    @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs

    @VodafoneUK the frustrating thing is your app says everything is fine which means you'll deny any responsibility even though the service is useless. As said before we pay for 150mb/s download fibre broadband and I'm getting 2.5mb/s. For the second day in a row.

    @worldmeetdani @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Same issue with O2 over an apparent 20 quid bill after I finished my contract but no letters or emails. Said they didn’t have to. Defaulted on 8 months after they gave the “debt” to another company. credit score in the shitter and almost never got a mortgage as a result 🫠
