@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

Why is @VodafoneUK the only company that cannot seem to text this Vodafone customer unless it is to say they want more money? No PAC code arrived by SMS in 24 hours. No code to set up a MyVodafone account to see if I can find it there. Partly why I'm happy I am leaving.

Huge thanks to Charlotte @VodafoneUK support After much struggling with call centre and DMs stepped in and resolved the issue with pre-paid SIM card which had unusual (low) usage patterns which others could not understand. Issue resolved and 88yr old mothers email working again

My internet went down totally @VodafoneUK and I call the broadband technical team, get given a message that the office is closed and their opening hours are 8AM to 9PM Monday to Sunday and then the line hangs up. It's 8:14PM. What's going on?

@DUCKmagstoke @Dan_Townley @VodafoneUK We moved into a new house. First it was available, then it wasn’t, then they’d send an engineer round to check x 3. Guess what…a year later and I’m still waiting. Outsourcing customer services abroad on the cheap only impacts the customer. With Sky, slower but reliable.

@VodafoneUK called a couple of times to report an Internet outage. No updates and the fault reference number I was given isn't recognised. I've seen another post stating they've been told their Internet will be down until 16th Jan. Is this correct?
