    @VodafoneUK Right, but what does that actually mean? Will it be up before midnight? Will it be working tomorrow morning? How long is everyone in east anglia supposed to carry on paying for a service that doesn't work? Saying it's being worked on is barely better than saying nothing at all.

    @VodafoneUK That funny because I just got off the phone after waiting for 2hours and one of you customer service team said 24-48hours. Seem funny how Vodafone problems always seem to occur on the weekends. I’m sick of this rubbish service. I shall be changing provider in the new year.

    If @EE, @VodafoneUK and @O2 want to improve the new customer experience. Bring back switching mid-contract because nobody can move anywhere until they pay their huge device plans
