@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@VodafoneUK Just waited 25 minutes to notify you I'm moving home and canceling my broadband. Your advisor said your system was down and has been so all week and was unable to help. I asked for a call back and he hung up (how rude!). How can I cancel my broadband please?

@VodafoneUK You have scammed a lot of money from elderly & vulnerable people by cancelling the accounts of PAYG phones if they have not been used regularly. You then keep any credit on the accounts rather than refund. How do you sleep at night? Poorest customer service in the UK.
