    @VodafoneUK WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SORT MY COMPLAINT. 6 mths now. I still don't have Home Broadband. I work from home. I'm relying on a MyFi which is inadequate. I feel the Advocacy Team/Customer relations Team are purposefully ignoring my case now @AhmedShelbaya @OmbudServices

    @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK So 3 customer popped into Vodafone as your store closure notes you can find 3 at Vodafone. Unable to upgrade, cancel or discuss accounts. Confirmed with several stores. This is definitely a breach not everyone wants to speak to cust service on the phone...

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK
