    @Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Good luck. I had the worst customer service ever from Vodafone. Great at selling you anything but when it goes wrong 😡😩. Nightmare. So rude and awful. Never again.

    @Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Ugh!!!!! This brings back horrendous nightmares. I was exactly the same. Rudeness, promises of returned calls which never happened .... horrid company. Never again 😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK Tried your dedicated upgrade teams yesterday kept getting passed from one team to another and after 1hr 40mins gave up. I have been with vodaphone since mobile phones started, not good customer service.

    @manairport @VodafoneUK Manchester Airport, you are a modern airport, but your Wi-Fi and 4g capabilities are appalling esp T2. I regularly come through as a business traveller and you don’t allow people to work due to the poor experience. Will try John Lennon instead !!

    @VodafoneUK Spent hours trying to work out what to upgrade to and work it all out. Feel very neglected as a customer who's been loyal for over 22 years as vodafone no longer values existing customers at all. Even a comparable airtime to sim only deal would have been something..
