@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

@VodafoneUK awful customer service from yourselves 2 days after moving over to your network I get a text restricting my account then a block within the minute saying there’s fraud on my account I sent driving licence in and apparently it takes 72 hours to remove I’m fuming

@VodafoneUK better to educate and train the staff how resolve the issues. Fed up explaining the issue and listening to all the lies. Finally gave up as I have sick child. Ms. Shelley Malton I have evidence of bad customer service for training purposes.
