Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

@VodafoneUK, I cancled my account & ws informed the final paymnt will b taken from my direct debit. 2 mnths later I gt a letter abt the final payment & I will be reported to credit agencies. I was never contacted by @VodafoneUK about the payment, and i have nvr missed any payment

@NETGEAR I just updated the firmware of my R7800 to 1.0.2.90 using the Nighthawk iOS app. Now it can’t connect to my ISP. #help! @VodafoneUK have raised a ticket, but I think it’s the firmware update causing it.

@VodafoneUK Bravo. In brief Vodafone messed up my home broadband, and when I was asked for help they basically stated,they won't do anything to resolve the issue, but frequently monitoring that nothing until the issue resolved!?And that would be the resolution?
