Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

@JuanSoloTGA @VodafoneUK Mine is back up in East Kilbride. It was down from 8:45 to 10am. Only After finding out about on Twitter that they’re was a nationwide issue. FTTP was showing connected but nothing was working.

@VodafoneUK It has been down for 3 hours now, on average we pay 29 pence per hour for this service. 3 hours and counting it has been down for... I want 87 pence off my next bill. Minimum.
