    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @VodafoneUK once again showing that your service is ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL - sending me a collections letters for an unpaid amount YOU raised in error. The same "debt" I was told had been cleared because you were WRONG. Sort it out!!!!!!😡😡

    @VodafoneUK so are you going to completely ignore the fact your internet has been down since Wednesday? Absolutely pathetic service, especially when you have to work from home. Will be reporting this to ofcom and trading standards.

    @VodafoneUK any update yet?! Still not working!! When will it be resolved? Will you be properly compensating affected customers? Not just the 'your bill will be adjusted accordingly' rubbish? 200 people affected yet the only information given is by fellow fed up customers

    @VodafoneUK regarding the continued outage in the LU7 area which is now ongoing since Wednesday 10th March, surely Vodafone have a contract with Openreach which is now being broken, due to the lack of shared information?
