@VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

@VodafoneUK Thanks—just had extremely frustarting live chat with 2 agents who tell me completely different and opposite info. I want to cancel and agree the ETF and then take a new sim only deal. One says I can other says I cant!! Last one even said could not keep same number—awful service

@VodafoneUK Hi, thx for reply, I’m actually an @EE Cust; I have spoken with them. The Cust-service said nothing can be done; but I learnt about how customers are charged when they, in good faith call the 0843 #’s back. Apparently there are ‘teams’ that potentially look into scam calls 1/2

@VodafoneUK Takes about an hour to get through to "Customer servces" via phone. The only way to get some sense (albeit useless) is via Twitter!

Contacted @VodafoneUK and been fobbed off after over 100 calls to get fixed, customer service appalling and many calls ended without warning, apparently a 3 month old phone that has a crack along the fold is considered "physical damage"

@OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK totally useless service from both of you. I will not be using your service, nor recommending. I took a days annual leave, your engineer didn't show up & your solution is for me to take another days leave! Really poor service from both of you.

Cheers @VodafoneUK. 20th January you were supposed to activate my broadband. Still waiting. And because it takes too long to cancel and go with someone else I'm stuck with you! Oh, and isolating with Covid and can't work from home.
