@VodafoneUK Went into my local store on Saturay to get an upgrade due to my phone being broken since Friday. After agreeing new deal I was told my new phone would be delivered Monday. Go to my emails this morning to discover it's due Tuesday instead. Angry is an understatment.

The @VodafoneUK customer service process is cretinous. Your live chat tells me it can't help, I need to call 191. Whichever option I pick when I call 191 sends me to live chat. See the problem? I have been with you for 20 years I think it's reasonable I speak with someone.

@capotribu @VodafoneUK Incidentally, I despise this annual CPI+% increase malarkey. BT do it too. It's a scam. Went to Zen for internet recently because they're still a decent company. Big companies take us all for a ride and deliver terrible service. See BA for literal representation of that.
