  @Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Good luck. I had the worst customer service ever from Vodafone. Great at selling you anything but when it goes wrong 😡😩. Nightmare. So rude and awful. Never again.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the EXACT same issue with Virgin, I had to literally refuse to get off the phone when I got through for 4 hours and basically said I'd hang up when they actually helped me. Absolutely useless customer service

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Condolences to you. They were awful when we cancelled mum's too, kept insisting they couldn't cancel without her approval but she didnt have capacity. When she died we found Severn Trent were the best overall, they didn't charge for her last few weeks, or while we were selling

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My sincere sympathies for your loss and the unnecessary problems. When my Mum passed, everyone, BT, Sky, OVO, were brilliant, compassionate and there to minimise the hassle. Luckily she wasn’t a Virgin customer. Shame on them.

  Everyday since Friday I’ve been contacting @VodafoneUK to swap an e sim from one device to another and each time get fed lies because they basically can’t be bothered to help I’ve never had problems with any company like I do Vodafone

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I'm sorry for your loss. I've had to go through this ghastly business three times now. The worst I had was my FiL's energy supplier, Shell. They knocked on my door a few weeks ago and I told them I'd rather sit in the dark than ever use them again.

  Hi @VodafoneUK I have fraudulent payments for Vodafone pending on my account. My bank advised me to speak to you. None of your phone lines or chats allow non customers to get past the robots. Please can you advise how I can speak to someone to cancel the payments.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They insisted I sent all the equipment back immediately, just what you need to be doing when you have a matter of weeks left with your dad who lives a 200 mile round trip away. I will never darken their doors again!

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virgin Media are unambiguously the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They had the recent ruling against them for a reason. Profit over Compassion every single time…
