  @VodafoneUK haven’t got any better in 2026. Avoid them at all costs. Zero customer service (if you manage to get hold of them) & they say it'll be sorted next day but it never is. Months pass by. It’s always next day. AVOID THEM. Use literally anyone except Vodafone UK.

  @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs
