@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

Hey @bt_uk. I pay you a fortune for full fibre. You muck up billing, don't fix your deal costs & I'm still getting regular "your connection is unstable" messages. Why? No such issue with sister company @plusnethelp (sadly don't do fttp).Should have stuck wth @VodafoneUK mobile BB

Just been told by @VodafoneUK that Open Reach is fixing our internet issue and should be sorted by the 7th at the latest? So that's over a week with no internet that I need for work? I'm sorry but that's really not good enough at all.
