@VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

Will probably reach out to @VodafoneUK to see if there's anything they can do as my new network provider. I don't feel a £1500+ device should fail in 5 weeks when all I've done on the inner screen is take notes using the S-Pen, which is the main reason I bought it!

@VodafoneUK shocking service for broadband and phone line, nothing but trouble. I left them 3 months ago and still say I am with them despite the broadband works with the new supplier. So hard to speak to someone and when you do they don't talk the same rubbish. zero service
