    @VodafoneUK WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SORT MY COMPLAINT. 6 mths now. I still don't have Home Broadband. I work from home. I'm relying on a MyFi which is inadequate. I feel the Advocacy Team/Customer relations Team are purposefully ignoring my case now @AhmedShelbaya @OmbudServices

    @VodafoneUK No need. Tried chat, was basically told to go away because we're using a different router (the supplied one doesn't support enough WiFi devices or cover enough area) Guess I'm stuck.

    Hi @VodafoneUK I'm getting rather frustrated with your customer service. My broadband is not working, spent an hour on instant chat last night, called to follow up just now but no help. Please can you fix it or at least give me an update on when it might be fixed? Thanks

    @VodafoneUK Over the past couple of weeks I’ve noticed my data dropping several times a day. Usually around 3pm and 5pm though does happen around the hour mark in the morning as well. Rebooted phone, reset network settings. Is there something else going on?

    @VodafoneUK Hi Ive just got a PAYG sim for a little while & topped up 5, then got put on a bundle with 50mb data which lasted about 2 minutes. Do you take the data I now use from my balance or the card I topped up with as I thought you would just use the balance on my phone HELP

    @VodafoneUK I am absolutely livid with the service from Vodafone. I raised a ticket on the 1st of April with an issue on my home broadband. 4 times I have been told an engineer is out, each time not resolved and I have had to chase the update's. I am supposed to be WFH!!!
