@VodafoneUK 8 stops on one single line doesn't really replace coverage for the entire network though does it? Honestly, what's the rationale behind this, when EE, O2 and Three all offer WiFi access? As I said, it's a serious disincentive to Londoners who use Vodafone.

@stephaniecroad @VodafoneUK As long as you are paying for the service it makes no difference to them if you get what you pay for. But most importantly you will get the template responses and you will have to wait for random deadlines which come and go without a solution to your problem.

@VodafoneUK you are the WORST! Told yesterday internet fixed within 4 hours. Called today told another 24 hours. Called to report a 4G mast issue and was first cut off then when called back transferred numerous times until cut off again. Waste of time talking to you!!!!

@VodafoneUK and to add to it, there's an engineer coming out on Tuesday to test and fix the line fault but we still won't a router to be able to see if its fixed properly
