@VodafoneUK ‘Now 2 months’ mast issue Wf34 area. 2 Months! Put the price increase on ours bills quick enough. 3G signal and having to use WiFi (not Vodafone) to use internet. Told will be informed when fault mended. What about 2 month discount on our bills. Customer service!

On 28th of March I requested an installation of Vodafone home broadband service for the new location I moved in to. Suddenly the order got cancelled without any notification and not informed me. I tried checking from the morning. No response. Totally frustrated @VodafoneUK

(1/2) Very disappointed with the customer service from @VodafoneUK - cancelled the contract last month for a colleague who passed away in Nov 21, and they continue to charge us stating that their is a notice period. Even the person has passed away...

@VodafoneUK first stop the 9.3% increase for the UK customers for April 2022 and then support the refugees. We pay your wages not the refugees. Support refugees from your profits and not from the 9.3% price increase for UK customers.

@vodafone @vodafoneuk I am planning to install Solar PV with battery system, so I can be independent of the Grid, wish I can install my own Broadband service, so I can ditch all these ISPs.
