    @VodafoneUK Wow, just Wow! Such poor customer service. Trying to close my deceased mother's account. Everything directed to Tobi - which isn't working. 9 mins on hold and then failed call. Then 20mins on hold to speak to somebody!

    Did @VodafoneUK customer care knows what is the difference between within 30 days and on 30th day , shocking service , one colleague says on 1st Aug all will be done , one college today said I need wait till 2nd midnight then call back 🙏👎
