    @VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

    Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

    @mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

    @VodafoneUK All I get on my landline is spam calls, despite being on the Phone Preference Service. I'm paying for a service which is not only useless, it's a nuisance. I don't want to pay for your landline service anymore, it's ****. Can I just have the broadband?

    Not sure if it's my phone but quality of vodafone 4G and 5G networks across London these days is terrible. Entire areas with little or no reception. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK if your going to stop a service you provide please inform your customer care team. When I called about you stopping the sure signal service nobody knew!!! What a joke!!! Poor company can’t wait to get away from this shambles.....
