@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

@VodafoneUK I know my answer isn’t exciting but I would do anything to take my baby to mum and baby group! He was born at the beginning of the first lockdown he’s never met any other babies and I’ve yet to meet mummy friends I’d use the pixel5 to capture the special moments #GooglePixel5

@VodafoneUK my premium YouTube had gone off AGAIN. I’m meant to have it for the whole duration of my contract, it has gone off at the end of every month, last time this happened you told me it would never happen again. Sick to death this now

Shock Horror @VodafoneUK broadband down again, and to think I was stupidly thinking of going pro with them, hahaha no chance, calling tomorrow and its cancellation time. 6th time in a month its gone off, awful and stay away.
