@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

@mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK Have generated another code this morning - same issue - spoke to your colleagues online and have been told "complete order and we can apply code to your account" which is different to what it says on your site AND more importantly what your colleagues told me previously

@davros1976 @VodafoneUK Yea they still haven’t sorted it out, they have promised my on every call (which was sparse) it will be fixed by the end of it yet here I am still with no premium, no technical help, and just being pushed from one advisor to another. Joke
