    @Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Good luck. I had the worst customer service ever from Vodafone. Great at selling you anything but when it goes wrong 😡😩. Nightmare. So rude and awful. Never again.

    @Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Ugh!!!!! This brings back horrendous nightmares. I was exactly the same. Rudeness, promises of returned calls which never happened .... horrid company. Never again 😡😡😡

    3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

    As explained to everyone else it has nothing to do with that. Wonder if I cancel my direct debit how quickly they will resolve the issue @VodafoneUK

    So got the emergency alert on my @SMARTYMobileUK sim but not my @VodafoneUK sim. Shouldn't they be on the same network now???

    @VodafoneUK , I have moved over to you and inserted the new sim card. I supposed to keep my mobile number. I currently no network access . How long does it take for my network access to kick in?

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

    Power cut this morning, internet providers infrastructure damaged, it meant falling back on @VodafoneUK for data services. If I lived in the artic circle, or the Sahara Desert, I’d get it. I live in Surrey. How can you be this apocalyptically bad in 2026? It’s disgraceful.
