    @VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

    Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

    @mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

    @VodafoneUK Not been able to access anything other phone calls and texts message.cant use any apps as data is not working. And I have '!' next to the signal strength. Everything works fine when connected to WiFi, this all started early this morning. I have a pixel 4a.

    @VodafoneUK My watch is out of contract(has been since last year when I sold it) & can’t “upgrade” it, so I may aswell cancel that and I have three phones on contract with yourselves that run out by March ‘22 so I’ll be leaving the network completely. I never miss bills either 🤯
