Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldnโt access other dept notes and couldnโt offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

stewart johnstone (@sdjohnstone) reported@VodafoneUK so these are the stats on rail connectivity , no surprise EE was the only network that met Ofcomโs benchmark of 42 per cent of measured rail segments. Three recorded 21 per cent, O2 reached 20 per cent, while Vodafone achieved 17 per cent.
