@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@VodafoneUK broadband down for almost an hour in Heacham, Norfolk. Your broadband tool isn't working either, there's only a chat not that osn sending me to the broken broadband tool! Give me a phone number to speak to someone! #Vodafonedown

@VodafoneUK BB guarantee is a total #scam. 3 boosters and 20 phone calls and many fixes later. We still have 3 dead rooms and multiple devices unable to run. Vodafone refuse to admit there is an issue. I’ve now had to pay a huge cancellation fee to get BB elsewhere! #vodafail

@VodafoneUK Re complaint 27991478 - Story gets better 1/ Mohamed (Senior Complaints) calls me (in the evening) - he still doesn't believe my story, Vodafone aren't issuing a refund I forward him emails from Frankie (VF sales) and my replies saying "I did not order this. Come pick it up"

@VodafoneUK you've finally arranged an engineer to call tomorrow, but you have sent one message that says the engineer will call AM and another saying PM. This is the second time you have messed this up. Consistently terrible service. Please see previous DMs and confirm time.

@VodafoneUK 2/ Immediately Mohamed agrees to take the phone back and issue a refund. ?? It turns out he never bothered to read the emails between me and Vodafone sales! - hardly a proper investigation of the issue.
