    @VodafoneUK I have been without a phone line for 8 days - I keep getting told to wait 48 hours for connection - this was a simple account transfer you have messed up and I can't get any sense from your customer service / account transfer team - can someone from Vodafone help ?

    @AhmedShelbaya @VodafoneUK .. and 1 hour after you reset my service after 8 days you have just turned it off again …. And let’s not forget in that time you managed to muck up the bill so badly that one of you stores needed to sort it out .

    @VodafoneUK Reported - over the past week I've gone from full phone signal and full speed 4G to one bar signal and terrible 4G speeds. Everything is buffering. We use mobile data for our home MiFi so if this isn't resolved ASAP I'll be changing provider at the earliest opportunity.
