  @VodafoneUK what is causing these isolated outages for hindreds/thousands but not everyone? Is it a set of faulty routers? If so will you replace? A friend mere meters down the road same style of router same exchange has had no issue either time mine has been down.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Virginmedia were horrible to us. My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more. They kept asking to speak to her and got angry when she couldn't remember her password. Utter scum.

  I've stopped entering the @VodafoneUK rewards as I've NEVER won a single thing.... I've been asking everywhere but nobody has ever claimed to have won. Bit bollocks really....
