@AiryDaniel @PreciousGNSD @VodafoneUK I DM'd Vodafone UK and they didn't see a problem but it came back soon / couple of hours. Was 2 yrs ago.. I reckon it was the router updating and rebooting itself.. or a router on the other side doing the same..

@VodafoneUK For 2 years now, every time it’s windy outside I lose my broadband connection, and it’s windy a lot here in the NW. There is an issue with my line from the telegraph pole to my flat. Can you please just replace it?

@VodafoneUK so ordered 2 sim cards from you last week at the same time. 1 showed up on friday, switchover day from old network is tomorrow, just a bit concerned as surely they should have arrived together? Do you have any tracking info??? #Vodafone #royalmail #delivery
