    @VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

    Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

    I've had about two hours out of the whole day where my broadband has been working properly. I don't know what is up with @VodafoneUK and their awful broadband connection, but I may as well be throwing my monthly payment for it in the bin at this point 🙄

    @vincetravers @VodafoneUK Cancel and run a mile while you can. Day 5 here with 0 internet and being told so much conflicting info. Don’t get ******* with the contract!

    @VodafoneUK Please let me know why I have now had to visit your store twice to try and upgrade my phone, both times I've been told that the system isn't letting them proceed. I'm a long standing customer and this really is a rubbish customer experience

    I've only got experience of about 5 different mobile networks... but @VodafoneUK is the worst by far. Billing & Contracts are scammy (they overcharge you until you notice), their online account interface is awful, and they don't follow GDPR rules. #Avoid #BadCustomerService

    @VodafoneUK the worst network ever! Disconnected my business number in error and now they’re telling me I have to wait up to 3 working days to have it connected again. I have missed out on work calls from clients due to your INCOMPETENCE!!! It’s disgusting service

    @VodafoneUK Day 29 and still not got all the services I ordered. Even a directors office complaint has not helped. What does one need to do to get on Vodafone? Wrong tariff, no one net, not being called back. Dispicable service. #feeltheconnection-whatconnection?
