    @VodafoneUK broadband down for almost an hour in Heacham, Norfolk. Your broadband tool isn't working either, there's only a chat not that osn sending me to the broken broadband tool! Give me a phone number to speak to someone! #Vodafonedown

    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK Don't get this company's broadband. It's worst ever and can't contact them when you need help. I am struggling to get broadband but they didn't pick my phone and none of the means work and it's world cup time.

    @VodafoneUK Our street has had daily internet dropouts since 22/10 due to a power issue at the cabinet that is still not resolved by @WeAreOpenreach. You have not got back to me on 2 occasions and I haven't received compensation. Why can't any ISP communicate with @WeAreOpenreach

    @VodafoneUK switched broadband to save some money with all cost of living going up...but by God your speeds are awful wish I never moved from my former ISP. Have a 2 year term too...can't even watch Netflix show without if buffering. It's the only device streaming
