(They finally rectified their position after escalation and had to provide the death certificate).. shocking

Prevents financial haemorrhage/fraud 2.Issue first and final letter of dispute with a practical completion time 3.Issue invoices for all time spent at your hourly rate or part there of, plus expenses. 4.30 days to pay or default,then court.

They don’t seem to like deceased parents much either. Processes need to change; bereaved family members shouldn’t need to jump through so many administrative hoops when grieving, the process is broken 🥲

Was told they can't cancel his £7 a month phone contract. I said he won't be paying it any more. They said he will get a ccj. Go for it tesco.

Customer services told a senior gentleman he needed to prove his wife had died to cancel the contract. He was waiting for a death certificate so was told to bring in any documents to prove
