@VodafoneUK Aaaaaand still no broadband! Change of tack yesterday the elusive uncontactable team determined it was City Fibre’s issue! Oh no it wasn’t!! Back to the cycle of the uncontactable team dealing with it and another 3 day wait for them maybe to contact us! Appalling!!!

@SaffasRugby @VodafoneUK I got back from SA on Sat. No service on my phone. It has taken 3 days and hours of calls and no resolution. 5-10 days they tell me. Useless with a capital F.

@MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK Unbelievable poor service from Vodafone after switching BB to Sky. I need voda to specify early termination fee not ' one off charge ' on my final bill £95 so I can claim a refund from Sky. Spent over 1 hour on phone yesterday and got nowhere.
