    3 different departments to deal with the 2nd time an engineer hasn't turned up to my house. @VodafoneUK today you reached a new level of incompetence and dreadful customer service.

    @Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Good luck. I had the worst customer service ever from Vodafone. Great at selling you anything but when it goes wrong 😡😩. Nightmare. So rude and awful. Never again.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @AhmedShelbaya Unless they can prove at a process level - aka documented customer service policies handling predictable deceased person scenarios with statistics AND prove no emergent revenue upside / profit from mourning relatives - this may be "by design". If so consider #classaction suit?

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Jokers. I hope more people see this & you hemorrhage customers. Your services have been degraded. You raise prices on a dime and do not seem to be reinvesting in upgrading your network. Your customer service has been so outsourced there is almost no linkage to the company

    Plus the router they sent was smashed up in the box. If you are considering using @VodafoneUK ask for some guarantees. Or probably don’t use them. Signing up for a contract is so easy. But then the problems start. #Vodafonedown

    @VodafoneUK I am distressed! I left UK for Egypt on 22nd June. I have never switched on Mobile data since I was at Heathrow. Why has £12 been added to my monthly bill? This is extremely distressing and I will have a further 2 weeks here. Please advise.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @AhmedShelbaya Thank you for this, George. Many high profile figures use Twitter to resolve their issues, few pursue the matter on behalf of ordinary people. Vodafone and other companies have behaved disgustingly for years.

    Contacted @VodafoneUK to cancel my mobile contract and had such a rude customer assistant who also ended the conversation early whilst I still had questions. Unfortunately reiterated a lot I’ve read about their bad customer service in the last day or so. Cya 👋🏻 #Vodafone

    @GeorgeMonbiot I had an account with @VodafoneUK in 2020. It was a nightmare trying to cancel it. After many failed attempts I finally succeeded only to find out today that I have a £5 outstanding bill since then. Trying to pay the £5 is just as painful as canceling was.
