    @mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

    Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

    @VodafoneUK shocking service my mother has got from your broadband. Connection dropping consistently. Absolutely terrible service.

    @VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusting, 3 contracts £120 a month roughly, rang to ask why £39 has just been debited from my account. Guy just spike over me, so much so my friend said who does he think he is speaking to, your the customer. Im furious. At 41 yr old long term customer

    @VodafoneUK Absolute **** show worst provider ever I use 4g in my house cos the broadband has never worked since installation!! Have to stand with Ethernet cable to work laptop in my hallway to work from home. Pay for 100mbs get between 0-20 mbs at best !!!!!! APPALLING @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Your “max speed” contract is a total scam. In reality you cannot even provide normal speed to the majority of London, yet you sell a false claim in order to charge more without actually giving a better service. You cannot even provide average speed to all of London!!

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone you are an appalling broadband service provider I have had enough. I have been waiting since February for the installation. Twice I have taken unpaid leave and you have failed to show up with no warning. Your call centre is a disgrace they do not follow up!

    @VodafoneUK need help urgently! Ordered Gigafast Broadband on 1 Apr for activation today. Haven't received router / communications yet. Just called & they told me the order was cancelled, they found out on 21st/22nd from @CityFibre, but I was not contacted about this... 1/4

    @VodafoneUK I have been trying to create an account for my broadband for days… I’ve had maintenance errors and if I get beyond that, a FMW_30_001 failure after entering all my information. Is this just me experiencing this?

    @VodafoneUK I have tries. I have had two online chats and apparently it's fine to switch to a new supplier and be without broadband for 24 hours? Not when you work from home its not fine. Disgusting service, I will be switching back ASAP.
