Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

@VodafoneUK Loyalty discounts to go back to 25% not 15%... a bit of a show when the longer people stay with you the less discount they get. Better signal would be a good one too, and don’t blame 5G for making it worse. It’s been terrible before that was even a thing.

@VodafoneUK I'll leaving @VodafoneUK once my contract ends, after being a loyal customer for over 20 years. The deals for existing customers are and always have been atrocious. Poor customer service also a factor.
