    @VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

    @VodafoneUK really bad service from Vodafone. Especially from a business point. Have contacted Vodafone on serval occasions to even get hold of their team in Spain and impossible to get someone in English. Still waiting to hear back after countless emails.

    @VodafoneUK customer service in your crystal peaks store is awful. Stood waiting with 4 other customers while the staff chat about their favourite tv programs and caravans with customers. No urgency.

    @VodafoneUK right Vodafone. Getting properly pissed off with you not being able to do your job. Heading 3 weeks now with a new phone and Apple Watch with seemingly no one in your company with the wit to connect to your network. Probably now over 20 hours spent on phone! Help
