  @VodafoneUK so your useless call centre stating no service in Ipswich area for 3 days now, no idea when it will be sorted yet you want customers to chase you for compensation when sorted? Surely YOU should be contacting affected customers?! When will this issue be sorted exactly?

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

  @VodafoneUK 4 failed contract orders in 4 days, endless broken callback promises, & zero help. As a vulnerable customer, being left with offline home security cameras for a week is a massive safety issue. I need an urgent response to raise an official complaint. DM me.
