    @VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

    Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

    Still no resolution through @OnecomUKHelp and they basically have me knackers in a vice! Will have to pay more for the final year of my contract but then thats me done with @OnecomUK and @VodafoneUK terrible partnership and companies 😡

    The biggest mistake I made in 2022 was switching my mobile network to @o2 It is just terrible. Nearly every city I go to my partner, on @vodafoneuk gets great signal. I'm in Exeter tonight and I've got h+ which is basically the story of using O2. Why is your network so poor?

    Does anyone @vodafoneuk understand how poor their customer service is, or are they not really bothered? Trying to get through to someone who can help is like pulling your own teeth out with rusty pliers and TOBi chat is virtually useless.

    When you ask @iD_Mobile_UK for help on how to pay your bill by reducing your data plan & they just tell you to contact a debt charity where as @VodafoneUK help by giving you a 25% dis on your other plan to help whilst in need goes to show you which cares 😡 #idmobile #vodaphone
