@VodafoneUK Actually despite issues with all the systems and process, the staff in store were very good. I’ve zero idea why there was a whole lot of process for a handset collection when the contract stuff already happened online beyond proving I am me.

Hi @VodafoneUK I’m currently abroad and received a text saying I’ve ran out of data. I’ve only been abroad for 24 hours and never run out of data so I don’t think that’s correct. However I cannot access the Vodafone website (it won’t load) and the same goes for the app, help pls?
