    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @TDBuckles84 @VodafoneUK I think most of mine to start off with was router related. It was just rubbish. But even when I put my own Nighthawk router on as soon as I reached about 12 devices it’d just disconnect. I have FTTH now and around 50+ devices connected and no issues at all.

    So on hold now with no comment back from @VodafoneUK complaints for almost 1 hour - call so far including wait time 1.5 hours - & that’s on top of 2 hours + this morning, everyone promising to fix the problem & up until this point dumping me onto someone else 🤬. C’mon - step up.

    @VodafoneUK Dear team, I was convinced by one of your service representatives in one of your stores to get a contract for iPhone 13 pro max and discount would be given to me. I agreed and we did the maths I accepted to go for it. I moved my number from EE to Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is disgusting. Two of your customer care team today have point blank refused to put me through to a supervisor or manager. Refused to sort my issues and I'm having to contact my bank not to collect back my £354 you've taken from me twice.

    @VodafoneUK Will decline, thanks - spent 45 mins on chat with agent then passed to tech who read notes wrong, getting my problem completely wrong. Rather stick needles in my eyes. Need a phone conversation
