@VodafoneUK Wow!! Thought you should know your complaint’s team has just informed me that after I fill in the feedback form giving them a score of 10, 10, 10 it will automatically generate a text message to confirm my £40 credit, have I just been bribed to give them the top score? 🤔

Would not recommend @VodafoneUK to anyone. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. £50 a month for WiFi that doesn’t work and no one wants to help, I just keep getting told to ring back another day. Making working from home impossible?!

@VodafoneUK Hi, I have a Sure Signal which normally works well but I’ve had problems since Monday. Phone keeps sporadically losing signal despite all Sure Signal lights being on. Then it suddenly has full signal again. I’ve reset SS several times but no joy. Can you help please?

@VodafoneUK to AVOID when you become international. Worldwide telecommunication company who use TEXT MESSAGE to inform customer about new policy who impacted directly customers. No emails, no phone calls, no way to find a solution with customer relations.

@VodafoneUK If your thinking of taking up the great offers on Vodafone broadband, think again.. 7 days since installation, over 8 hours on phone, no connection, no sign of connection, every call ends in wait 72 hours for them to try to resolve. Appalling service ☹
