@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK You told me toDM you for refund on/after 15/6 for refund for horrible charges for premium rate number to call Tui. I hv done so three times now and hv had no reply at all!! Have you vanished? Replied to original email thread with you offering me refund. Help!
