Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldnโt access other dept notes and couldnโt offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

Or are poor customers just left at the mercy of overseas call centres that are no help? My phone has not been working since last Friday evening. My previous network got disconnected, I am yet to receive details for my esim from vodafone. It's been 6 days now. Online chat and 2 visits to the Vodafone store has not helped.
