    @VodafoneUK When fibre broadband goes down here-the 4G Dongle kicks in. The reception is rubbish but at least it keeps a little connection. All good. But it doesnt go back to the fibre once its back and so how do we know when to unplug the dongle & plug it back in for next time?

    Shocking service by @VodafoneUK and @BTSopenreach to connect my Home Broadband. Last week I waited 5 hours, they turned up late and told me they couldn’t carry out the work. Having rescheduled for today, @BTSopenreach haven’t even bothered to turned up.

    @VodafoneUK And yet as soon as I attempt to make a roaming call to an Isle of Man landline or mobile number, the call is disconnected. There are no issues with calling UK based landlines. So back to you to explain ....

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK New fibre line was supposed to go online on 26th and had absolutely nothing but issues since then. Installers have made a mess and customer services seem useless at providing any info. Shocking I am without broadband for over a week now.

    So I will pay the £251, have given notice on wife's account (due upgrade) and will do likewise when each of other phones come up for contract renewal. How incredibly shabby/short sighted of @VodafoneUK to treat customers in such a way! I'd probably have stayed another 20 years!

    Long shot I know, but anyone on @vodafoneuk (UK) and also uses and @AWS VPN - how you getting on with it today? not sure if its a me problem, or a one of them problem, and if it's them - which one (UDP send exception: send: Can't assign requested address )
