    @VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

    Absolutely love @VodafoneUK Wi-Fi so pleased with the service promised 200 MBps and they have been successful in delivering 0 MB per 96 hours since activation. That’s really quite impressive. #nothappy #toolatetoocancel?

    How @VodafoneUK are able to get away with their poor attitude, lack of empathy and poor respect in wanting to help their customers. Almost 2 weeks and no one has looked into why my order hasn’t been dispatched and just get told “it will be in the next 24 hours”. I SMELL BULLSHIT

    @VodafoneUK Mast out in the Se25 area? Appreciate a lot of people currently in one area but I use to get good signal in large crowds and still use my phone. Now hardly nothing

    @VodafoneUK do you have an issue in the Milton Keynes area with home broadband? My upload rate is currently refusing to go higher than 0.5mbps which is... not ideal.

    @VodafoneUK Hey so my Xbox series X doesn’t work via Ethernet. I’ve tried different ports and a new cable but it still says it’s connected to router but no internet. Other devices work fine. I’ve seen a number of other folks on Vodafone forums saying same issue but don’t see a resolution

    @VodafoneUK I would greatly appreciate a technical explanation or to be pointed to some online information so I can understand why no other provider has even raised porting my landline as an issue, but vodafone has.

    @VodafoneUK Thank you @VodafoneUK I will DM shortly and hope you can not only resolve my issue but review your processes. The first two people I spoke too during my call today were good and understood my issues. But having to repeat everything multiple times later on was so not helpful.

    @AhmedShelbaya as the CEO of @VodafoneUK I feel you should know how poor your delivery services are. An order was supposed to be delivered on Fri 11 Mar 22, but is still awaiting dispatch, and your staff can't say when it will be dispatched. @EE are looking good.
