@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

Mad that I have an unlimited data package from @VodafoneUK and they’ve just told me I’ve used 80% of my ‘fair use’ data. Mate, I pay over £50 a month to not have this issue while working.

How many more times are there going to be network problems in The BS14 Area @VodafoneUK 🤬🤬 network signal in the area has been poor for months. About time you gave customers rebates ! Not good enough.

@VodafoneUK so after calling at 10am this morning na d being told that I would have service in two hours (12pm) today still nothing! You are all gonna have to do better than a goodwill gesture of money off my next bill if you wanna keep me after I pay my contract for my phone!!

The way that @VodafoneUK is handling my situation is actually making me feel like a prisoner - I’ve paid for it all and I expect to be connected when I pay for stuff - it’s totally unacceptable and not good for your Buisness who prides itself in delivering great service!!!
