Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Absolutely shocking and so distressing for you all. I can recommend O2 for being sympathetic and understanding when my husband had to cancel his Dad’s contract after he died (his mum has Alzheimer’s).

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Agree entirely - have had the worst customer experience ever with Voadafone. My issue had to be referred to the regulator and they were fined £500 for botching a simple number transfer. I would not take another contract out with them if they paid me. @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK @debrakidd Just keep digging Vodafone, I used to work there, absolute **** show, they’ll do anything to stop you speaking to a real person with any common sense, and anything to stop you cancelling

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I've had similar problems with Vodafone. In the end I cancelled All direct debits told the bank not to allow any payments, eventually got through to a regional manager in Newbury head office and told them that I am starting a civil suit that they can avoid by cancelling.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had similar from several utility companies when I tried to deal with them after losing my infant son & struggling to deal with life admin via 'phone. Some v caring individuals but also some cretins and systems designed to support the latter instead of regarding the former. X
