@mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

I can’t take it anymore, I just want my contract back to normal. @VodafoneUK accepted their big part to play, but tbh they caused all this. Now they putting me in debt!! I can’t fix their problem they caused!! I just wanna die!!! To much!!!!!

@VodafoneUK There has been no Vodafone phone service at Praa Sands TR20 for 25 out of the past 47 days, no 2G, 3G or 4G. It's a disgrace. I'm paying you for a service and you are not providing it. You need to be fixing this now!

Are you gonna release an update to fix the mobile data + 5g issue not working since the latest Android 11 update @SamsungUK @SamsungMobile? I've been at @VodafoneUK and realised it's not their fault - numerous users reporting this in your forums

Having a contract with @VodafoneUK is enough to kill yourself. Now they’re cutting me off and sending to collections. When they even took part responsibility to why I’ve had so much issue over the last however months. I can’t take it anymore. My anxiety is through the roof!!!!!

@VodafoneUK 2/2 Can I add that I’ve been on Vodafone customer service a lot this past week while renewing 3 family plans and sorting out a router issue. Without exception, your customer service people have been excellent. I compliment those in India on the 👍quality of their spoken English🙏🏼

Having had @VodafoneUK DSL put in to this flat in March 2019, exp'd broken service & slow speeds, really poor customer service, & little more from their "Directors office" they've raised that I'm out of contract when I raised that the SAME 💩💩💩 SERVICE IS HAPPENING AGAIN...
