  @VodafoneUK I am writing to formally complain about Vodafone TR. The customer service agents are extremely rude and they hung up the phone on me. Furthermore, they are charging unfair and unauthorized extra fees on my bill. I cannot find any helpful representative in TR to solve my problem.

  @realmocktheleft @VodafoneUK I ****** Vodafone off 15 years ago, I was working in Perth Australia and forgot to turn data off. Never used it because I bought a local SIM. Got back to Portugal and hit with over 1k bill. Bastards

  The more I investigate mobile network costs before renewing my contract, the more I realise a direct contract with @VodafoneUK is a rip off. I can’t wait to cancel my contract.
