hours. Can you let me know how long it will be out as I need
