@Minion_Josh_ @VodafoneUK Ugh!!!!! This brings back horrendous nightmares. I was exactly the same. Rudeness, promises of returned calls which never happened .... horrid company. Never again 😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK you guys have the worst possible online chat ever. I've spent 3 hours on online chat to upgrade my plan and whenever I dropped out of the chat, I had to go through all again from the start. You guys need to fix it somehow

@VodafoneUK your customer service was great, until I tried to cancel a contract. Tobi was excellent, he was less of a robot than the human I got through to, who took me round in circles... An hour and a half to cancel a long out of term contract is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK you've restricted my phone with zero notice and I'm without any access. I'm currently using wi fi. This is unacceptable and has left me stranded. I can't speak to anyone because you don't offer that service and I can't chat online as it won't link. Livid.
