    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @OPPOMobileUK @VodafoneUK That is very kind of you, sadly Vodafone weren't interested in being helpful...instead they put the price up on what I had previously purchased, which I notice has come down again after the gift pack has now gone, me thinks this was capitalising on your offer given its popularity

    Just an update to confirm @VodafoneUK have still done absolutely zero to connect me to broadband. I’ve had some bad customer experiences in my time but I honestly do not recall anything close to being as bad as this. Never use #vodafone , think twice, don’t trust their platitudes

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK have been facing issues with the pop-up/flash messages such as "you have exhausted your internet pack" despite having activated Full DND. Whenever these sorts of messages arrive, the Internet on my phone switches to 2G (E) from 4G/4G+ automatically,
