So if I’d switched to another network from @VodafoneUK I’d have no loss of service (dual sim) . Our new contract and double back via Payg. But just an upgrade . Easy right? yay let @Mobilescouk cut you off. Utterly stupid

Also, @VodafoneUK 's staff is working from home, so the connection trying to speak to someone is extremely frustrating as well... Very poor customer experience this whole thing. 🤯🤬

This is pretty awful since a. This is an upgrade to existing contract and b) we have esim these days. Quite astounded how awful this @VodafoneUK @Mobilescouk upgrade process is. Yay no service for up to two days. Win ... not! #fail
