@VodafoneUK I can see responses to other people's questions but mine is being ignored. Your online support runs until 10pm? That's crazy, people need broadband 24/7. I have work to do!

@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

This is not a mistake as such minutes & sms are now unlimited plus the data allowance has been upgraded to 50GB from 20GB every 30 days. Thank you @VodafoneUK for your time and help with this confusion.

@VodafoneUK Been a week now, waiting for broadband to be connected. No communication from yourselves, and each day I use up my phone data to exchange messages with someone who tells me it'll be tomorrow. And it isn't. When there is a delay, you should inform your customer.

@VodafoneUK Well this is very disappointing then because so far @OpenreachHelp are absolute garbage. And @SkyHelpTeam don’t seem to want to hold them accountable. They think is acceptable to only get an update ONCE every 24hrs. May have to invest in a #leasedline

@VodafoneUK - this is the worst mobile provider I have EVER encountered! I have run out of data every month for 13 months despite paying upwards of £140 a month! Some technical issue that cannot be resolved. I‘ve tried to email them to send a request (but they don’t have).
