    Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

    @VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

    @VodafoneUK Sorry but that response is really not good enough. I paid a lot of money based on delivery time listed on your website. The order tracking is useless it's just yes or no for despatch. I would like to know an ETA so I can work out if I need to cancel.

    @VodafoneUK the temporary number 07555054308 was going to be activated on 29.11.2021, which never happened. I then visited Vodafone only to be told that another number which was 07393033360 was activated as a temporary number.

    How can it take nearly a week to get a phone delivered from @VodafoneUK absolutly disgusting customer service. Other phone companies can send phones out next day/2 days max, 6 days and still hasn't even left the warehouse yet. Not good enough #Vodafone #DPD #vodafone

    Hey @VodafoneUK I ordered a new phone on 26/11. I received an email on 30/11 stating there was an issue with supply. I have heard nothing since. I understand there maybe logistical problems right now but why even continue to sell the phone if you can't fulfill the orders?
