@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

After twice spending 3+ hours @VodafoneUK customer service just trying to get the deal they agreed with me (+ even then I still had to pay more than they agreed) the final insult as the website sends me round in circles when I try to leave + "no agents available to help"

@VodafoneUK absolute joke Vodafone, was sold a lie, regarding your broadband had no internet since Friday with no update on what’s going on. Was on hold for hour today was told I would receive a phone call tonight, to fix the problem still nothing.
