@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

Ordered an iphone from @VodafoneUK was initially told 1-2weeks. then got a delivery date for the 22/10 which changed to the 23/10 which changed to the 26/10 and now has changed to 1-2weeks. Im making a complaint to @Ofcom because vodafone has lied to me from the start.

What absolutely appalling customer service @VodafoneUK hours firstly on the online chat assistance only to be thrown out and have to start again. Been on the phone customer services on hold for 90 minutes.

@VodafoneUK I'm already in touch with the Directors Office thanks, but even they seem to be unable to get the matter resolved. I can't cancel my lines with @VodafoneUK due to them appearing to be unable, or unwilling, to unlock our phones.

@VodafoneUK issues answering your phones “please enter your PIN after the signal” on a loop. Useless bunch 🙄. Glad I’m now with @O2 but still been billed by DD!! No wonder they say not to cancel the DD 🙄
