    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK I can see responses to other people's questions but mine is being ignored. Your online support runs until 10pm? That's crazy, people need broadband 24/7. I have work to do!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Adam, but I’m still listening to the on-hold music. But simply because it is impossible to get to a customer agent through 191 menu options… this is the only way I figured someone would actually answer the phone.

    @VodafoneUK hello Hello. You have a serious issue in WD3. I have had someone from CS try to help me as I the last 2 days being a wfh CS agent for my company but over half the time I can't have a full conversation with my Customers.
