@OpenreachHelp having continued problems with our internet. Please help. Recently moved to @VodafoneUK home BB & no internet. 😟 Suspect possible external line/box issue rather than internal. Thank you.

@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@gnomeicide @skytv @VodafoneUK Medically vulnerable customer shielding without a properly functioning landline for 10 days. Vodafone keep promising to fix it next day. Customer service is just a firewall for a under resourced service. Kind words no actions.

On an hour call (so far) with @VodafoneUK trying to sort out an order that has gone wrong. However, talking to the nicest guy ever who is exceptionally helpful. So good job on the staff, bad job on getting orders wrong.

@VodafoneUK I don’t actually have a specific postcode as it was around the town centre of Newtownards, I’m now in dundonald outside Belfast and my speeds are now 100 mbps, seems your issue is specific to Newtownards your masts must have very poor traffic capacity in Newtownards

@tigistAA @VodafoneUK .@VodafoneUK you are blocking users who tagged you about how bad it is to do do business with a genocider. This indicates that you understand the gravity of your business dealings. You might as well need to reassess your actions and its consequences.

@VodafoneUK shocking service from my now daily call to your support following yet another broadband drop out... only the 5 in the last hour. 60 some days average of 15/20 most days. “Just call back if still happening tomorrow” standard response. Do I need to contact @Ofcom ?
