@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK called you twice to get my delivery address changed and have just been notified that my router has now been delivered to my old address. How can I complain about both of my customer calls being dealt with incorrectly?

@VodafoneUK A quick trawl through twitter and it shows that this clearly IS how you deal with customers. You should be ashamed of this service. What is Shelley Malton doing about this @AhmedShelbaya ? Is asking to talk to someone just too much?

@VodafoneUK I just want to take a moment to say that your all around customer service has been fantastic for me. I have switched away from EE for both mine and my partner's contracts and it's been a much better experience, everything has gone smoothly and no issues at all. A+
