    What an utter rubbish service we have received from @VodafoneUK and @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp. Supposed to install #business #broadband today between 1pm and 6pm. Where are the engineers?!!! #poorservice

    @VodafoneUK recently changed the bill payer for our broadband and after being set up have got a pro rata basis.. we’re not new customers just changing the bill holder. This means we are being asked to pay twice at our next bill. Can you help?
