@VodafoneUK WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SORT MY COMPLAINT. 6 mths now. I still don't have Home Broadband. I work from home. I'm relying on a MyFi which is inadequate. I feel the Advocacy Team/Customer relations Team are purposefully ignoring my case now @AhmedShelbaya @OmbudServices

Mad that I have an unlimited data package from @VodafoneUK and they’ve just told me I’ve used 80% of my ‘fair use’ data. Mate, I pay over £50 a month to not have this issue while working.

@VodafoneUK I can’t upgrade due to a problem with the system. I have gone through the process several times and I’m sick of doing this only to be bounced around different departments! I have been into the store and the guy said that there is three profiles on my account .

@VodafoneUK They refused to sell as all their pixel 6 stock was for contracts only. Was told by an online adviser that I could go in and pay for it as pay as you go. They still refused and did not bother offering an alternative. Customer service was way off the mark here.
