3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

OMG @VodafoneUK you're customer support is atrocious! Even for business accounts with a rapid response feature. 9 days without a phone and not a single human to speak to. Even the chatbots have given up! Sort it out!

2/2 @VodafoneUK upon checking your status checker online (I used to work for Vodafone HQ), I should be getting full signal where I am at any time. I already replaced my SIM card last year or so which hasn’t solved my problem either.

@VodafoneUK Ok. I’ll ask the nurses to read the code. Due to Covid we can’t visit the bedside anymore we see patients through a screen so accessing old people’s tech to fix stuff/install apps/top ups is a nightmare. Should be easier. I’m paying and happy to pay & code should come to me.
