  @Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Ugh!!!!! This brings back horrendous nightmares. I was exactly the same. Rudeness, promises of returned calls which never happened .... horrid company. Never again 😡😡😡

  @VodafoneUK They are closed. I ve ony just discovered the problem. Last time it took an email to your director to get the problem fixed. It happens every bloody time. I ll wait til Friday then cancel the contract as I'm sick of it now.

  @VodafoneUK What's difficult? I've never even seen this call screen so I'm guessing it's iOS, but it looks like the left is to end the current call and answer the new, the middle is stay with the current call and decline the new and the right is hold the current call and answer the new.

  @VodafoneUK I’ve had such a worst experience placing a new broadband order with Vodafone can’t imagine how you’ll treat the customers once you put us on contract ?

  @VodafoneUK over 20 minutes on the phone so far to get a PAC code so I can move to a different provider after many years of chatbots, long phone queues and totally disinterested store staff (Oldham). Customer of over 20 years, in case you’re interested.

  @VodafoneUK disappointed with customer retention care, been with you 20 years, had my handset since 11th March 21, sound is not working can’t make calls, no customer loyalty just simply nothing you can do as out of warranty - well i will be out of contract and changing providers

  @VodafoneUK Spent ~ 2 hours in an online chat with 4 individuals in 3 different departments all of whom failed to solve the problem and passed me on Customer Services #FAIL Technical Support x2 #FAIL Upgrades #FAIL So you see @VodafoneUK are consistently bad whichever 'method' you try

  @VodafoneUK I started my call at 7.30pm, and was put on hold, listening to the same 3 songs over and over, occasionally interrupted by being told we are really busy, not once did it mention closing at 8pm, so I was still on hold when it was closed according to you!!! Great service.. 🙈
