@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@OpenreachHelp Can someone please come back to me on my earlier tweet? We’ve had no broadband for 2 weeks now. Our broadband provider @VodafoneUK have raised a ticket with you for an engineer to come and fix an external fault. This ticket was raised on 13/05/21. Why has it not been fixed yet?

@VodafoneUK very good at talking my my money!! Not so good at dealing with customer repairs. I have Been told on numerous occasions over the past 2 months that my new phone which has faulty software is going to be picked up and repaired, but still nobody has turned up. :(
