@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

@VodafoneUK WHAT you ******** are DEMANDING is HIGHLY ILLEGAL according to SOLICITOR. Expect a person to continue paying for a sim number that was lost/ stolen with the mifi. WHY would a person be expected to pay for such a service that had already been REPORTED to you ******** and IGNORED !

@VodafoneUK Hi. I work from home so notice slow mobile data quite easily. The last week has been slow with no signal sometimes. I have both mifi and mobile with you so I know it’s not a hardware issue.
