    @VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

    @VodafoneUK been without a working landline since 11th July following ‘ upgrading’ from Vodafone ADSL to very Vodafone fibre. Despite advising you that my wife has critical health conditions and NHS only call back on landline we continue to miss essential support calls. Advice?

    @VodafoneUK I've responded but I can't hang out in the campsite bar all day waiting for a response, it is the only place locally with WiFi.

    @VodafoneUK Not even connected to your fibre yet and already getting terrible service. All week you've been telling me engineer coming 13:00-18:00. Got a text 30 mins ago saying will be there 11:45. I cannot book time off work with 30 mins notice nor can I magically teleport home

    I've experienced some quite horrendous customer service in my time, but none so utterly dreadful as @VodafoneUK. I'm actually paying to get out of my contract, I cant take it anymore. Complete arses the lot of them.
