@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK I’ve tried all day to get through to your call centre and am continually cut off. I want cancel my extra data. FCA’s Treating Customers Fairly outcome number 6 says firms cannot put unreasonable barriers in post-sale. Not answering the phone is unreasonable.

Aggh @VodafoneUK my phone is doing that thing where get slow internet on device using hotspot 😡 It's just random, no fixed time, weather or anything. It's either the phone or you, I don't have another 4g device to test if it is the phone.

@CalEuanHopkins @VodafoneUK I have made multiple reports to the support team about my account being banned and nothing came out of it till i got to know about Multitask_Support on Instagram through a friend. I decided to give it a try and everything came out positive, I’m sure he’ll be of help to you
