    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @kenzie_foulkes @VodafoneUK I don't think it's a case of training. It's pure ignorance. Just bullying people out of money. You can't speak to customer services unless you pay the so-called 'debt'. You just get diverted to the automated payment line Anyone would think I owe thousands.

    @VodafoneUK That’s all well and good. But you say the coverage is great, it’s not, then the issue is reported but no expected date for it to be sorted by? Vodafone have been great until now.

    @MLMshyster @VodafoneUK Hey, I am going through the same rubbish too. Just been told via DM my contract is £24.50 a month. It isn’t, my contract is £15,50 It seems they do this to many people. Steal our money and refuse to help

    @Ashrg4 @VodafoneUK I am having the same issue and keep being told my contract is a different amount each month via DM. Strange as a contract is a defined amount of money for a set period Been overcharged last 5 months too
