@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

@mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

I’ve had some pretty bad customer service experiences over the years (I’m looking at you @VodafoneUK) but I think that the customer service department at @LGUK have won... no further forward with my issue than I was 23 days ago... just constantly going round in circles.

@VodafoneUK so looking for a new phone online I get a prompt to say ‘as a loyal valued customer’ have a look at the upgrades and save money.. I do and it will cost me £20 a month more!!! ... Now that’s a deal!!!
