Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

@VodafoneUK I’m here again renewing my plan and yet again have been lied to and conned into a contract price to find it doesn’t exist. Poor customer experience yet again with VODAFONE beware of what you think your are agreeing to as it isn’t what you have agreed to in the chat
