    @VodafoneUK 38th in the queue , got through to someone after 40 mins. Then told after chatting with them for 20 mins they couldnt help and passed me to someone in wrong team who kindly has put me back in a queue and I am 48th. What an absolute joke this process is.

    @VodafoneUK I need some help. I gave notice to Vodafone after approx 10 yrs to join VOXI (essentially Vodafone) and received a PAC code. Since then you have emailed me to cancel my cancellation, charged me another month, the PAC doesn’t work on VOXI and I am missing work calls.

    @VodafoneUK I arranged on 6th June for my broadband with you to cancel on 8th July. I’ve just got an email saying you’re delighted I’m staying with you. I didn’t renew, it says there’s 24hr chat available to help (there isn’t). Please advise as we no longer live there!

    @EE best network for 7 years running?? Have a word, for the 2nd time in a month I’ve had nothing but issues with sorting items on my account. I was told by the first operator I’ve had a EE account for 8 years. @VodafoneUK fancy a new customer?

    @VodafoneUK it’s outrageous you’ve permanently withdrawn #undergroundwifi without telling customers and I can’t cancel because I’m now 4 weeks into a 2 year contract. I hope others take their money to competitors, I certainly wish i could, should have told us!!! #complaining

    Either @VodafoneUK is restricting my hotspot or for past 5 (and continuing) hours have had very poor upload connection 😕 5 mbps and only 1-2mbps on connected devices 😦 normally 20 Mbps on phone and 12 Mbps on device.
