@VodafoneUK Hello, I tried to use Vodafone's online "A.I."(not really) support chatbot to find out the charge for calling 121 voice mail. I'm a "big bundle" user. The chatbot responded only with irrelevant pre-stored text strings. Can my query be answered here on twitter pls?

@VodafoneUK It’s no waiting to talk to someone! It’s the fact you are useless! Had no internet for a month. Told I would have 2 month free bills as “good will” only to still take the month. Called up. Told so sorry! Let’s fix that! Added a £80 credit to my account and then still take £60
