  @Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Good luck. I had the worst customer service ever from Vodafone. Great at selling you anything but when it goes wrong 😡😩. Nightmare. So rude and awful. Never again.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK The worst company I had to contact when my husband died was Microsoft. He had some software set up to auto renew. Impossible to cancel unless I had access to his emails.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are so out of touch it's unreal. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virgin have a terrible reputation and have just received a massive fine. I need to look at my broadband with them. Can't bear the thought of phoning to cancel.

  When will @VodafoneUK provide a reasonable 4G signal that is stable? Why do we have to put up with speed test that gives a download sped in Kbs and upload of zero? This is happening every single day. This message might not list at time of writing but get put in drafts.

  @VodafoneUK you guys are embarrassing, cant even connect to the internet with 4G, signal drops all the time and when I am connected my speeds are like dial up from a car boot sale. But your more than happy to take my money each month!!!!!!
