    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

TBH, CS staff were always great within their scope but if anything non-standard arises the processes can't accomodate & the company DGAF cos they make enough not to

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Read your whole thread. Disgusting how Vodafone treated you when you are power of attorney. I am so glad I have not been in this situation and I personally will never be with Vodafone or reccomend when people are treated like this.

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot The same happened to my wife when her Aunt passed away. This was with Vodafone Czech Republic, so it's not just a @VodafoneUK problem, seems to be international corporate policy. Took months to sort and they also had bailiffs chasing a dead person.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @chrischirp @VodafoneUK Yep that's Vodafone. Lesson is cut the conversation early, formal complaint, then Ombudsman. On mine they couldn't even find the letter they'd signed for.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Sorry for your loss. I went through a similar issue with Vodafone when trying to cancel my own account. I canceled and then they said I hadn't contacted them and tried to get another month's money out of me. The customer service was atrocious. I'll never use them again. Ever.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK They are absolutely the worst, my daughter has her Internet through Vodafone, sadly she had to move out of her house at short notice and after being on hold for nearly an hour she was informed the early termination fee is £110. When her contract is up she'll go elsewhere.
