@VodafoneUK I have a problem with my phone; can't make outgoing calls. I've tried calling but 'no one is available to help'. Also tried TOBi, which doesn't work, either. No reply to DM. How do I get this resolved? I presume I'll still be paying for this inactive service.

Sadly my wife was mis-sold a broadband contract from @VodafoneUK but was told, “it’s fine there’s a cooling-off period of 14 days”. Then she spends 2 weeks constantly trying to call them (not available), asking for return calls and trying her best to cancel but it’s impossible.

@MusicMoofie @EE @VodafoneUK Yours is better than mine. I'm only getting 7mb down/3mb up on Virgin/Vodafone on 4G with a ping of 50. My home broadband has a ping of 6. The lower the better!

@VodafoneUK absolutely appalled by the treatment I've received from this company. Customer care??? Non existent.... Back up a warranty? No, you pay for repairs.... Never again will I renew my contract... Disgusted.

@VodafoneUK I helped my dad cancel his order for a vodaphone broadband last week via the help chat on your website as I had troubles logging in, and they said they have cancelled it on their end. I even got the email of our chat, why have I gotten the order today?

@VodafoneUK I tried your bot before tweeting and that was a waste of time as my account is not active until installation complete, which hasn't happened due to a mess up between you, Kelly's & @CityFibre which will now cost me money & may even leave me without a phone/broadband service.
