    @VodafoneUK shocking service my mother has got from your broadband. Connection dropping consistently. Absolutely terrible service.

    @VodafoneUK yet another bad experience. Ordered upgrade on sat, agent never raised the order, joke trying to get it sorted over phone yesterday. Agent couldn’t access other dept notes and couldn’t offer same deal. Promised it would arrive today and surprise no phone. Poor service

    @mydebtadventure @VodafoneUK I dont want or need their services, Vodafone is so hard to contact, ive tried for last 2 months finally got through today and lady I was speaking with sounded like a broken record. No help at all.

    Yes **** like this is pushing me to the edge. All @VodafoneUK are intrested in is getting me deeper into debt, if I cant afford it now how do they expect me to pay £107 + arrangement to clear debt. Thanks for nothing.

    @DavidButler34 @VodafoneUK I bet @BT could give them a run for their money. I think they make it so impossible to sort a problem that you actually give up and pay the dispute just for your own sanity.

    @FreddieHotSpot @VodafoneUK I switched to Sky last year and its been really reliable. The one time i had a problem with it they sent someone out that day to fix it 👌🏻

    @garpunkal @VodafoneUK Same here. Known issue apparently but they’ve not fixed on the app yet. Only way to access account is via desktop.

    @VodafoneUK Why have you turned off our internet! we're trying to work from home! We pay you for broadband and mobile - don't just turn off the internet and then say it'll take you 14 days to fix - please can someone DM me and help
