@VodafoneUK can I get a number or email address for customer support. New broadband customer but I am unable to access my account. Constant internal server errors for 3 days. Your chat bot is completely useless for this and an actual human seems impossible to get on your site.

@VodafoneUK Broadband is terrible. Can't watch anything on my smart TV without it constantly stopping or disconnecting. TV has strong signal & I never had any issues with my previous provider. I would not recommend to anybody whatsoever. #vodafonebroadband

@VodafoneUK Website says can't get broadband to my address. All other addresses on the street can. I have fibre broadband with bt installed by Openreach 12 months ago. No issues with slots available. Sounds like a case of "computer says no"
