No phone 4 up to 10 days 4 a software issue on a flagship phone I bought 1 month ago & u don’t offer a replacement 4 the time being, a compensation 4 my time without my phone or a new one ‘cause u can’t promise it won’t happen again? What an actual joke! #appalling @vodafoneuk

@VodafoneUK you should be ashamed of yourselves. A loyal customer and been off service for 6 days. Understand I live in the storm area. But you can’t tell the community when we can expect to be back on service. A communication company who don’t communicate. Come on!

@VodafoneUK how do I speak to someone regarding a complaint. Phone lines just say there’s no one to take call. I was still getting charged for an account I closed then I cancelled the DD and no one would get back to me. Now it’s on my credit report. Not happy!!

@dannylund889011 @VodafoneUK I’m learning that. Cancelled a contract with them last year as it was mis sold after 6 hours. 6 months later got letter from bailiffs for unpaid bill took them 3 weeks to cancel it at their end. Now been over charged can’t get hold of them

@VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

@VodafoneUK This is pure scum: Donate your old phone worth £100s Vodafone will donate a sim worth £0,50. Vodafone claims all the credit spewing about how much they care. The cherry on top? Vodafone will lock these poor people into becoming Vodafone customers once the free data runs out.

@VodafoneUK We were in touch for several hours last night with no positive resolution in sight, unfortunately. Unless you can help us sidestep the relatively useless webchat 'support' and get the Tech 2 team to contact us more quickly than the rather incredible 72 hour time promised...
