    @VodafoneUK can you help with a trade in issue I have chased this 3 times since original upgrade in December never recieved trade in pack to post back now my bill has been increased just a long list of complaints with yourselves at the minute since December very poor service

    @VodafoneUK may be the most useless network with the crappiest customer service ever.4 attempts to solve a problem in which you are taking MORE money than you are supposed to and have now unlinked an Iwatch to another phone without my permission & is not what I am paying for 🤬

    @VodafoneUK is it standard practice to completely cut someone off, even though they set up a promise to pay 24 hours prior and the promise date is almost a week away. Bad form if so, especially in a pandemic. Also your automated customer service number is not working for me.

    My @VodafoneUK wifi is shocking. As if this game couldn’t be more frustrating... I can’t get through more than 2 mins without buffering and im having to use my phone data to use WhatsApp etc. It’s like being on dialup. Rebooted this damn router over 10 times in the last week

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgraceful customer service for my parents since June 2020.They were sent a bill and debt collector letter for phones purchased by my brother for his daughters. Parents had already cancelled the contracts-my brother passed away from MND. Still not resolved

    @VodafoneUK Have a guess if anyone called me today. Ombudsman it is. Not wasting my time anymore. U can find that ...FATMELZAHRAA ... and ask her why she is ***************. Or contact JADE TAYLOR from customer relations and ask her why she promises and doesnt deliver
