    @VodafoneUK I’m trying to top up my phone using PayPal via the app the same way I have every month for the last 3 years and suddenly my number isn’t a valid one in spite of the fact that it’s there at the top of the home page! Something broken with the app I think.

    @VodafoneUK you cancelled my broadband by accident last week, and despite chatting and calling, you offered no further resolution than "we can reinstate it in 30 days". I emailed your CEO with a formal complaint almost a week ago, and have still had no response.
