@VodafoneUK so my home broadband has been crap for over 2 weeks now and still nothing being done about it.... Having between 100 and 400k up is very crap but your not doing anything about it.... Looks like I'll just have to cancel all the services then.......

@VodafoneUK So basically what your saying is that the #Vodafone network isn’t up to standard. I’m with someone on @O2 and they have no trouble. How can you justify the monthly charge when your network is not up to having users use it.

@VodafoneUK 3 phone calls, 3 broken promises of a call back at a stated time. How can rescheduling a installation be so hard? Still no joy with a 4th promise of a call back tomorrow. Feel like choosing you for fibre broadband was a mistake!
