@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@VodafoneUK There is not much point in asking me to DM if you don't respond. I actually told you about this issue in July 2020 - that you were sending me emails. You told me it was spam and it could be deleted. Clearly that wasn't true as you instructed a debt collector to start emailing me.

@VodafoneUK I complained about my broadband speeds dropping in the evenings to under 4mbps in December. I’ve submitted screen shots at request 3 times. Only get called by call centre in another country, no fix just get told it’s my fault. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.😡
