    @Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Good luck. I had the worst customer service ever from Vodafone. Great at selling you anything but when it goes wrong 😡😩. Nightmare. So rude and awful. Never again.

    @Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Ugh!!!!! This brings back horrendous nightmares. I was exactly the same. Rudeness, promises of returned calls which never happened .... horrid company. Never again 😡😡😡

    3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

    When I made my complaint I made it crystal clear that I wanted them to investigate what could have happened. But all I'm being told by @VodafoneUK is sorry u were misinformed. So my suggestion was they listen to phonecall recordings which they say they make of every call.

    @VodafoneUK I've used the service several times. Both TOBI and the line and its a circular service as they both refer to an online page and close the call/page where I cant tell anyone that I want to cancel.

    Just to know @VodafoneUK can treat people like this in the middle of a pandemic let's me know this conpany has no morals. And they will never get a single red cent out of me again.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK 2nd day with no Internet, not being able to work and no response. Can cancel my contract and get set up with another provider in less than the purported 5 days it takes to look into the issue

    @VodafoneUK Is the worst. Last June I opted to leave Vodafone as I was paying an eye watering £40 a month for not very much. So In June 2020 I called an made arrangement to pay off what was owing and move on. In January I'm still being billed £40 a month.

    @jordanjamesr @VodafoneUK They aren’t doing it. Issue is; I had a Voda PAYG temporarily in ‘19. On 6/8/19 I sign 2 year contract. £60/month. Every month I get ‘your £60 bill due’ text.... but also get ‘your £426.19 bill is due’ because unbeknown to me my PAYG tariff is still running too! Not my fault!
