@VodafoneUK Thanks - it would still be good to perhaps change your practice so that they are not so persistent. A call here and there I can understand but they ought to get the message when someone doesn't pick up... leaving a voicemail would help too.

@VodafoneUK It's clearly a large outage, so why not do what what everyone is expecting and just provide an update for everyone? Instead Vodafone's acting as if tens of people are all simultaneously have issues and it's a coincidence.

@VodafoneUK The paiement is as it should be, no problem with it. But when you CANT use your phone then it becomes a problem. Now the customer relations asked me to wait 21 days for a solution...but still pay a phone obviously that I can’t use. A NIGHTMARE

Would not recommend @VodafoneUK to anyone. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. £50 a month for WiFi that doesn’t work and no one wants to help, I just keep getting told to ring back another day. Making working from impossible?!

@NDofTHMI @VodafoneUK can be programmed to do this, but not all. If you’re using a router to do this (as a ‘bridge’) you need to make sure its DHCP server is switched off or it will cause network problems as each router competes to be boss.

@VodafoneUK My momma has been wonderful. After being furloughed from work, she's allowed me to move back home, supported me, come out of retirement to work on the test and trace service, and generally been an all round good egg. She's also been driving me back and forth to my volunteering

@VodafoneUK My partner @dearnidley12. I was very ill and he looked after me and the children throughout lockdown - did all the cleaning, cooking, shopping and he never ever moaned about it

@VodafoneUK My partner, Kiran. We started lockdown basically retired then we got the awful news that his dad had been diagnosed with lung cancer. He quit his job, I put my training on pause&we both relocated half way across the country. Sadly his dad passed, he’s been my rock through it all.
