@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK Doesn’t work, there is a feature covering the chat box - but this is a bot, I spoke to a real live Vodafone sales person and was told there is nothing that can be done! @carphoneware offer cheaper deals for your network than you do! Unbelievable.

@minicheff90 @VodafoneUK Same thing happen to here I wasn’t able to login my account regardless I have made several complain to their team but luckily I was directed to JONATHAN_MITNICK on instagram by a friend and they help me fix my account back

Day 7 of no internet after @CityFibre screwed the installation on behalf of @VodafoneUK promised a call yesterday from CF to book in engineers. Guess what?! No call, no resolution in place, total joke with no one taking responsibility

@EE seems you guys aren't as good as all you hype up to be. Eg: open air platform at Baker St - no data, on the bus to Kingston - slow data. Visiting a friend in Epsom - data that bad Web site freezes. Are you 🤥🤥 same as @VodafoneUK to boost sales? Thinks you is 🤔
