    If @VodafoneUK ever offer you the chance to switch to an e-sim, under no circumstances accept. The service and signal is a disgrace

    @VodafoneUK I am writing to formally complain about Vodafone TR. The customer service agents are extremely rude and they hung up the phone on me. Furthermore, they are charging unfair and unauthorized extra fees on my bill. I cannot find any helpful representative in TR to solve my problem.
