Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

@mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

There is simply no ACCOUNTABILITY with anyone or any company-wild west style of customer services is just getting worse-on hold @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup for 48mins to be told we can't help you as our system is being upgraded ! Put a message on the call - so people don't hold !

@VodafoneUK how long does an NHS frontline worker have to spend trying to actually speak to someone at Vodafone? I’ve tried 5 times and keep getting shoved to a terrible online system. All I want is to speak to a human being and explain the problem. Too much to ask?!
