    3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

    @Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Ugh!!!!! This brings back horrendous nightmares. I was exactly the same. Rudeness, promises of returned calls which never happened .... horrid company. Never again 😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK Been trying to contact you for a couple of weeks now, can someone please get back to me. Recently took a phone contract out and the signal is awful! Takes 20 minutes for text messages to go through even know it’s a brand new iPhone

    @VodafoneUK we live in an area that needs sure signals to get a mobile phone signal. We’re worried as your switching them off. Every time we try using Wi-Fi calls nothing works. Do we need to change to another provider??

    @VodafoneUK and to top it off, the engineer that was due to arrive at my property to fix my line wasn't even in the right county!!! Right telephone number, wrong address!!! BREACH OF THE DATA PROTECTION ACT!

    @VodafoneUK are the worst company by far ! Constantly ringing me to “upgrade” (pay more money) and now they’ve decided sure I’ll just bump up his phone bill for a third year in a row ??? Tramps !!
