@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

@VodafoneUK officially has the worst customer service team in the world! Took 4 months to cancel my contract, kept charging me - so settled my account twice and then charged me again w/o my knowledge… as it wasn’t paid stuck a bad debt note on my credit history! FUMING 😡 @Ofcom

@VodafoneUK @TheCoolSarah1 I calledVodafone earlier, to log a ticket that I am out of internet from last 8 hours and the representative tried to mislead me, by saying that my contract is expiring in next 2 weeks hence the signals are playing up.If she upgrades my account, service will resume in 24 hours???
