    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK The level of information about this outage is digraceful. Firstly your system tells me there is nothing wrong - then I’m on hold for 2 hours then get cut off. Can’t speak to anyone & your Chatbot has gone AWOL without warning. You need to tell customers what is going on ASAP!!!

    @VodafoneUK So after profits in 21/22 of 5.6 billion what are Vodafone going to do for their customers who have lost money due to their service failing them? I’m pretty sure an automated response and a nice hand wave will be just about it. Still down in ML area and phones and Tobi are out

    @VodafoneUK We really need you and your team to get it together. You're 'investigating'...you're an ISP. This isn't happening on other networks. Your problem: fix it. Failing that, be honest and upfront with paying customers.
