Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

@VodafoneUK Like I said, calling 2345 gave no option for it. If you know the number sequence to cancel it that would be great Having to install an app just to cancel something is beyond silly, it started with a text, why can't it be cancelled with a text

Whatever you do, don’t move yr broadband account to @VodafoneUK ! I’ve been online in a chat for 1.5 hours trying to get my login link to work and get a booster. Went thru security numerous times. Now been told I have to upgrade. To same price as BT account I moved from. #fail
