    @jbillers @JamesJWYork @VodafoneUK Very frustrating. I “owed” three for a contract that had expired. I kept trying to cancel but couldn’t. Eventually I cancelled the direct debit and changed the phone number they had for me.

    @VodafoneUK Moved the house last October. Have been billed for both properties since then. Reached your customer care to sort the billing issue. Connection in the new address has been deactivated. Left with no internet for a week now. Was told I need to wait for a month to get back internet

    @VodafoneUK halp! Your/CityFibre’s gigafast connection in Cambridge has been ridiculously flaky for the past ~24h or so. From chatting to others it’s clear this isn’t just a ‘me’ problem, but an area-wide issue that affects a LOT of people. 1/🧵

    @VodafoneUK Not so reliable at supporting customers with their bills. I was paying £47 a month and my signal was similar in strength to 1886. Had no choice to cancel because I wasn't getting what I was paying for and now you've sold my debt to Lowell! Disgusting phone company

    @helium @VodafoneUK I work in the water sector and I always seen this project as innovative. We already have a pilot in telemetry project with Lora. But if an entity that intends to use this network is completely deceived, there are no antennas in these places, it's just gaming and spoofing.

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK Are you having intermitent network issues on "Gigafast 900 Fibre" in Cambridge? Do you have any customer service who can chekc where there aren't 42 people in the queue? Or a status page which shows a status?
