@VodafoneUK this is what my brand new Samsung note 20 ultra is like for hotspot...appauling I have fought with you for months to fix this nobody will reduce my bill or is able to fix it. So disappointed in vodafone that I have given up with you...the best bit? I'm an ex employee

@VodafoneUK 6 days of H+ signal in multiple areas of glasgow and support are useless. Sim in another phone, H+, sky mobile in my phone and 4g. Can someone ACTUALLY help???
