@VodafoneUK Too late, I’m gone!! Over ten hours on the phone and a wait of over a week for something should not have happened and told it will cost me more a month. It’s clear they want my money but not give the service!! 20 years I’ve been with @VodafoneUK one way or another and this!!!

@VodafoneUK your customer service is the worst I have ever come across. 7 hours spent online with operators over several days a replacement sim and you still cannot provide the service you have been paid for.

It feels like @VodafoneUK is trying to scam me. How can so many literate advisors not see something that is obvious and stress the customer? This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I started the complaint a month ago and it is still unresolved.

@VodafoneUK been with Vodafone since 1992! However, just taken a new contract out with a different provider but still using Vodafone network. Just been informed that I can't keep the same number I've had since 1992! How is this possible?

@VodafoneUK One agent even proposed £10 as good gesture. I felt horrible that time. Instead of resolving the issue he/she offered me a meagre £10. I’ve both mobile and broadband with Vodafone but I’m not going to use Vodafone for phone or broadband once the contract ends.
