    @VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

    Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

    @mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

    There was no specific explanation, just a random "happens sometimes". Can't apply again before 90days... So much for customer service and loyalty! @VodafoneUK is there anything that can be done about it??

    @VodafoneUK want to upgrade my phone but my account is locked. You have told me you are unable to unlock it. So now I want to port my number to another provider. You have told me I have to log on for a code... I CANT- MY BLOODY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED!! Worst customer service ever.

    @VodafoneUK No. You had your chance and failed miserably. Really difficult to get through to customer service, when you do you keep getting placed on hold and passed between team members or even cut off. To clarify I only called to query my order. I’ve now cancelled it.

    @VodafoneUK Get the service soeteevin WA14 5DS and stop blaming the customers unless all of a sudden 10 different models of phone belonging to 10 different have suddenly list the ability to connect to your network for days at a time. Else lose their custom.

    Hey @VodafoneUK my dad switched to you Monday last week for phone and broadband. Since then nothing works! Tried helpline and going to shop still no signal! Oh did I mention he is having daily cancer treatment and is 76 and hospital now can’t contact him! This needs resolving now
