@VodafoneUK Been on live chat several times, but as i have a poor credit rating although as i said never missed a payment with you i had to buy my s22 straight from samsung as you wouldn't let me upgrade and now you wont let me get a £10 extra line as i failed the credit check in February.

If you are looking for good customer service for contracts then don't pick @VodafoneUK, been with them for 6 years now and the online webchat is so poor. I had an upgrade to S22 Ultra and to be told it was on "back-order",
