    Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

    @VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

    Having been a @VodafoneUK customer for over 20 years, the last 6 weeks of woeful customer service for my broadband is absolutely ridiculous. Just going around in circles. Will now be looking elsewhere for a provider. @kazsam92

    @VodafoneUK I have called you several times since the beginning of March as my phone has no service. Still no resolution. I was told a manager would call me by 18:00 today and yet again no call back. I give up. How do I cancel my contract and return the phone to you?

    @VodafoneUK I had a SIM swap, sent phone in for repair, you couldn't fix the issue so you sent me a replacement phone. Replacement you sent is ROOTED and the bootloader is unlocked meaning its INSECURE and useless + the issue is still there on the replacement phone either HELP

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @VodafoneUK Hey Vi I have been charged for additional vi services without my consent, My mother never opted for these services, Kindly refund all the money u charged for added services (juice up, caller tunes) asap. Check Dm for mobile no.
