  Yet again @VodafoneUK another 2hr call and promised a manager call back, nothing again. Now on the phone again to you. What is the problem here ? Is it employing foreigners that barely speak English 🤔 Or are you just so incompetent that nobody has a clue 🤔

  @VodafoneUK Hi, I’m abroad and I deleted my eSIM. I requested a SIM swap but the QR code is not working. I also cannot receive SMS verification codes because my number is inactive. Please help me reissue a new eSIM QR code and verify me another way.

  @VodafoneUK how on earth do you get to speak to a human? “TOBI” is crap, your call system after pressing 1, 2, etc etc cuts you off. Absolutely **** frustrating customer service.
