It is so so difficult to stay polite to @VodafoneUK when the service is so bad. Same conversation with 5 people for the last 4 or 5 days. Let's hope the new router solves at least one of the issues

@SkyHelpTeam switched to @VodafoneUK broadband and now sky Q box downloads at much slower speeds and buffers when streaming despite 60mbps+ connection. Is there a known issue with vodafone and sky?

Come on @VodafoneUK you're better than this! I've been a customer of yours for over 20 yrs and never known such woeful customer service as I've experienced over the past week.
