  @TLCMarketingUK @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I won a Vodafone Competition before Christmas and nearly 7 weeks later I have still not received my tech bundle!, struggling to get any response to my emails, very poor level of service.

  I have never had customer service in my life as bad as I am currently receiving from @VodafoneUK I have been promised verbally at least 15 times in the last 6 weeks a call back from customer services plus 2 emails assuring me of a call back. Still no call back!!!!!!!!!!!

  @VodafoneUK Update, Tom fixed what he could. Not a perfect resolution but did what he could and was a top bloke, admitted @VodafoneUK don't have a complaints department, so the complaints line is a fraud. The @VodafoneUK Twitter team are still messaging me saying i'm not real. Joke lol

  Fantastic service from @VodafoneUK selling and promising (part of decision to go for the deal...) an upgrade of new phone to be delivered within 2-3 working days... only problem is, that was 3 weeks ago and still waiting!
