    @mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

    @VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

    Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I am at loss now and will have no other choice but to report the issue I have to the Financial Ombudsman . Despite all the time I am spending on the phone , online and store visits ( on average 1.5 h every 2/3 days ! ) @VodafoneUK is still unable to resolve this

    Been on the phone to @VodafoneUK for over an hour now. Blackberry thought thought they were untouchable. Voda have the same arrogance in customer care. Not the rep I’m speaking to. He’s been professional but more specifically their policy and approach @GeorgeMonbiot

    @VodafoneUK @WHSmith Another horrible business ethos b/c #CocaCola is incredibly unhealthy 4 u including 0 sugar! 2nd is not respecting notification from next of kin upon a death so u continue 2 get £. Select another provider!

    @VodafoneUK The fault I've had since November is getting worse. I've talked with 2nd line support & she said the same as everyone else > Everything's fine now< YES BUT ONLY TILL THE NXT DROP OUT.
