    If you want to waste two days trying to solve an issue where @VodafoneUK send your new phone to an address you have not lived at since 2013 after saying it was changed but then try to blame you then yeah i recommend going with them 🙄🙄 #useless

    @VodafoneUK I have been on the phone holding for 53 minutes. I have had a false account set up in my credit file. I’ve filled in a fraud form and no one can help me. I am now holding again. I will be contacting @offCom if this doesn’t get resolved. How can this happen?
