    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @VodafoneUK why is your broadband so bad and useless? I’m meant to get over 40mbs. I’m lucky to get 20. Always dropping out or slowing down. I pay for a service and you never give it me. But, you’re happy to take my money. #Useless #Scam

    Hi @VodafoneUK. My 4G does not seem to be working. I’m assuming that it’s because I have come to the end of my contract and it’s time to upgrade. But it looks like in my plan I still have one month of my current contract left? Can you fix it or it is time to upgrade?

    As much as @ThreeUK are unreliable, they still have far better customer service than the incompetent @VodafoneUK
