@VodafoneUK I am totally, totally fed-up of chasing this up. I am the customer, you are the provider? You are not providing! Why arrange for my Sky services to be cancelled knowing you could not connect on 17th leaving me with nothing! I could have stayed with Sky an extra month,then change.
