    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @VodafoneUK Seriously? Send a DM? @VodafoneUK told us NOT TO cancel on day 12 of the cooling off period so they could rush engineers to fix the problem within the 14 days. They didn't fix the problem. Now you want to CHARGE US for your inadequacies? Your bots can't fix this. We did DM.

    @EveryCountry @VodafoneUK @bt_uk Had a day off for virgin media once, they for some reason couldn't turn it on. The next day rang me saying they need to come in. I told them I wasn't having anymore time off and they can switch it on from outside. They come up with some nonsense,So I said cancel it.They sorted it

    @VodafoneUK ordered fibre broadband and had it installed last Friday. 5 days later still no active broadband and been escalated to 2nd tier support. Msg today to say being charged on 17th? Don’t think it’s fair to charge for a service I’m not receiving? #CustomerService #poor
