    @VodafoneUK WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SORT MY COMPLAINT. 6 mths now. I still don't have Home Broadband. I work from home. I'm relying on a MyFi which is inadequate. I feel the Advocacy Team/Customer relations Team are purposefully ignoring my case now @AhmedShelbaya @OmbudServices

    @VodafoneUK Broadband service has been terrible since I switched constant drop outs resulting in interrupted meetings l. Never had this with last provider

    The more I investigate mobile network costs before renewing my contract, the more I realise a direct contract with @VodafoneUK is a rip off. I can’t wait to cancel my contract.

    @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!

    @VodafoneUK I get daily texts off you to upgrade my phone, I get twice daily emails saying an upgrade is ready. Instead of being desperate to get more money out of me. Sort your service out in the CA7 area!

    @VodafoneUK i’m currently walking through the east midlands from ipswich to manchester and i haven’t had any roaming data or calls on my phone for 3 days now, i’ve activated my new sim after my phone was stolen a few weeks ago but i still don’t have access to maps or essential information that would make this journey way more easier, please help
