@VodafoneUK Done. BB upgrade. Told equip wld be sent. It wasn’t. Told by Openreach it was working. It wasn’t. Told a sychronisation prob..called & cut off EVERY time. Still not working. Chat: a “line problem” & be fixed by today. Not. Been continually lied to…

@BigSighZ400 @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK Looks ok - builds on Three network, which I haven’t found to be great. No 5G either. A lot of data but Voxi offered uncapped video streaming. I’d probably still stay Voxi wins.

For the last 6 days we've had internet for 3.5 of them ; and no indication from @VodafoneUK of when the service will resume. Appalling customer service.
