@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@MrMikeStanton @VodafoneUK They have access to all the details on your phone I stupidly clicked the link because I was expecting a parcel and they managed to shop on wayfair for £20 and nearly ordered dominos before I got an alert from my bank that’s when I had to cancel my card and everything

@VodafoneUK Your colleague Mark is looking into this as we speak. Apparently, as there’s no record of a 4G service not being available, you won’t cough up any dough despite the appalling speeds being provided.

I talk to the customer service and they mentioned that the updates require 3 to 5 work days and Vodafone willcompainsate me with 12 gigabytes only(app. 1/6 of my remaining quita) which is not match with my consumption and no other soultion is available @VodafoneUK @VodafoneEgypt
