@VodafoneUK thanks for texting me saying I had unlimited texts and minutes plus 50mb of data then taking my credit anyway. Live chat not working and could barely hear advisor on phone. You'll return the credit you stole if I pay 3x as much back next month? Jee thanks.

@kathrynstimpson @VodafoneUK @primevideouk Kathryn I wasn't about 30 lunch breaks as it took them over a year to sort my problem which they were at fault for, did I get anything in return for the 30 hours of phone calls?? Nope not a thing!!

@nigelpoulton I’ve used @VodafoneUK 5G gigs cube but there are latency issues with initially connecting to websites. I would not recommend. @StarlinkPage are accepting orders in the UK

Nothing gets me more angry than a lack of manners, rudeness and at the moment the awful customer service I'm getting from @VodafoneUK I've been let down on two promised call backs and now the want me to go through the same rigmarole to get in touch.
