Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

@VodafoneUK And I appreciate that, but when the price for new customers is not raised at the same time that is just a kick in the teeth to your loyal customers. If you can run the service at the lower price for them, you can for everyone.

@VodafoneUK hey Vodafone I have lost mobile data on multiple devices in Cheltenham, the network status checker says you have no problems but I think you do! I have good signal strength and and make calls & send txt but all web access times out

So, yet again @VodafoneUK going out of their way (seemingly) to really pi$$ me off and lose my custom. This saga (and yes it is a bloody saga now) with trying to login/create an account using a perfectly reasonable email address (in use for 26 years) is way past laughable! 🤬🤬🤬

@VodafoneUK lately I find that I have network coverage, but it seems I have no connection. No issue with the phone, as everything works fine when I am home and connected to Wi-Fi. It doesn’t sound right, does it?

@VodafoneUK could you have the decency to send a proper bill before sending collection letters. Already spent hours trying to solve it with your customer service. They cannot find the account. No bill, no payment. You have the address so simply send bill if you want 💷

@VodafoneUK I reported my wifi was down this morning at 8:30am. I was then sent a text message with a 6 digit ref # to confirm my fault. I’ve called and your system does not recognise the ref # I cannot get through to an actual person. I run a business and need this sorted asap
