@VodafoneUK have the worst customer service I've experienced to date. 2 online chats about an incorrect charge on my bill have got me nowhere and a complaint that they acknowledged and said would respond in 5 days has been ignored for 7 days. @vodafoneUK respond please!!

@VodafoneUK Rather than @VodaphoneUK sending the debt collectors in, why not contact your customer to say that their contract is nearly paid up and offer a new sim only deal ? Or do you make more money by just continuing to take full payment ?

@sxa555 @Mobilescouk @VodafoneUK When I've switched to another network before (either direct or contract->payg->back to same network, I've got the sim first, then done the number xfer after & once sure working. Works very well. No real loss of service except little incoming glitches.

@VodafoneUK Hello - spent 45min on the phone to one of your overseas call centres trying to get the call handler to understand my billing problem and in the end she just hangs up. Is there a UK based escalation team I could speak to about my overcharging issue please ?
