Got a nice email from @VodafoneUK's collections agency this morning telling me that I owed money. Of course, they never felt the need to tell me about that during the last six months since I closed my account and stopped using their service.

@VodafoneUK Poor service from Vodafone. I was offered a £75 voucher with my broadband package, due to it being incorrectly advertised Vodafone refuse to compensate for the full amount. Absolutely appalling after being a customer for years.

@VodafoneUK hi, do you have any network issues in Birmingham B1? I have a mobile and a 5G device for broadband and both give great speed tests but the internet is slow, I’ve tried on all my computers and wired/wireless are same, websites take about 7-8 seconds to load
