Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

@mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

@VodafoneUK can you advise how I get my father in law's PAYG SIM reinstated for his emergency phone. He doesn't use it often and had credit, but now it's seen as invalid. Your online system doesn't recognise the number now

Absolute appalling behaviour from @VodafoneUK customer service/complaints department. Interrupting and talking over the customer on the phone and just cut off in the end so the issue still hasn't been dealt with! Never use this company and some training is clearly needed.

@VodafoneUK just recieved a message that you are cutting sure signal. I hope you realise you can't send texts with WiFi calling and also you have to put your phone in flight mode for it to work. Wish we hadn't renewed now.
