    @Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Good luck. I had the worst customer service ever from Vodafone. Great at selling you anything but when it goes wrong 😡😩. Nightmare. So rude and awful. Never again.

    @Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Ugh!!!!! This brings back horrendous nightmares. I was exactly the same. Rudeness, promises of returned calls which never happened .... horrid company. Never again 😡😡😡

    @vodafoneuknews @VodafoneUK Switch off 3G? 5G is non existent in my area and seemingly never will be. 4G is sloooowwww. Best connection for phone calls 3G or below Managed to use 5G once in Newcastle since starting a 5G contract. You cater for major cities better than other areas.

    @TheWhiteLion246 @VodafoneUK Can’t remember the last time I saw 3G on my phone tbh. Vodafone’s own press release states that only 4% of data now use’s 3G. Still there are some out there with handsets that don’t support 4G calling (VoLTE) so this could well impact them negatively.

    @CyranodEcosse Agreed been with @VodafoneUK for nearly 20 years feel like a prisoner not a customer just lip service on twitter ! They don’t listen to their customers

    @VodafoneUK losing the will to live with your customer service. I have 5 Unlimited Max Plans so you get a lot of custom from me. Can someone advise if there is a cost involved telephoning a LANDLINE in Turkey from my UK mobile (Unlimited Max Plan)?

    @masato_jones @VodafoneUK Frustrating, I've had very few issues with Vodafone, tbf (though they really need to improve inter department comms, but that doesn't mean you haven't, and I've been at the receiving end of similar treatment from other companies, so know exactly what you mean.

    @VodafoneUK 2/2 even when my equipment has been returned I must sign up for a new contract but apparently I cannot receive the same service as I did not 30 days ago at my address so I've had to change my provider and made a complaint no Internet and a works days pay lost etc

    @TLDRNewsUK This is worrying for people like me who live in a rural area. The only internet I can get is a @VodafoneUK signal. I can't even get ADSL. Are there plans to boost my signal to 4G in time?

    @VodafoneUK Their solution was to change my plan to 60/month1/3 The new 60/month plan will have a 24-month contract as well. Technical team had confirmed that the issue will still be ongoing till Feb, and the only solution is to get a better antenna for the router.2/3 😡😡
