    @VodafoneUK NOTHING has been done!! I have been waiting 12 days since I bought a new phone and my old number has not yet been ported. Each time I phone customer service I am told 48 hours, I’ve called to the Vodafone store 3 times and talked to your customer service five times??

    More for @VodafoneUK . Am currently 20 or so mins in to an online chat with your customer services. It is probably the single worst customer service experience I've had (though I've never been a Sky customer, to be fair). The individual agents are fine...

    @VodafoneUK To be fair I’d rather have my eyes plucked out by hungry ravens than go through the charade that is the BOT. Can you confirm there’s a outage in my postcode? And if so, what is the estimated timeframe to have it rectified? If you can’t answer these questions, don’t waste my time.

    It is finally fixed, 9 days without internet or phone has ended. Only taken Vodafone 200+ hours to sort out, so it was their end after all! If Vodafone actually had customer service I feel sure it would be sorted sooner! @VodafoneUK
