@VodafoneUK @carly_9x Had no signal here in South Wales all day. Vodafone Network status online assures me all is OK. But when I phone: ‘We’re really sorry but due to bad weather we’re experiencing a number of problems with our network.’ Which is it? I can only assume status is telling porkies.

@VodafoneUK My broadband was due to be installed on Friday and despite assurances I’ve heard nothing regarding when the engineer may come. I’ve tried calling/been on your website and can’t get through and have been cut off after an hour holding. Appalling service
