@VodafoneUK I’ve already been to the ombudsman and had it investigated nothing can be done it’s a poor infrastructure according to vodafone I’m cancelling when the contract ends in December

@VodafoneUK This happened last time too @CostaCoffee should be barred from veryme rewards unless it's an offer available for the entire United Kingdom including NI, I'm a paying customer like anyone else I can just take my business elsewhere if they'll discriminate because of location

@VodafoneUK Yes I know why I checked the fine print on your T&C's and I'm telling you now it's discrimination, just because they operate under Costa Ireland doesn't mean you can just exclude any customers from NI to enter, I'm in the UK it's not my problem how Costa operate 😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK hi lots of issues atm with Vodafone it’s been a week and still no box arriving to send my old iPhone back so I’m not charged an early upgrade fee and now my home broadbands been at a crawl for two days with no update either :(

Truste someone in the @VodafoneUK tech team to swap my sims back and I’m still without service 48 hours later. A complete pack of lies that I was given in live chat, after praising them on their survey! Literally fuming! All I want is to be able to use my phone, no more lies!

Thank you @VodafoneUK for the offered compensation of £9.33 for 3 months of no broadband...and sometimes...an unreliable connection! Complaint logged with CISAS... I definitely cannot recommend this provider!!! Incompetent and dishonest staff has done this company a disservice!!
