    @mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

    @VodafoneUK shocking service my mother has got from your broadband. Connection dropping consistently. Absolutely terrible service.

    Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

    @VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

    Unbelievably bad service by @VodafoneUK been invoicing me for a service I don’t have for months now, apparently sorted it 4 times and today received another letter for payment…… absolute joke of a company. Don’t know how hard it is to change some details on their system 😡😡😡

    Many companys try to provide a good service but @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz clearly make it a priority to piss their customers off enough to loose them. I wonder how they will act when my contract ends? I can't wait to get rid of the worst company I have ever dealt with.

    @VodafoneUK Sir, the customer in India is very upset with VI, its employees harass, first tell the wrong thing and then after deducting the money, they refuse to return it

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I gather from the lack of response that the issue is considered resolved on your end? Despite the potential a) level of urgency and b) ability to get in touch given the contact numbers you have provided (TOBi as we have established is a waste of time).
