@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK There has been a problem with my broadband box for weeks. Have to wait 3 days for an engineer, I’ve requested a new router but have to wait for an engineer to see what they say. I will be ringing yourselves later.

@russty_russ @VodafoneUK It's mad to remember that texting was more than just a craze, it was *the* way to keep in touch away from a PC. Perhaps an illustration of the era, however, would be BBC One's 'Joy Of Text Night' which I vaguely remember for some reason (the poor pun probably lol).

@VodafoneUK had an ongoing complaint with you guys for months - told beginning of March for resolution as it had been escalated and all emails subsequently ignored. Can we look into this - ongoing since you just cancelled my internet out of nowhere in September!!
