    @VodafoneUK That's great but if I'm not on the jubilee line? I'm a woman who travels alone a lot and you've removed connection to help, and a feeling of security. No notice, no reduction in bills? (in fact prices went up) it feels a bit underhand when you hold so much usage data.

    @VodafoneUK being told 3 different things from your staff n as a customer who clearly has no rights even though I messaged and spoke to 2 other members of staff about wanting to leave you. After an hour on call yest I’m told I have to wait a month to keep an old number. #jokers

    @VodafoneUK Wasn’t after upgrade info, just generally curious as to why your ‘deals’ are so expensive. Big difference in the cost of retaining a customer and acquiring a new one.
