    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @VodafoneUK not impressed. Upgraded last Wednesday. Still awaitingfor phone to be delivered as didn't have any in store. Paid an upfront cost plus delivery charge. And I keep getting are emails telling me I have to keep waiting. 20+yr customer, very pissed off!

    I love how @VodafoneUK have ran a fraudulent credit check with my name, by using a postcode of a £12 million house, affected my credit score, told me I have to confirm my identity even though it’s their fault and now refusing to help as their dedicated team has finished. 1/2

    @VodafoneUK Hi - I had perfect signal on 4G and 5G in my area ( Wroughton ) which is why I decided to go for a Gigacube…last few days on signal checker says maintenance, but 5G signal gone all together !! I work from home I need service restored asap please!!

    @VodafoneUK Worst start to my relationship with a Company ever. Broadband engineer doesn't bother turning up. An hour on hold to get connected to speak to someone after live chat cut me off twice. Told it would be chased and responded to by last night or today - nada. Frustrated!

    Fairly unimpressed with @VodafoneUK customer service. Firstly it took well over 20mins to get through their god awful automated answer machine. I needed to return a Google pixel 6a that a bought in a back Friday offer. They would not send out a replacement. And would only refund

    @VodafoneUK @VOXI_UK how long does it take for voxi signal to appear I currently don't have signal because I'm new to the network from today Iv got a plan active I spent £10 to activate it an I've no signal an I can get into my voxi account
