Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

@mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

@VodafoneUK They sent me a ipad before for my loyalty as a broadband a mobile customer and a power line was down in heavy winds they gave me unlimited data for a month for inconvenience

@VodafoneUK - Trying to activate a replacement SIM for a lost phone to keep my number. I get to a point where you need to send a security code. It only gives me an option to text my mobile (which has been lost) or my home phone (which doesnt accept texts). So neither work. Help?!

Also @VodafoneUK asked me for details to look into the problem and haven't responded. So if you want great customer service why not try Vodafone?
