@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK I had no signal at all between London and high Wycombe tonight and it meant I wasn’t able to order a taxi and had an absolutely horrible journey home where I felt v anxious and unsafe!! Was there some kind of outage?

@VodafoneUK why have I had no internet and possibly no texts as I’ve tested them and text doesn’t appear to be working. Your service status says good but there’s a lot of people in UK with same issues
