Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

Welp! 3 hours later on online chat and phone calls with @VodafoneUK turns out they screwed our order up! Router isn’t coming until ‘tomorrow’ now. The laugh is... they don’t even know if that’ll fix the problem. #8days

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone. Our patients and carers can still not call 020 3513 5000 (SWLSTG MHT) from the Vodafone network. BT confirm the issue is with Vodafone and your routing interconnect with BT. This was raised b4 XMAS.
