    Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

    @VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

    @VodafoneUK @lionsofficial Vodafone probably paying too much attention 2 rugby and lost focus on customer service. My connection was supposed to go live on 7th April and despite spending 79minutes on web chat and nearly an hour on phone it’s not resolved 😌I was promised 2 resolve it by 13th which is today

    Shoutout to @VodafoneUK for disappointing me over and over again. Home Broadband is not working every few days for atleast a few hours. CS isn’t helpful at all.. the issue seems to affect all/most ppl here in Cumbria. Why aren’t you giving any information??

    @VodafoneUK @shllybn been there done that 10 times, not happening. you have an issue with West Cumbria affecting thousands of people yet your agents act surprised every time i ring up. sort it out, im switching to literally anyone else

    @sjparker36 @VodafoneUK We will switch provider when we move in about 1 month. Has been an issue for around 6 months now and the past 1-2 months it just keeps happening more frequently. Cuts off at evening or late night and stays off till morning every time for us.. 😐

    @VodafoneUK say that it’s OK to wait 10 days to get a service call from their CR team. Apparently it takes that king to arrange a bag to be sent to solve a phone collection for a trade in that is 6 months old #vodajoke what a useless process. One for @BBCWatchdog
