    @Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Ugh!!!!! This brings back horrendous nightmares. I was exactly the same. Rudeness, promises of returned calls which never happened .... horrid company. Never again 😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK So, if your network checker says it's OK, then it is? NO, it's not, I have 4 devices (different networks) and they are all failing, how do I get you to check the local cell tower?

    @VodafoneUK You're support is appauling after ending my contract within the 14 Day grace period due to your service being super slow i now i have a credit report for a account that was supposed to be ended 2 months later, supposed to get a call from your team today at 1pm nothing

    @steffmogs @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Got an email from CEOS office this morning. Complaint reference and promise of contact in 24hrs. However still waiting for the call from 3rd line tech team that was due at 10am!!!

    trying to get @VodafoneUK to actually do anything or even get hold of them is a joke. 20 minutes on hold to get hung up on, 4 times in the last week ive rung to say I'm moving.. each time I get told the agent will call me later that day. never happens. Might aswell change.
