    @VodafoneUK after two support calls yesterday and a visit from cityfibre. My fiber and ont was installed. I've had multiple issues even getting to this stage. And was promised time and time again it would be live by midnight. Unfortunately still nothing. Absolute shambles.

    @VodafoneUK Just called your customer complaints. Apparently I can't because I have no access to the account incorrectly set up, which was actually arranged WHILE I WAS IN THE LOCAL STORE last week. Vodafone, you are a joke. We will be closing the 3 numbers that can be closed, immediately.

    @VodafoneUK lovely way you treat your customers. You'll happily add hidden charges to someone's bill and then will actively claim they're 'valid charges' even after someone has provided you with the specific legislation to prove it isn't valid, nor legal. You should be ashamed.

    📶 Credit where it's due to @VodafoneUK. Broadband died yesterday. Spoke to offshore support at 10:27. Ticket raised at 10:35. @WeAreOpenreach engineer landed at 11:00. New entry point and box fitted by 13:30. Service back on at 13:40 🙌

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK that's the issue, they aren't providing a resolution. I've spent in excess of 13 hours of my time over the last 10 days just dealing with this. I should start charging you for my time.

    @mattfgp2 Nah. I contacted support yesterday and they was useless. We now have to wait for an engineer to sort it out and get in contact with us. It’s really poor considering we’ve only been with @VodafoneUK a week.

    @VodafoneUK were fully aware I was disabled and relied on having a fully functioning signal when I decided to give them a chance 11 months ago, and sadly I had the indignity of a nasty fall 3 weeks ago and couldn't ring for help. My health condition varies day to day
