Thanks @VodafoneUK for reminding my why I should never use ISP-supplied kit. Your router simply does not work, and no amount of wasting my time with repeated factory-resets it is going to change that. Its going in the bin.

@VodafoneUK hi I have a galaxy s21fe 5g but it never connects to 5g networks even when I'm in the coverage areas. My plan includes 5g. Someone mentioned you may have to activate it for me????

@VodafoneUK 1/3 You seem to be having some major server issues today! I was speaking to an agent online after taking 30 minutes to log in to my account. Then the chat disappeared but the messages are still pinging in the background!
