@VodafoneUK really don’t care about customer retention and loyalty. Going into my local store and everything is so half arsed all they do is direct me online rather than do their job. Ironically I wanted to upgrade but have decided to leave instead.

@VodafoneUK honestly great advise by there customer service Vodafone, told to disconnect to get a better deal , so I just did that , I went over to o2 we’re they gave me a great deal , thank you Vodafone for the great advise really appreciate it
